So I came in for an oil change on Friday 11-01-2024 I had some extra time. I forgot I made an appointment on 11-03-2024 for an oil change I called multiple times on 11-02-2024 to ask if they can switch it from an oil change to a tire rotation no answer. I went online to try and book this but it doesn’t even give you an option. I came in sunday morning to see if they could switch it from an oil change to a tire rotation figured they could because it’s even easier. The guy said he had 2 callouts and he can’t do it. So I ended up leaving. My one star is because they never answered on Saturday after I made 8 calls to the between 1-3pm, and their system not allowing you to book a tire rotation. The guy didn’t even care that I was there. So if you have an oil change great but anything tire related you gonna have some headaches here.

Rude auto department. I was told I didn’t have an appointment scheduled. I was able to show confirmation of my appt. Then told to bring my car at my appt time but they wouldn’t touch my car and I’d be waiting over 8 hours. Worst experience ever. Why would I want to bring my car to be serviced here if I’m being treaded so poorly.

Decent auto center. Worth to check for discounts. I was able to get tires I was looking for at a significant discount. Just be prepared… the email confirmation contained a bar code or the appointment that the store had no idea what to do with. They requested an enormous amount of detail about the car which had no bearing on the tires (which had been pre-ordered). The staff is pleasant, but the administrative burden placed on them borders on obnoxious. Still, considering the value, I’d probably suffer thru it again.

I wish there was a zero star. This place has the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I talked to a guy on the phone and set everything up. When i got there, no one knew what i was talking about. One of the guys gave me attitude right away. I've heard bad things about Northside Walmart auto before, but i needed something done quick so i went there. But never again!

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Hidden fees all over. I swear the price started low, but next thing you know it's 600$ more than they told you on the phone. I WILL NOT COME BACK HERE!!!!! Don't waste your time or money here. No stars at all if that was an option. Also, on the phone was told 30-45 mins. I got here they said one hour. I go back up to the desk at one hour. HE TELLS ME 45 MORE MINUTES. SCAM IF YOU ASK ME.

The top manager at this location is a liar!!! They sold me what he called "defective" tires and then later after I ordered new tires they called a half hour before my appointment and said the tires never came. They did not call anytime after to reschedule. When I then reached back out to the people that sold me defective tires they gave me more of the run around and that main auto care center manger then turned around and tried to say that it was my fault. I will NEVER go back for even an oil change which takes like an hour and a half to do for them... They definitely DO NOT care about the customers especially if that man is going to turn around lie and say it was my fault they sold me bad product!!!

Super friendly staff... Incredibly helpful. With that being said, make sure you block off plenty of time when you go there. As I previously said, super friendly and helpful, but not super fast. A set of 4 tires mounted and balanced took around 2 hours. I've worked in the auto repair business before, I could have done it by myself in less time than that. I will go back, their prices are great!

The service counter guy got nothing right about my tire request. Wrote the order up with the wrong tires to replace. I explained the driver's side rear was flat, he wrote up both front tires. I told him 4 times I wanted them to dispose the old tires....they're in my trunk. AND I got charge for lifetime balancing it said I asked for and didn't. Also irritated he wouldn't show me a work order or give me a cost just made me sign for it. The tech that worked on my car was very helpful.
