Wow, wow, wow! I have never been so impressed with Walmart. I stoped by to grab a bite to eat at Subway and came out to a flat. I babied my Jeep over to the auto center but they didn’t have a lock key for my lug nut. I had to get to a conference and returned that night, using some tools to get the lock nut off. I left the keys with them and the next day they noticed that the damage was on the sidewall and I’d need a new tire. While waiting I got the lug nut off the spare and instead of putting on a new tire they simply swapped out the flat for the spare, added two new lug nuts and sent me on my way without charging me a cent. They guys were so nice and so helpful as this is 3 hours away from my house!

They were friendly and helpful and were able to get me in without an appointment after 5pm. It was urgent so I was thankful for that. A special thanks to Miguel for going above and beyond to help me out as well.

I had sent my Car to Hyundai to check out why my car wouldn't start...they told me the Battery was fine. * Since my car was already there, I asked them how much it would cost to fix a Bent Rim & buy 2 new tires. * Please note that there is Less than 16,000 miles on my 2013 Elantra. Tyler told me that they couldn't fix the Rim & that I needed 4 New Tires. * He said it would cost me $400.00 for a new Rim & $600.00 for 4 New Tires, making the Total of $1,000.00. * I told him I couldn't afford that, so I went to pick up my Car. Hyundai Charged me $79 for a Shop Fee & to check out my Battery. I complained to the Hyundai Company about the Service & Estimate I received from them, but never received a response. There's much more, but right now I'm focusing on WALMART. * Now, I told you all that, to tell you this. * After I picked up my Car from Hyundai, I took it to Walmart. * Walmart FIXED my Rim & told me I only needed ONE New Tire. * The Grand Total for WALMART to Fix my Rim & to buy ONE New Tire was less than $170.00. Quite a difference from $1,000 that Hyundai wanted, don't you think? * WALMART was also Very Fast & Courteous as well. They took less than 3 hours to do Everything. Hyundai had my car for TWO days just to give me an Estimate! * Don't let the name "Walmart" fool you. Great Prices & Great Service! IBB!

I love taking my car to Walmart for an oil change, it's fast and convenient, I only waited about 20-25 minutes and it was done. And the people are very friendly! The best part is they vacuum out my car and it's not expensive!

09/10/2022. So my gf and I we're on the way from lower WI to go to a funeral in on the far west side of SD, around 3:00pm we had a belt bust in our left front tire and we called everywhere and only Discount Tire had one. At this point it's 4:30 and DT could get the tire installed on the vehicle but it would be until 6:30 or 7:00 before they could get to it. So we decided to buy the tire and go to a local Walmart we called to get it installed. The first Walmart we went to we got nothing but disrespect and ignorance form on of their techs. So we came to this Walmart. Unfortunately at this point it's past 5:30 and they were three cars deep and they closed at 6:00 because of understaffing. One of the techs gave me the numbers to two other stores that unfortunately closed one at 6:00 and were 20 minutes away and the other didn't answer. I went back inside and asked them if they could help because we desperately need to get to the funeral because they we're very close to me. The tech talked to one of the other techs and they were willing to install my tire. The got it done shortly after 6:00. It's the next day and we made it safely to our destination and I am so grateful for all the help they provided and how professional they were. I can't thank them enough.

Took my car to them because I had a nail in it and they said there are no leaks and just put air in my tires I thought they forgot to charge me but when I got home I looked and the nail is still there

Unusually have great experiences here but today I had all 4 tires replaced, I get in my car and there are 3 large scratches on my radio screen. I just had this replaced at the dealer, it was expensive and I spend a lot of time taking care of my vehicle. I’m going to need to start putting a camera in my car while it’s being worked on.

We got there before 6:30 just to grab jumper cables knowing they close at 7. They saw me coming to the door and shut their lights off quick. I went through the front to get in go to the back and the doors are open lights still off. Terrible service to see a customer and pretend to be closed.
