I HATE THIS AUTO CENTER!!! The only one that helped and tried to diligently get to the issue, was the young girl in the front of auto center. She checked and made sure she called. The issues started out when the workers couldn’t find the lug nut to change my tires. They didn’t put anything back in the glove compartment left it messy. Very unorganized, confused, disgusting attitudes. They proceed to let me walk around the store for 1hr 30 mins. I decide to check the receipt. It says my car is in hold. I go back to check and they tell me they haven’t even worked on my car. Instead of calling to let me know the issues you decided not to call and just leave me car unattended too. I am very upset with the workers here. Everybody in the back SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!!!!!! How do you hire workers and they don’t even do the job correctly. In all made me 2 hrs late to work and got absolutely nothing accomplished. Y’all need to do better, and hire people more qualified to work in the Auto Center. Got little kids that know absolutely nothing about customer service.

(Walmart has Idols don’t go there 613 commandments - don’t murder) They had lice jumping in the parking lot. Someone should give free lice treatments. Keith checked my coolant while checking my oil. My oil wasn't listed on the cap, so he found the oil type on the label. He was very communicative, helpful, and friendly. My car needed coolant, and he was very concerned - because I had no coolant. He attended me periodically throughout my purchasing to make sure I bought the right products. He offered to help with the coolant, but I declined - because he already showed me where the coolant was. My hood release was broken, and I couldn't open my hood. He opened the hood for me, and helped with the coolant. Keith is a new employee, and he was very professional, and proactive with service. I was there for a basic oil change, and purchased valvoline oil for older cars. Yesterday early morning wasn't busy, and service was less than an hour/ half an hour. He told me to watch my engine leaks after the oil change to make sure coolant wasn't also leaking.

I had an 8 AM appointment to have new tires put on. I took my car in right at 8. There were no other cars in the lot and there were no other cars in the tire installation bays, so one could reasonably deduce that my car should have been the first tire installation for the day. I dropped my car off and asked the staff approximately how long it would take. He said about 90 minutes. I received a text message at 9:42, more than 90 minutes after I dropped the car off, that it was finally being brought into the bay to have the tires installed. It was 11:20 when they finished putting the new tires on. That was 3 hours and 20 minutes of wandering around the store for a job that should have taken about an hour. On top of that, I was the first customer of the day, so there's no way it should have taken 1 hour and 40 minutes just to get my car into the bay. I would definitely go somewhere else next time. I got a flat and unfortunately went back here thinking it might have been a tire issue (not a road hazard issue). They patched the flat and called me to say it was ready. I went and picked it up and wouldn't you know it ... the car in the lot had a flat tire! I waited around for another hour or so and they were ultimately unable to fix it. I went to Dobbs and they did it for the same price in less than an hour.

I had an appointment scheduled for new tire change at 2pm so I arrived early at 1:40pm and the vehicle is checked in but they didn’t bring the vehicle in to the garage until 2:10 pm since they were no cars in front of the line to and in the middle they stopped my car work and cancelled my scheduled appointment and registered a new appointment due to that my waiting time has increased and I have been out like 3:30 pm, never coming to this auto care center and never faced this kind of issues with another location auto care centers.

I took my vehicle in for a simple oil change and check tire pressure...my car was fine no dash lights on nothing serious wrong...I got my car back and the check engine light was on ..it was barely driving..also the tire light was on..I talked to the store manager who played in my face and told me a oil change wouldn't have caused that..then I was routed to a claims guy at Walmart that told me to take my car to my mechanic.. never offered me a tow..then when I got my car to the mechanic I was told I needed a diagnosis to see what was wrong..the guy at Walmart had the nerve to tell me they won't pay for it..I was like well how are they supposed to know what's wrong with out the diagnostics..in which he told me I would have to pay for myself... I'm so mad..they are trash and don't take responsibility for their mistakes...

The immature unknowledgeable tweeny that thinks he's managing a major auto repair facility running the oil change shop at Walmart is proven to be quite difficult with giving me a warranty replacement on my battery that has left me stranded three times now..... very rude very arrogant for someone who has done nothing but change oil and aired up tires in an automotive setting I should have known better than to buy a battery at Walmart

Got my oil changed. With a busy garage, the only inconvenience was the wait. But that's a me thing. The crew members were on their game and knocking out services left and right. I would definitely recommend this location for future services.

I called ahead to verify that they had the battery I needed. They did. I wanted them to install it for me, I am post move and my tools have not been a priority. I was assured that no appointment was needed. I got there and got the battery to the register and he rings up the core charge. I told him that I needed it installed. It would be an hour and a half by his estimate. There was a reason I tried to make an appointment.

Don’t have any work done here, this shop is pathetic. I was told on phone they would be able to balance my tires in 20 minutes after I showed up. Waited 3 hours for them to tell me that they don’t have a air line to reach my truck so they can’t take my tires off. Does that make any sense. Worst shop I’ve ever been to

What is the point of making an appointment when the store does not set aside the tires to put on your car? I was not offered the option to pay for the tires in advance, and then it took them over an hour to figure out that they did not have what was needed in stock to honor my appointment. Very disappointed in the customer service and will definitely be taking my car elsewhere from now on. Icing on top is when I reached out to talk to someone about this issue, they have no record of my appointment at all in their system.
