Great price on tires but the service is terrible. Next time I'll just pay more for tires. Bad experiences twice in a row. 1 hrs and 40 minutes past my appointment time they told me the just got the tires in and they need to stretch so it will be another hour. Checked back an hour and a half to be told they have no idea how more long it will take. Last time it was some other excuse, over 3 hours to install tires. Shame on me for coming back

Don’t do the oil change on this walmart, the overfill the engine. They did it in 2 of my vehicles.

They cancelled my appointment because I was 5 minutes late getting to the counter. They decided to get me in anyway but not after questioning the tires that I ordered online from their website as being incorrect. After verifying they were indeed the right ones i left my keys with the associate and my family and i walked the store for 45 minutes while they were being changed. When they messaged me it was ready, I went to get my vehicle. The associate told me they wouldn't install my 2 tires I ordered off walmart.com and had shipped to the store because I had a different tire "type" on the vehicle. The automotive department should do a much better job collecting all the needed information to avoid wasting customers time. Especially when there is nothing on their website about policy, waiver, or agreement. The staff all looked very stressed that day, seemed like they just didn't want to do the tire change.

This Auto Care is a joke, I have never seen a service as horrible as here, I had an appointment at 6 to change a tire, only 1, and I left there almost until 9. There was no one to give me my keys, the only one who made an effort to help was Sebastian, he even called a team leader or a manager from his cell phone because no one showed up through the loudspeaker and even then no one showed up until after a long time.

As a Walmart+ member supposed to be able to go to any walmart and get a tire repaired. I went in today, at approximately 2:30pm , let him know im walmart+ and need a tire repaired and he said sorry we are too busy and arent doing tire repairs. Go to a different walmart , last i checked, that is not customer service, having a benefit from a service that I pay for that I cant use

Bought 2 batteries online for curbside pickup. They charged me for a core charge of $24.00 additional dollars. Once I returned the old ones I was told they don't give your money back you must spend it in store. That's extortion and illegal in every sense. A CORE CHARGE MEANS YOU BRING IN THE OLD AND YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK YOU FAIL TO DO THIS AND YOU ACCEPT THE CHARGE..

Ayer llevé mi auto para cambio de aceite y se tardaron 4 horas en decirme que no podían hacerlo por qué el tornillo de drenado estaba dañado y que no querían removerlo por qué era peligroso que lo llevara a donde le habían realizado el cambio anteriormente por qué ellos lo habían dañado. Sacando conclusiones tenían muchos autos en espera y ya eran casi las 7 pm por lo que mejor me mandaron a hacer el trabajo a otro lado. Triste situación y que pobre mentalidad de los trabajadores.

The only reason for two stars is the mechanic was super nice. They charged me double the price that they told me at drop off. I have never been charged this much here or at any Walmart auto for an oil change… won’t be returning $100 for an oil change is crazy..

Go in to the auto service for just a simple tire repair. I am driving on my spare and it too looks like it is going flat. I came in, 2 vehicles inside the stalls and 3 are available. One vehicle waiting in front of me. I go inside and turn my key. After over 2 hours, I ask about how much longer till they get to my vehicle. Somehow, 5 vehicles are in front of me. Then I found out, it may be the tire mechanic who just went to his break. No vehicles in 1 stall and none receiving tires or tire repairs and he couldn't pull my vehicle into the empty stall to repair my tire? Then I got told it will be a long while. If I could, I would use a choice of words, tell Walmart to pay me and fix the darn tire myself... Wanting to contact corporate and let them know to fix this garbage and if not, then buy back my 590 shares of Walmart stocks and then they can close every walmart. The customer service sucks, their auto service sucks and one person looking at all the tires and hitting them or 1 person waving a scanner over all the tires several times. While waiting over 30 minutes of being told it will be awhile, one person went to a vehicle that arrived at yhe time I asked (a little over 30 mintes ago) and pulled that car around everyone else who has been waiting a long time. Do yourselves a favor, do not come to this Walmart for any auto service. It is terrible. A banner saying best quality, best practice, and best value on the wall in the waiting area. At least at this walmart, nore like cheap quality (not near the best), Best Practice if you arrive and they favor you or lucky to be selected to be done faster. Best Value (time is money so the worst value because so far they have cost me over $250 of my time). Update: after writing the review, an individual approached me and told me they could not get to my vehicle until 6pm. It was just after 4:30pm. Another individual had my key and was needing to talk. Told me the tire could not be repaired and nobody would. When I asked how long and how much for a new tire, it became can not until tomorrow. Plain and simple - yes, it could be repaired maybe not recommended. Later 2 places would have but 1 did not have any kits and the other was just about to close and could not remove any vehicles from the stalls (all full). I finally just went to replace the tire at Firestone. Exceptional service there. They really went out of their way. Nothing like my experience at Walmart. I hope corporate is watching and terminates the employment of the person who was rude and lied - 6pm then tomorrow. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WALMART AUTO SERVICE. THEY ARE RUDE, WILL LIE AND WASTE YOUR TIME.

First time using this Walmart service for it's price. Ordered 2 tires online with an appointment to install them. Had to wait extra 3 days due delays and I had to be calling every single day for an update because Walmart app won't do it. During my appointment day they were behind so I had to wait from my appointment time which was 11:00 am to almost 1:40pm when they were finally done for 2 tire replacement. You need to step up, nobody will be looking for you there customer service kinda sucks. So, if you want a quick service this won't be the place for you.

I needed a tire change, I have the new tire, just needed it changed out. They won't do it because my driver door is broken and won't open. The lead told me that I should get the door fixed so I can get my tire fixed. There's so many things I want to say right now, and none of them good.

The cashiers are very friendly, but you will wait hours for services. Incompetent management and disorganized auto center. I would definitely recommend a different business for your tire needs.

Went to Auto dept to have trailer tire put on rim, I carried tire and rim in only to find out they don't do trailer tires, despite having my trailer tires done rhe same way at another Walmart. I wish Wal-Mart would get their stories straight. I suspect the staff at Walmart on culebra rd just didn't want to mess with it. I quit going to Walmart on 1604 and Culebra because employees are miserable working there and take it out on customers. Now, the employees at Walmart on culebra are the same way, with no customer service. What the hell happened to Walmart customer service?

They never have enough people working the counter. Each time I've tried to get help there, there is one employee and 8 or more people standing in line waiting to be helped. I just leave and go elsewhere.

These are the guys you'd want helping you out. I was in a rough spot after two flat tires and a tow one evening, rolling up as soon as they were about to close. These gentlemen offered to stay later to see if they can help me out by either trying to repair the tire itself or installing a new tire all together. While they weren't able to accomplish either (they didn't have the tires available for me), I really appreciate that they went out of their way to see if they could help me out.

Bought my tires and the hazard warranty from Walmart a few months ago. Come out and both passenger tires were on the rim. I get air in them and drive to Walmart. Wait 2 hours for them to say one tire the valve was loose and they don’t know why they other tire was flat. Just a shoulder shrug. Today leaving work both tires are flat and on the rim again! Wasted my time yesterday for no reason. Now I’m waiting on a tow truck at work. I would definitely like a refund on the purchased hazard and lifetime balance. Update: I had a nail in each tire. I don’t know why the workers wouldn’t have noticed that instead of shrugging and saying they can’t find a leak.

Did I use this business? Uh. NO. They turned us away because there were 20 minutes until closing. Why have service hours then? We needed help with a flat tire, and there were literally no other cars being worked on. We know because we pulled up in the back and talked to the guy in the shop. How ridiculous

I bought tires online and scheduled an appointment for the tires to be installed. The technician said my car turned off 2 times while they were moving the car into the stall. They called me and informed me that they couldn’t install the tires due to this problem. I arrive to pick up my car and my car doesn’t turn off on me. I believe Walmart workers are lazy and don’t want to work.

I had a tire with a nail. The tech told me they tried 2 tires to rotate and lug nuts felt cross threaded. Took to Firestone and all 4 tires lug nuts were fine.

If I could give it no stars I so would. Don’t order pick up for your tires here. Someone marked one of my tires unavailable online. So I called and confirmed without giving my info and they did have multiple. They say they don’t have stuff available when in fact they do. The manager prefers you pay in store and does not have any knowledge of the mobile app. He wouldn’t even take my order number or anything! I even called customer service and put him on the phone with them to let him know, ITS ON THEM. He didn’t care. So somehow the other tire then becomes unavailable and I’m forced to cancel my order in full. DO BETTER WALMART!

There are no signs to go inside the store to sign in for an oil change and the mechanics don't even pay attention to you. After signing in and handing them my keys they were going to call me when my car was ready, but they never did so after waiting more than enough and seeing my truck parked out of the garage I went in to ask and the rep already had the keys in a drawer and handed them to me. If he said come back in 20 or 30 minutes that would have been sufficient.

Horrible customer service. Went to get an oil change at 5pm on Friday 11/10/23 and there was no vehicles when we pulled up . We see A worker walk right in front of us and he just looked at us and continued moving around some items . My husband got off and went inside and still no one came to the register to help him . If you hate your job then quit . Never ever coming back to this place and will definitely let all my family and friends to stay away . I guess the auto center don’t want anyone’s business or money .

I’ve been waiting for 5 hours for an oil change. And currently still waiting. First they don’t have the correct tools, then they gotta go to autozone for another part. 4 hours in and i was never notified… hopefully i can get my vehicle today for this regular routine oil change… this is ridiculous. Don’t come here.

The hour at the tire shop are immature and inconsiderate. Idiots can’t get their story straight .. they basically left me with 3 tires and didn’t even install them even tho one guy said they could schedule me an appointment the next day… I’ll be filing a complaint
