I took my car in to get an oil change. I had no issue before the car was brought in, no leaks, nothing. When it came time to pick up the vehicle, there was oil all over the parking lot. They took the car back and told me I had a crack in my oil pan! Nobody's willing to own up to the crack or pay to fix it and now I my car won't even hold oil. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR TO RUN AFTER IT IS SERVICED! I was giving every excuse in the book as to why it wasn't there fault and now I'm supposed to pay out of my own pocket for something they screwed up!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE

I just had my oil changed by " CHRISTOPHER!" He did an amazing job omg! Such a nice guy! I recommend him. Christopher went over and beyond to make sure my mom's car was safe! We will see you soon! Again thank you!!

I’ve had nothing but great customer service and care here. They are professional, prompt, empathetic, friendly. I can get shopping done at the same time while I have my car serviced. I don’t know why Walmart automotive has a bad wrap, but this location is awesome.

Chase Service Dep manager, stated that the batter I got is not a true 5 year warranty replacement, Was bought on December 2019, He stated that there is only a Core or trade upturn for the batter event though we got the invoice stating 5 year warranty replacement. He needs to be train on policy’s from his employer, I request for him to be coach, Even his customer’s service lever was very poor.

Never had any issues with oil changes. But, I was told 2 different things regarding fixing a nail in my tire. Very disappointing. Cheap tires though

Sat there for 25 minutes while he had a conversation with the car in front of me only to come and say it’s going to be a 2 hour wait.mind you, there were only 2 cars ahead of me. Sir, you could have come down the line and told everyone instead of wasting my and the people behind me time! Inconsiderate but I guess I shouldn’t have expected more.

Sooooooooo SLOW!!!!!!! It took 4hr 30min for oil change and tire installation. It was Thursday 9:30am. The WORST experience ever. Staffs there were not kind at all.

Iwas the only one costumer at 10 am for change two new tires and a new battery they take four hours and they dont foloow my instruction for instal and Inrepeat twice, the workers are like a turtles,bery low no supervision, if you have chance go to other walmart

Waited 2 hours and 40 minutes for an oil change. When I pulled up they said I was next - didn't get a time but with being next I didn't really think I needed one. They didn't start service til 1 hour and 20 minutes after I got there. The last owner of my vehicle has installed a k&n air filter and i don't like cleaning it so I asked them to remove it and install something else...they showed me a list of filters, I selected one...it wasn't on my receipt. So after 2 hours and 40 minutes for an oil change they didn't even complete it. Another customer who waited a long time, but less time than me, asked to speak to a manager...I felt bad because I'm assuming part of the issue is understaffing but I also think if an oil change is going to take 2.5 hours you should tell me first...the manager acted like we were a bother and it was ridiculous that we were upset it was taking so long. She went out to check on them came back and said, "your cars are both ready, but it'll be another 10-15 minutes to close them out." I'm really not sure what else they had to do...but somehow cars that arrived 40 minutes apart were ready at the same time but...not finished for another 15 minutes. I will never come here again.

I had a problem with a tire I purchased and had installed at a different Walmart. The extremely useless employee here informed me I had to drive to the one that did the original work that is over 4 hours away. Wonderful customer service they said they didn’t want to be held liable but I guess telling someone to drive 4 hours with a defective valve stem is much safer then fixing it.

It is hard to beat their oil change prices! One thing to keep in mind however, is they don't offer to use a full synthetic that is also for high mileage vehicles. Their "high mileage" oil is a synthetic/conventional mix... not the optimal option for some engines. They will let you bring your own oil and filter, charging $30 for labor.

Took my Sienna in about 15 months ago. I dont drive it much, but 3500 miles later (today) I decided to change it myself. When I removed the oil filter canister, it was missing the actual filter. What a joke. Never again will I take a vehicle there.

Pulled in because we had a destroyed tire. Guy said they couldnt do it, i offered to wait and said they werent doing any tires the rest of the day. Had 1 car in all their bays 1.5 hours before close. Drive to Martinez tire down the road if you can, they made it right and took care of us.

Before I went in, I checked online to find what tire I wanted for my vehicle. It said they had one in stock, so I went in to take care of it. When I told the woman at the counter which tire I wanted, she didn't even check her computer before telling me they didn't have it. There was another employee there who reminded her that she may want to check before turning me away. So she went on her computer, and for some reason the online stock count doesn't match their store's stock (I've never understood why this is the case, it isn't like it is that hard to synchronize your store stock with your online system, it is 2021). I asked if she could check other stores in the area to see if they had any, and she told me they didn't without even checking. I turned away, knowing that the only other tire for my vehicle they had was over double what the tire I wanted was. She asked if she could look it up, and I told her I knew it was too expensive. She insisted, and it turns out I was right! Now, I can't know for sure that she was lying, but it seems unlikely that this employee is so competent at her job that she is able to know the stock of every local Walmart Tire Center off the top of her head. I don't like it when people try to upsell me, I go into stores with a specific plan, and decided to go somewhere else.
