I was an outlier exception to the norm. I bought a battery after auto department hours in case I got in a pinch and would have to replace it myself before they opened again . I returned the next day for the swap out and to get credit for the old battery. I was in and out in under an hour.

I have no idea how good their service is but I'm assuming it's absolutely terrible if they can't even answer the phone.

Signs all say the close at 7, got here at 6:40 and was told they were closed because there was already a car getting serviced.

The Walmart on Vance Jackson just hired anyone to do the oil changes n then they want to turn u away at 5 when they close at 7 bad business that’s why less people are coming to get the oil changes here I would give u a 0 star but u have to click something to post

Been here since 6:55 a.m. waiting to get an oil change and shop for a new tire (a few vehicles are waiting as well). Sign says they open at 7a.m. it's now 7:36 a.m. I phone Walmart customer service and let the phone rang with no answer each time. Doesn't anyone work or answer their phones?!?!? Walmart at Vance Jackson is dropping the ball lately.

I’ve been waiting 3 and a half hours to get 2 tires changed and it is not acceptable at all. Very unprofessional workers. Never again will I come to This Walmart!

If I could give more stars I would. I am super grateful and thankful to David at the Walmart auto care center. David not only made a great recommendation for a new battery i was needing but offered to change it himself. I know i had arrived towards the end of their day. i was worried about turning off my truck and staying stranded and not finding someone in time to help me change it. Well David was kind enough to not hesitate on helping me out, i know my battery was super corroded and made it way more difficult than it should have been but he never made me feel bad about it. Great guy! Thank you David, i will be here for my next oil change.

I came here to get a basic oil change and I must say that Art was extremely helpful and professional. He suggested a headlight restoration which I would normally ignore, but I decided to give it a try. I was impressed by the results as Art had them looking brand new by the time I left. Thanks again Art for the excellent service!

Ivana at the super center is amazing. The whole staff is really friendly actually! My oil change was fast. During paying my card chip would not read and Ivana tried every/any way to assist me without ever getting impatient or rude. It’s rare to find people like that these days. She made what could’ve been a very embarrassing interaction feel like I was no bother at all. I appreciate that very much. Thank you Ivana!

We always come here for our tire services and have never had issues till today. We got there at 6:38 pm, they close at 7. We were in our car waiting for someone to come to us like they always do, then at 6:52 someone finally came to us and when we told them what we needed he told us we had to come back tomorrow. They could’ve told us this as soon as we arrived instead they just let us wait there and all we wanted was to purchase a tire, they weren’t even gonna have to install it.

Was 2nd in line this morning. They still took 1.5 hours just to rotate my tires. Car has been ready for 15 minutes and no one was at the front desk until I brought it up to one of the members.

Went in for new tires and the staff was great. They had me out of there in under an hour I'm loving my new tires.

Worthless they actually close at 6 because if you get there anytime after 6 you'll sit there and wait for 20 minutes and then they'll tell you it's already closed don't waste your time if you can't make it before 6 p.m.

Had an appointment at 7 which is when the the tire center opens, showed up at 6:50. Tire center opened late at 7:45. Didn't get seen until 8:15 even thought I was the second person in line. Just bad service all around.

I wish they would take appointments for oil charges cause a 4 hour wait is Ridiculous. And they were so rude not even a good morning it's what do you need. And still can't say how long it will take it might even be longer. Wow!

Slow service… 2 1/2 hr wait for an oil change on a Monday. 👎🏼 I should’ve gone somewhere else but I won’t be back. Gotta do better…. The employee working on my car disappeared for an hour. Felt sorry for the 2 workers who were slammed with cars

Wait time is ridiculous! But understandable since it’s only 2 techs only working. They need to hire more staff and stop overworking those 2 techs !
