Just go anywhere else. They’re not equipped at this location, I had an oversized plug in my oil tank and they said when they swapped it out they didn’t have one to replace it so it just leaked oil. Had to go to another place to get it done properly. No refund even though half the tank leaked in less than a week.

Came in to get a simple oil change. After 1.5 hours, my car is still not finished. And it is not for lack of auto personnel. The issue is that they take care of tire sales first, even if you are ahead of them. Both Auto Center Manager and Service Manager were there, but they could not care less about customer satisfaction. Giving them one star was way too many. Stay away.

Slowest place I have ever been to. Simple tire change cost $100 and took them over 4 hours to complete. After 3 hours they finally rolled the car into the garage and put it on the lift (ok, I didn’t have an appointment so that could be excused) but then it took over an hour for them to get the tire changed and release the car to me after I saw them start working on it. Customer service is terrible too, they act like customers are a nuisance to their day. Staff all just wondering around eating, drinking and laughing. Everyone working there looks lost. I had to have the mechanic cash me out, I was waiting at the desk because I saw the car had been taken out of the garage but nobody came and said anything. I caught his attention and had him come get me rang up.

Had a 5pm appt, didn't even start until 6:20. Finished at 7:20. I watched the tire techs wander around, moving like sloths. I'll go somewhere else next time.

The service was awesome here. We got a flat driving through town and they got us in real quick. Super helpful and went above and beyond.

It took 2 hours for a bottom tier oil change. I was told just a few minutes at check in and would have left if I'd known it was such a wait.

Took hours upon end for a simple battery job when I noticed every single bay was empty. Didn't really tell me where I could wait or how long I could be expecting, if it is going to be a while, at least be transparent with the customer and let them know. Problem came back later again.

If you have about half the day to throw in the trash I’d recommended coming here. I got there for my 12 o clock appointment 10 minutes early. I was having 4 tires mounted and balanced. After an hour of waiting they started working on the car. 2 hours after that they finally got done. I said goodbye to my afternoon.

Needed all 4 tires changed, so this was going to take a while. Since it was an incredibly nice spring day, I headed to the garden center to wait while the $800 tires were installed... Walmart insisted I move to the auto waiting room instead, which resembles a prison cell. Horrible way to spend hours, I won't be going back to walmart for anything automotive.

Arrived at 9:00am as they opened the bays, for an oil change. I was second in line. They said would be finished in an hour. At 10:30 I asked what the status was because now there was another vehicle in front of mine. They said my car got bumped because some else had a 10:00 appointment. I ended up taking it somewhere else.

Changed from 5 Star to 2. This place used to be decent and has since gone down hill. Seems like the group here really doesn't care that much, customer service below average. They told me 1 hour for oil change, at 2 hours I said this has gone an hour beyond what they said They asked asked me what I wanted to do, if I wanted to just leave, I told them I wanted the oil change that was why I came in. Updated 4/10/2023. I have found I can't purchase the oil and filter, and do it myself for the price that they'll do it for which is around $20. Get there oil special and they say it is Penzoil which is good oil. This swapped out my battery as well. Price is less expensive than most places and the service is good.

I came here for an oil change and tire rotation. Usually this takes max 2 hrs. I was here for 2 and half hours and when they FINALLY moved my car in for the tire rotation. For an oil change it’s great, but if you want a tire rotation with it expect to wait an absurd amount of time. Total amount of time was about 3 hrs.

I have gone to them 4 different times for an oil change and everytime my cars come out messed up, either leaking oil, or low oil or something of the sort. Will never be using them again

If I could give zero stars I would. I got my vehicle at the shop at 9 and was the first in line and cars kept going in front of my a simple tire replacement is now taking well over 3 hours. I will not be coming back

If me and my mom went here to get the exact same service done, she'd probably walk out spending much more money than I did. Classic bait and switch service center that tries to take advantage of less knowledgeable customers.

Made appt to have 4 new tires installed. Arrived on time, car was finished in about 40 minutes. Great job auto care dept. Best price in town for new tires at Walmart.

CLOSED! Washington Utah (Tire Repair Shop) location is CLOSED! It appears they are doing some major remodeling or maybe they just closed permanently... You’re welcome! I’ll save you the time and gas!

Expect to get told you have an hour wait at least when you show up (even with just 1 car in front of you), and that is to just finally get your cars turn for an oil changed then expect to wait another 40 minutes to and hour once they finally start on your car. Either they are horribly understaffed or just don't care and move slow. Either way, this place takes about 3-4 times longer than any other Walmart auto center I have ever been at. Management needs to step in, it is embarrassing.

I was told they didn't stock the size of tires I need and they would have to be ordered online and shipped to the store. I waited over a week but the wrong size of tires were shipped. The store said they couldn't give me a refund since the tires were ordered online. The store also didn't mention that they can't offer road hazard or any warranty on tires ordered online until after they were already ordered. I got the run-around for over 2 hours before I was finally able to get a refund. Incompetent, unprofessional and unqualified staff.

One tire took over an hour. The staff is terrible and unfriendly. I’ve never seen grown men roll their eyes like middle school girls fighting a gossip war in order to win over the 12-year-old version of the Backstreet Boys that plague the hallways in-between classes. The caliber of people hired here (mostly) are less reliable than a 25ACP firing down-range.

The service department here fixed a tire of mine that two other shops in town didn’t want to fix. Staff was super friendly and even on a weekend, the wait was reasonable. No complaints!!!

This place rates very poor . I bought a tire , went to pick it up . The person at the counter was friendly and was taking care of business . But when I stated my reason for being there , that person said oh Gary will take care of that for you . I was instructed by Gary to bring my old tire and rim in since I wanted only to have it put on the rim and not installed . That was strange too, since it seemed it was self serve now since I was not getting installation . . I got the tire in , my hands were grimy from the rubber , then I was told to wait or , “ hang tight “, as this guy Gary said!! Well , I waited and waited until another person asked if i had been helped yet. I told him I was waiting for the tire I had purchased on line. No one asked my name or anything. Then the original Gary comes and says ok I will look for your tire . He says what size is it , I was taken aback as I was standing next to the old tire with the info on it. But I guess he wanted me to bend down and read it to him . Why not just ask my name and go get it since the walmart app said to go there and pick it up !I showed him the scan bar of the purchase , to which he says , “that means nothing to me” ! Another tech was nice enough to read it to this guy! He finds the tire finally and hands me a ticket and says don’t lose it , it will be your proof when you come back and pick it up . He also said he couldn't give me a time estimate , but that it would be sometime today. As if I have no time restraints of my own!! I said no thanks , I will take it elsewhere. He seemed annoyed and walks away. I pull my car up and wheel this heavy tire back into my trunk and grab my new tire. Never ever have I experienced anything remotely as terrible as this in a retail store . I will never use this auto center again . 0n A scale from 1-10 this place gets a 2 for the two service Techs who actually had customer service skills .

SLOW service. Cancel your plans and come early. Maybe grab a pillow from housewares so you can nap in the waiting room.
