Came in for a tire repair, was told 30 minutes so I decided to wait. Two hours later they had still not even touched my vehicle. I asked about getting my vehicle back and was told that “they just started working on it.” This was the fourth time they had said that. We were supposed to be leaving soon, and I only had a slow leak. Had I known it would be at least two hours, I would not have had it repaired. Now I am going to be late and I’ve still literally not gotten any answer and they are not working on my vehicle.

Not from town and needed tires as 1 blew. Mechanic was friendly but the old bitty that was working the automotive counter was rude! Online it says open until 7 and she was trying to close at 4 because "short staffed" even though the mechanic was willing to stay and understood I was trying to get home 2 hours away. Tires Plus got me in instead even though they were fully booked!

They got me in right away when I had a screw in my tire. Fast service, nice people and was under $20. Would recommend!

I came in to have my headlights restored and tires replaced. Had some issues come up, but Joel in Auto care did an excellent job to provide service. Be sure to go to an alignment shop to have an alignment done after having tires replaced as Walmart doesn't do alignments at this location.

Tire center takes absurdly long to mount tires. Plan to be waiting 2 hours or longer

Cancelled my tire replacement at 2 AM for a 7 AM appointment due to not having the stock they sold to me online. Wouldn't work with me on the day they came in to get an appointment same day to install and told me a 2 hour wait time when I came in.

HIGHLY do NOT recommend. Went in to ask a few questions.The guy at the front desk ignored me for a few customers even though I was standing at the register he had last used. Finally asks what I need. I ask a simple question about a product I was looking for that anyone who has worked on cars knows. Refused to be of good customer service, rudely told me my question was weird. Must’ve been having a bad day, but it gave me a poor impression of the Automotive dept in this Walmart and maybe even any Walmart.

Only had 1 tech 3 cars waiting for service. Had to wait for over 2 hours for tire service. Horrible customer service.

Wanted a tire repair. Tec didn't speak to me and ran out to our van said the tires were too old and that I should replace all 4 tires. This tec didn't look at all our tires and because I am a woman wouldn't know the difference. We had 2 new tires put on the front within the last year. Very disappointed!!!

Went in to get tires rotated. Website said opens at 7. Went through service entrance at 7:15 and said good morning to the walmart employee that was sitting in the corner behind a table. There was nothing polite said back. All i got was there not open till 8. I said ok thanks and sat around for 45 minutes only to find out that the service tech didnt show up and the one there apparently dosen't work on the vehicles. He told me and another customer that we would have to wait till 10 or 10:30 to get a rotation done because no one could do it.
