I felt it important to give this auto center a positive review... I came in with a problem, I'm here from out of town, and my battery was malfunctioning... They took into consideration my problem, and they helped me out... They didn't have to but they did. My experience with this auto center was fast, professional, and on this particular day, they went above and beyond that which was expected of them. Thank you very much. Great price on an oil change.. until I got 5 miles down the road and the oil pan cover detached and scraped louder than nails on a chalk board, until I pulled over and tried to tuck it under another piece of lose plastic that they forgot to tighten when they finished my oil change. After 1 hour of stopping every 50 feet to tuck it back in, and trying to call while no one answered the phone, I finally got back to Walmart, amd was told the manager is in a meeting. 30 mins later "the manager" came out and then told me.. if they do a refund then I have to come back tomorrow when the manager is working. This was all after I asked if they do AC recharges and was told to buy their R-134a refrigerant and do it myself.. then I look it up and my car uses R-1234yf, and it's illegal to use their R-134a, and is an emissions violation to use it, and will damage my car. Clearly they hire anyone who can spell their own name on the application, but knows nothing about fixing cars. Worst experience ever, and I'll only rewrite this review if they actually refund my money.. tomorrow.

They do not answer the phone when you call no matter how long you wait w the phone ringing. I have been trying to make an appt to change my tires for weeks and will have to go in person JUST to make my Appt. We need more Walmarts w auto centers!

Won’t pick up the phone. Will not mount tires. Will not let me schedule an appointment. These people are useless beyond belief. I hope corporate gets involved considering they are a loss of potential profits

My husband made an appointment for Sunday at 12 a week in advance. On the same Sunday, the day of the appointment, the man who was going to change the oil in our car called him and suggested that my husband go before the agreed appointment. My husband was busy and couldn't stop what he was doing. I remember that the appointment was at 12. Well, it couldn't be and they boarded for the next day, that is, Monday after two in the afternoon. The employee assured him that he would take care of him. When my husband called today to ask for the employee, the lady who answered the phone spoke to my husband rudely saying that they would not work after two in the afternoon and did not listen to any explanations. He just dropped my husband's call. I don't want to go there anymore. There is a lot of informality and a lot of rudeness from the lady who answers the phone. I no longer want or recommend them

I had an appointment for 1 pm and I was there 10 minutes early. I called to let the. Know I was there, but they took about 15 minutes just to get ahold of them... Once I got ahold of them the lady told me I'll be right out and hung up on me... I waited another 15 minutes there... and no one came out .. horrible business
