Never let this Walmart touch your car. They used an air gun on the oil plug, stripping it out and causing big expenses to remove. They also failed to tighten the oil filter creating a huge mess all over my engine and driveway. The most incompetent, unprepared, unmanaged car people ever. Arrived at my morning appointment time and it took them almost an hour after that just to turn on lights and unlock the doors. This auto location should be shut down permanently.

If you don’t mind driving to an autoparts to get your oil and filter and return to these primadonnas and wait over 2 hours- it will be worth the wait and $34 charge for the service.

Disgusting service. I arrived 30 minutes before the appointed time, and in the end they only took my keys an hour later. The receptionist is completely incompetent, the senior manager simply did not want to talk to me, closing the doors in front of me. I do not recommend coming here, save your time and nerves.

I order my item online and I went to pick up that but the stuff didn’t even try to find my item. They just told me someone else picked it up and they keep me over there for almost 30 minutes. This is not good customer service for Walmart. ( auto care center

PSA: They put "previous leak" as a comment as default for liability purposes. Comment should say "Previous leak onsite" if they are trying to communicate that there was an issue prior to their work. As a customer "previous leak" means very little as it is not specific enough I was the seconder customer in line for an oil change right when they opened and they still took 2 hours. I returned 2 days after their 2 hour oil change when my car leaked half the oil on my driveway. I called them 4 times with no answer. Get there and instead of checking my car to happily prove me wrong they argued with me Never again. For $60 I can save myself the headache and feed a different corporate machine

I ordered tires and install online. Had Saturday 9:00 a.m. appointment.I checked in at 8:54 am . Started service at 11:05 finish the job 11:50 I waited 3 hours and I had an appointment. Worst experience I've ever had.

Stop locking up basic things like hair gel. And then on top of that you wait for who knows how long! Just order on Amazon. Take your business elsewhere!

They take out the cover under engine of my car and put that in the trunk, and said that missing the plastic buttons, despite just a part of that need for drain plug and filter to be opened. I came here and trust these guys and give the key of my new car Nissan rogue 2021 for a quick oil change.

When you guys buy the tire shop from Walmart auto care be careful they play game they told you anything happen. We gonna change it and I use the tire like 5 months and look what happened. I know I’m coming to change them. They can’t help me and they play game with me and they didn’t change it. I just paid a lot of money and bullshit.

You’d expect Walmart mechanic to be able to properly install a battery they sell, but the battery wires were installed too high so the battery didn’t work… I didn’t want to schedule another appointment and drive my RV back here - redid the connections myself.

Came in with a nail in my tire. I purchased 4 new tires from WalMart: female worker or tire manager tells be they’re low staffed and it’s a 4 hour wait!!! I paid $40! For road hazard!!! She tells me to go to Roseville Walmart or another one 30 min away; it’s my hard earned money…rip off: not; don’t purchase the road hazard for your tires if you buy new tires from here.

They very busy as usual but I feel their frustrations because there are not enough employees too, but as soon as anyone’s of the employees gets to the auto care center cashiers station they are quick. They very good with services but unfortunately the tires especially the Douglas ones were not worked very well for me and I don’t recommend for others too. Those tire are cheap based on their price it is okay but it is not worth it.

Good day! After waiting 30 minutes for them to process my order, the staff is unresponsive and even rude. The shift on August 31, 2024 does not support the principles of customer focus.

Understaffed and horribly ineffective in resolving my issues. I was told my rim wad bent. I took my rim to another shop and was told the rim was fine! I was showed the balancer and saw an obvious blem in the tire itself, that I purchased from Walmart. Now, I have to go back to Walmart for the third time to resolve an issue with the product I bought at Walmart. It would have been nice if they just replaced the tire that was defective on the second visit.

Walmart is never my first choice and every time I go I remember why. Service is 0/10. When you call to check for a tire size or to make an appointment it becomes such a hassle. They never open on time even if you come in early. Came in at 7am and they didn't even their doors until 730am. No one answers the phone, such a headache. Do not recommend unless you're in an emergency.

Well, it is Wal-Mart at Antelope where the store managers and employees have a look on their face as if they are being arrested 🙄.
