Here you can get the services you want at a cheaper price compared to other auto shops, but be prepared to wait for longer time. I had an appointment, but still had to wait for about 30 post the scheduled time. The good thing is that I was compensated with a service discount.

Service is ok , you have to be vigilant due to the fact that theres young ppl working in that dept. Sometimes conflicting statements so ask probing questions for clarification on things

Had 1 car ahead of me and called in advance. Was told 2 hours? There are two of them working. Gave an extra star because previously it was alright. Go to the one on Potranco, much more efficient.

Terrible experience! I had an appointment at 4pm. Showed up on time, waited about 10 minutes for someone to check me in, no biggy. The mechanic advised me that he was just going to move the car in front of me because they were already done and they’d get my car right in. So I continued to do my shopping while tracking the status on my phone and it continued to say “checked in”. Wasn’t sure if it was just not updating or anything so I continued and ended up paying for my groceries and made my way to the auto center to see an update on my car. When i approached the counter, no one was there for about 10 minutes, I actually waited a bit longer just in case my app just wasn’t working but finally it was 5:56 , I walked outside and my car was in the same spot that I left it in. Untouched. How can someone have an appointment, be assured that they were about to work on my car, come back 2 hours later for them not to have even looked at my car? I was very disappointed! I asked for my keys back, letting the front auto center person my frustration and said they would pull my car around the front. I walked outside and they took another 10 minutes to get my keys and pull it around. I was watching my car the whole time. The person who drove my car did not say anything, just gave me my keys and walked away. No apology. No concern. Just an altogether bad experience. I walked into a brake check the next day and they saw my car and took them under 30 mins no appointment! Waiting 2 hours BEFORE EVEN STARTING is not acceptable!!!

The absolute worst experience ever from a walmart auto center I have ever had. We got there at 12:50pm got out at 4:50 pm TO CHANGE A BATTERY. the cashier in automotive kept telling me it would be 10 minutes which is how long it actually should take to switch a battery, after being told 10 mins for an hour I decided to go to the garage and take a look who was working on the car. Not one person was in the garage all tools and tires left with out lugs all thrown on the floor after waiting there all the employees where coming from lunch I suppose, or from Someone's car. So after being lied to for hours they finally get to us and they tell my husband that it took so long cause they had to get the wiring right for the battery connections. They think we are that dumb apparently. I'm not a business professional but it seems to make sense not to allow ALL of the automotive associates to go to lunch at the same time to keep the flow of business going. They need help cause this is unexceptable DO NOT SETTLE FOR THIS PLACE

Can never get ahold of them. They never answer the phone. This is the second time that I got a new tire and the valve stem was leaking.

Went 2 times and couldn't get an oil change. Employees do not work or work very slowly.

Horrible. Called and waited in line for 30 minutes to be told get outside for a flat tire (where it says do not enter) and then told they can’t fix my tire.

Amazing experience I got 4 Copper tires with 65,000 mile warranty for $145 @ tire for $620 + $120 for installation new air stems and road hazard insurance just awesome deal go Early or be sad there will be 10+ people wanting this deal so go now and make your order now a Plumber said it was the right decision so it must be.

Auto Parts cashier was Awesome. He needs a raise. He went out and beyond and helped me order tires online. We need more employees like this. 👍 👌🤜🤛

Called to see if they were available to do an oil change and was told yes and upon arriving was turned away. All bays were empty.

I have a road hazard and tire balance and rotate package from Walmart. But no Walmart service center near me will even do tire work on the weekend or on a Sunday. They tell you if there's a 2 or 3 hour away or to do an online appointment. The system is not very user friendly to make an online appointment eiterrible service. Terrible value for your money I would not buy this again.

every time i come to this location i either get told they don’t have the type of oils my vehicle requieres, that they have too many appointments (i didn’t even know an appointment could be made) and that the wait time takes 3 or even 4 hours for just a simple oil change. come on it’s not even auto mechanic shop to have those ridiculous wait times. something needs to be done and fast, so disappointed.

Horrible service. I arrived early, like 8 a.m., on Sunday morning. The men working were angry for just the beginning of the day. It was just an oil change, pretty simple, right? They told me it would be 1 hour and a half. So I think, no worries. 2 hours plus, they are still not done. I ask how long before it's over? The lady says about 15 minutes, because they are working on it. So cool, almost done. 15 minutes later, the lady calls me and I think finally they are done. It only took over 2 and half hours. Well, get this... They tell me: "we don't have your oil filter so we can't do your oil change". This is messed up.... If I could give negative star, it would be -5 ☆'s. Never again we I take it to any Walmart for any car service. Simple oil change.... Wow..

Usually I get a name when customer service is above & beyond..but this day I did not. The lot was quite full with customers & vehicles and this kind worker was moving the cars forward closer to the covered bay area. I had recently had my battery replaced by another Walmart Auto Care and they had not reset my clock (not sure if they were supposed to or not?). I did attempt to problem solve (as my millennial daughter always encourages me to do😉) but was unsuccessful at getting it reset. Long story long..lol..this young man helped without hesitation and my clock was a go! He refused a tip and assured me it was his pleasure to help. Kudos to you young man! Its so refreshing to meet kind customer service 1st folks even in the parking lot of Walmart!!✨️👍🏽👊🏽

I now see why their reviews are so low. Was told to come back two times all for them to tell me they’re not doing any more oil changes today. Waste of my entire day. If I could give no stars I would give them negative stars. Several mechanics just standing around with lack of work ethic. Smh terrible.
