Very long wait time just to inquire about a tire size. Phones weren't being answered, so I thought it would be faster to stop by. Line was very long everyone was complaining about the wait employees moving very slow not even looking like they are trying to move thru the line 1 employee available for almost 20 minutes then finally someone else came and she was no help at all. Employees searching things up on tablets is counter productive as you can see they are not able to easily navigate or type on them I suggest getting them some keyboard and mouse attachments for their tablets to hopefully speed up the ridiculous wait time

Went in so they could check my car battery since I purchased it with them and still have warranty. They said our battery was good and for us to take it to the bigger Walmart if we wanted them to charge it up for us or to go drive our car around. Lol We went to the Walmart on fm78 next and they told us right away that the battery was bad. These people here at the auto center on foster road do NOT know what they are doing and do not want to help. They send customers to other Walmart locations. Beware.

Good experience overall. The only issue was I spoke to someone on the phone and asked for the price for the 3 year warranty car battery and when I got there that price was for the 2 year warranty that they installed. I didn't know until I checked my receipt.

I went in to have my tires balanced and Jayla was very nice and helpful. I got a call from Chris later and apparently I had bubbles in my two front tires! He was very kind and knowledgeable! The tires were in bad shape, didn't even realize I was in danger! Thank you for these wonderful employees!

This has to be the best Walmart tire center I’ve ever been to. I’ve lived in six states and this one by far is the best. I’ve been here several times and the team is so helpful and friendly. This morning I had a flat, I called first and Jayla told me to come right in there was no wait at the moment. Jayla and Sam, the technician, were so friendly and happy. They answered my questions. I even decided to get my oil changed since I was already there. I had made a comment about the tires I had bought from Toyota and how my warranty had expired at the beginning of this month and she told me that all Walmart tires have a lifetime warranty. I know where I’m getting my tires next time. Just overall great service. Thank you Jayla and Sam.

Nightmare in the making as a result to getting my oil changed at Walmart on foster rd that caused severe engine damage to my vehicle. They supposedly put synthetic oil in my car but after my car started making a tapping sound took it into a mechanic to find out this is not true and they are liars. The oil put in my vehicle was a cheap oil and definitely not synthetic oil and as a result to that the timing chain on my vehicle broke and also my cams were damaged. So far this is costing me over a thousand dollars in repairs and I’m highly upset with this place and it’s trash service. On top of that I was charged for a new air filter which they did not replace. Stay away from Walmart when it comes to oil change or any other service to your vehicle because these people are not honest they are indeed crooks. I will be talking to a manager and requesting some type of compensation and hiring and attorney and filing a suit if need be this needs to stop asap.

Rude, inconsiderate, slow.. All we needed was a plug in 1 tire, took 40 mins and we have a newborn with us and on time crunch to make it to a graduation party. First in line btw. They demand so much trust when actual decent mechanics are a dime a dozen, won't find them here imo. Customers deserve to see what you're doing to their vehicles and shouldn't be shunned for curiosity. Bad luck lead us here, and Walmart made it feel that much worse. Glad to say never again

Dropped off a flat tire for repair during lunch. Went back after work about 5pm. Asked if they could rotate tires and install wheel and tire back on van. Javier was awesome, had the techs rotate tires. They got it done in 30-45 min. I was really satisfied, I had walked in with my uniform from Walmarts competitor, and received great service. Thanks Walmart staff!! 👍👍👍

I went in on 4th of July of course because that’s my luck. 2 blown tires in one day. Anyway the service was excellent! Dawn was great at juggling several customers and keeping everybody happy on a weirdly busy holiday.

Went in to get a new battery for my car. The cashier was very helpful and friendly. He double checked to ensure I was getting the correct battery. He has been the friendliest and most helpful one I have encountered in Walmart. Will definitely go back for my car needs.

Don't understand rationale for closing Auto Centers for service during the pandemic - there is very little interaction with the public. I don't see the technicians stocking toilet paper either - what gives
