I had an appointment I talked to the guy on the phone and he told me that my appointment was at 2pm and when I got there, they told me that my appointment wasn't at 2pm it was at 1pm so I missed my appointment and had to reschedule. I rescheduled for the next day at 3PM and when I got there they told me that they didn't even have my car battery in stock anymore, so they couldn't change it. Waste of time. I'm so done with trying to go there. It just seems like they don't want to work. Worst customer service ever. Maybe this was a blessing in disguise.

Set an appointment and the racist old man was takin walk ins before me 30 mins after my app I was still not served and he also gave me an attitude instead of apologizing

Went in with a flat tire that is covered by Walmart Road Hazard Waranty an 1 1/2 hrs before they closed. The lady working the desk was helping someone else and while I was waiting they came in and said no more walk-ins. I tried to see if they would do it as an emergency since I was there before they cut it off. But despite being more then an hour before close they refused to take care of it. Now I have to drive all the way out again tomorrow to another store. Never going here again.

We brought our car in for a tire repair. They never texted us that it was finished, all left at the end of the day and left our car outside unlocked. When we confronted them no compensation was offered, we still needed to pay. Worst of all, we found out 2 days later before a long roadtrip that no repairs were done at all! Upon coming back to the car center it turned out our tire had to be replaced and could not be repaired. Once again we had to pay full price and no compensation could be given. We did get a refund for the original repair that was never done. I will never come here again.

Bought tires on marketplace on 02/12/24 and they were to big so I had to return them. I chatted on line with someone and they started a refund process and told me to just take the tires into a store which I did on 02/14/24 at Walmart Tucson marketplace and no one seemed to know what to do after that. Spoke to three different Managers and neither one of them knew what to do even with me showing them the email I was sent to just return them to the store. Jesus the autoshop manager said he would take care of it but till this day hasn't returned or emailed me any information regarding my refund, Roy another manager got involved and till this day nothing has happened they even told me to talk to the party that sent the tires and they said they had nothing to do with so it's been a back and forth thing and I still don't have my refund. Worst experience with Walmart never again will I buy on Marketplace.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I called the day prior they told me that they were booked on appts for the next 6 days, they told me that they take 2 walk ins within the hour. I arrived at 6:45am for an oil change as a walk in, here it is almost 3 hours later and they have still not completed it. They do not prioritize walk ins as they claim, complete and total false advertisement and representation. Next time I will save myself the time and go somewhere else or just do it myself. Highly do not recommend!

Paperwork indicated that I declined other fluid checks that was not true. I specifically inform them to check the transmission fluid and paperwork show declined

Probably one of the most thorough oil change service I've received - checked & topped off all fluids, even checked transfer case oil for the 4x4 and explained why he couldn't check the differential (sealed). A good place - compentent people.

Amazing experience! Called 45 minutes before they closed, and the associate pushed me in so I could have two tires replaced before the end of the night. That's service!!! Thanks so much!!

There is a new online scheduling system. I usually arrive right before they open and I'm headed home in an hour. I stead I waited 4 hours to get an oil change...because I was next as a walk in. Had ai have known about the wait I would have made an appointment.
