A word of warning, if you have after market rims and the tire sizes differs from the sticker, they will not mount your new tires. This place is a joke, save your time and money and just go to Ken's Goodyear on fair ave.

Asset Protection Lady at the front refused to take cash and failed to mention to any customers that it was cash only until *after* vehicle was ready. Are we not supposed to be able to pick up our vehicles? Maybe communicate better as a team and you won’t have so many dissatisfied customers and take criticism instead of deflecting.

This is where I usually get my oil changed. They haven’t done me wrong yet! In all seriousness, they’re good people. They’re upfront with the time it takes, which ran 2 hours last time (I showed up around 5:30 and they technically close or stop taking people at 7), but I needed to grab some things so I ate in the McD’s with my kiddo and we walked around a bit until we got a text saying everything was ready and I’m pretty sure we were only there for an hour and 30 minutes. I’ve got a messed up hood and they always note that it takes a few tries to get it to close right. They always document existing damage to cover themselves, and, like I said before, they haven’t ever done me wrong. These guys get it done. Thank y’all!!!

They had price on wall one way and said they didn't have my oil in stock so they had to get from shelves and so there fore was charging me more then they make me wait for about hour to hour and a half to tell me they can't change my oil because they don't have my oil filter and don't make it anymore. Lines like crazy won't acknowledge you unless your at the register it was horrible. FYI I got oil from shelf and got filter from autozone, o'rileys was too confusing and paid Lil mex tire shop to change oil for cheap price since I had all the supplies.

They serviced my car however I’m unsure if the changed cabin air filter like I paid for receipt reads one way and I recently used my ac and the filter smelled.

Very uncomfortable experience here. My last experience and I Showed up first and wasn't told to get in line or move forward inside. I spoke with a rep he advised me that I would have someone come out to me. Never did, then finally got my car in but I was placed 4th behind without acknowledgement. I went right at opening and it wasn't completed until 3 hours later. I honestly never had a Problem but this was just plain horrible service. I don't recommend anyone coming here. Also check out the reviews. Service is definitely slow and horrible here.

Went to have tires rotated. I told them to make sure all tires had the right amount of air in them . This was two weeks ago. My husband just checked the air in the tires and they're all under inflated 10 pounds under inflated. No wonder The car did not have that smooth ride. This is actually dangerous. Will not visit this Walmart center anymore.

lousy service in replacing a tire, they require 5 hours to deliver the car, because they only have 2 technicians. I decided to go to Discount Tire and in 1:15 minutes the car was delivered to me

My car was fine until i took it to get an oil change but while doing it they spilled oil on the starter & didn't have enough courtesy to let me know in the end had to replace the starter 😡

Got an oil change and they were a quart short 😒 I debated taking it back or just putting oil myself in so I just put it in. I didn't want them messing it up any further ! Also they NEVER answer the phone !!

I had my oil changed here. I took the car home and parked it, I don’t use the car much, when I moved it I noticed a oil spot in the drive way. I took it to someone else and the only thing wrong was the drain plug was not tightened. It was tightened and the lost oil was added. I would avoid using this auto center. If they can forget to complete the simple task of tightening a drain plug imagine the damage they could do on something like forgetting to tighten a lug nut.

I went in to have my bad battery checked and didn't realize it was still under warranty Well the girl Mngr. was very nice and helpful. I was in and out in less the 30mns. and plus I got my battery replaced. Satisfied customer

My sister-in-law went in for an oil change. They never even got around to doing it because in the process of taking the oil cap off, they knocked and damaged the radiator. The car now cannot be used and was sitting at Walmart for 3 days since the claims office closed while she was waiting hours for the employees to write their claims, and they’re not open on weekends. Now they’re giving her the run around about claims and towing the car (at her expense). Absolutely ridiculous, and will never be using Walmart auto again.

Pésimo servicio me hicieron esperar desde las 11 am hasta las 6pm y solo diciendo ya su vehículo es el próximo es una inconsciencia voy a la 6 pm y pregunto qué pasó y me dicen ya lo van a meter a diagnostico y opté por pedir la llaves y hablar con el manager y tardo 20 minutos y nunca salió muy mal!!!
