Very impressed with how smoothly everything went for me here. Seems much better than the other Walmart auto center I visited prior. The staff were mostly all friendly and helpful, which makes me feel much more confident leaving my car in their care.

Terrible service! I needed one tire replaced (the same tire on the other side was replaced earlier this summer)Came in on a Saturday and was busy so I scheduled an appointment with the register lady for the next day at 930 in the morning. When I went in I was denied my appointment because I wouldn’t purchase 4 new tires. Their liability concerns are for money reasons only.

Terrible service!!!!! Guys walking around not doing anything sat for over 2 hours waiting for tires to get put on my car tried scheduling an appointment and they said it was first come first serve then sat and watched them take two vehicles that came after me saying they had appointments

Called to ask about repairing a tire. They said they patch and plug tires, but on a first come first serve basis, which I understand. I then bring the tire to Walmart and the first employee says that we should be able to fix it in a few hours. Not even 5 seconds after, another employee walks up and yells " No we need 4 hours". Then the "4 hour employee" tells me that they can't fix it and need a new tire.

I choose Walmart east auto for an oil change and tire rotation out of pure convenience, it was anything but that. After getting my tires done I had warning lights on my dash that would flicker but wouldn't stay on. As I tried to pinpoint what set them off I noticed it was when I turned left. I started doing some research as the problem continued to get worse. I called Walmart auto and explained what was happening. They couldn't even find my vehicle under my name or that I have service done. I made an appointment for the next day and brought my receipt. Once I was there and showed them I indeed did have service work done they turned me away saying they didn't have a manager on duty and to come back the next day before 5pm when the manager left. So again I left work early to get this matter resolved. I stopped at a part store before going there to get the codes read. Of course it was the front left tire causing issues. That same tire has been losing air pressure. When I spoke to the manager (on his time) he just denied that they would have caused the issue but could look at the tire loosing air. He then told me he was unsure of how long I would have to wait for them to look at it. He showed no interest in the hassle this has been. He just went straight into denial. Now I have to take it to a real shop to fix what they have messed up on my vehicle. Which I should have done in the first place, lesson learned. If I could give zero stars I would.

Went to get new tires. Got there at 8:40am and didn’t get out until 10:45am not a huge deal but I was told it would only take 1 hour. There were additional services added on my bill which I didn’t consent to. Such as rotation + lifetime balance & road hazard protection warranty I didn’t ask for these 2 services. Also I was told that if I got Walmart + I would get $40 off my bill which did not happen. The 2 gentleman at the checkout were not able to get it figured out so I just said forget it. Overall was not a great experience.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! Brought my 84 year old mom's car to get the tires rotated and oil changed. She has 58,000 miles on her car. No place to sit to wait for the car so we had to sit in Subway that was closed as well because of all the remodeling Walmart is doing. But we needed somewhere to sit and wait since my mom uses a walker. We went to pay for the service and the guy says they wrote that the air box screws are damaged. I asked, "How did that happen?" He said, "I dont know it's just written on the work order." I said "Could I talk to the tech who serviced the car?" He said I dont know. He gets me a tech, who didn't work on it, and said those break all the time due to the elements of the weather. I said my mom's car never sits outside. It's in a garage. I asked if they could show me. The tech took me to show it to me. He opens the hood and says, "They don't look damaged." Then he started touching them and one screw kept turning and he says, "Oh, this one is broke in half." I said, "What do we do now?" He said, "You may have to get a whole new air filter box." So the next day I called the manager, Brad! He said he didn't know anything about this cuz he wasn't there that day. He said he would watch the video back and told me to come in. I got there and he proceeded to tell me that he watched the video and they didn't touch the air box. He said the tech came to the car with the screwdriver but said he saw the screws were damaged and declined the service. I said let me see the video. He said I can't do that. It's company policy. I said I would like to see that he didn't touch the air box with the screwdriver. He still refused. Then I asked for the district manager number. He said it was 1800 Walmart. I said I will call them. As I'm walking out the door he reiterates that the tech DID have the screwdriver in his hand by the car but didn't touch it cuz he "supposedly saw the screw was damaged." But again the tech that came out said he couldn't see that by just looking at it. He thought they were ok until he started monkeying around with it. Well I called that number to talk to someone. They take the info and say they will go higher up to report this and said I shouldn't have been treated like that. The next day I get the call from the SAME manager Brad from Walmart. They did not go higher up, which I think Brad knew this when he gave me that number. Still refuses to let me see the video cuz then I would know where their cameras are in the shop. What do I care about where their cameras are. I just want to see that he is telling me the truth. I said well just let me see a picture instead of video. Still no. He said somebody else probably broke it we just found it. Ok if that's the case prove to me on your video that you did not. Still refused. DO NOT GO HERE! I should have read the reviews before bringing her car to them. Update 5/21/24. A 3rd party got a hold of me after I sent them pictures and told them the situation. I said I would just like to see the video that they didn't touch those screws like Brad said. Needless to say, Brad LIED to me. The 3rd party people watched the video. The tech DID touch the airbox with screwdriver and came back with another tool after. DO NOT GO THERE!! THEY WILL NOT ADMIT OR FIX THEIR WRONG DOINGS! Thank you Verne Eide Honda for fixing it for me and my mom. Thank you to the 3rd party company that told me the TRUTH of Walmart Auto Centers (5521 E Arrowhead Parkway in Sioux Falls, SD) lies.

Great service today. Absolutely above and beyond. Brad, the manager, and our tech (whose name I regretfully didn’t get!) gave fantastic customer service, had me back on the road in a timely manner and I felt comfortable with their advise.

Took 4 hours to change 4 tires, didn't know what pressure they needed, and the lugnuts had to be tightened after like 100 miles. Good old walmart quality service. Better off doing it myself if I had the tools.

Walmart Automotive Center is impossible to get ahold of. I called and after several rings, they simply answered and hung up on me. Horrible customer service. Not what Walmart use to stand for.

Was a great experience at this location , small wait time and professional crew here . Unlike the guys in the walmart on louise Avenue , Sioux falls SD. Very unprofessional at Louise Avenue Joe,Jon and Gage 2 of them being managers declined me service and Joe just wouldnt do anything he wouldnt even look my vehicle up in wal mart's system . Declined service and typed on paper that it was a unsafe work environment? All I wanted was tires rotated and balanced as I'd paid for rotate and balance for the life of the tire . Declined service 2 days in a row . Just save yourself some time and dont go to Louise avenue Store . Oh by the way Gage got fired guess I wasnt the only one having issues with him

Customer service is horrible at this place. I have never met a more unfriendly group of people. Will not come here again. There can be no one else they are helping and still ignore you when they walk by. As if they are so busy they can't even let you know someone will be with you shortly.

Go to Empire Oil instead. Empire gets you in and out in under 30 mins. Anywhere but here. Here they take an hour just to tell you they drained your oil and can’t change it here

Would give 0 stars if possible. My husband took my Ford F150 for an oil change. He got there just before noon was told it would be done at 1230. Was told oil change would be $54. Took until 245 to be done. While truck was in bay getting oil changed tech came in saying he hates Fords. (Apparently he got sprayed by oil while taking filter off) He goes back to changing oil in my truck. My husband then witnesses one of the techs start my truck. When he started truck one of the other techs went running out the door yelling did you put the new oil in yet.... I have aftermarket rims and tires on my truck. Instead of reading the actual tire that reads 55PSI they chose to let 23PSI out of my tires because the door says 35psi for ford stick. My tires read between 32 and 35psi. My husband goes to check out when the truck is done and it was $73 not $54. When I called to talk to then about tire pressure he said they go by what's on the door not the tire...... I had to explain to him that the door is for the stock tires. Never again.

So I went in today 2/1/2022 around 10:50 am. I was standing at the service counter waiting to speak with a tech about work I needed done on my vehicle. There was 2 people in front of me and that wasn't a problem but then the employee that was working the counter looks up and about as rude as you can get goes if you want service go wait by the fence and just so you know we would be lucky to get you in it's about a 2 hour wait. I can go for people have bad days but guess what it is a custom service job and the level that the employee displayed was less then acceptable. I manage a place and if I saw one of my employees act like that for no reason like this one did I would terminate thier employment immediately.

Terrible 2 hours wait 4 hours wait yet employees were just standing around when I walked in and there were only a couple cars in front of me and the lady working that day said they probably were not going to get to my car today cause it was a 2 hour plus wait they were going to close early cause of staffing but yet there were 4-5 people standing there talking
