I am not from Tulsa. I live in a small town in northeast Oklahoma where we don't have to have an appointment to get a flat tire fixed. Well I was in Tulsa for a birthday party and I ran over a bolt. During that time period i found out my mother in law had a heart attack in Joplin Missouri and i need to get there. I went to the Walmart on Admiral and Memorial. The young lady at the desk went out and explained it to one of the workers and he agreed to fix my tire even though I didn't have an appointment. Well the manager on the garage floor. The older man wearing the yellow vest. Was throwing things and cursing about customers, while they and myself included were standing there. He yelled at some young woman in her car and threw the yellow traffic cone across the parking lot. When they got done fixing my tire. Another young man who worked there carried it out to my car. Dropped it on the ground and walked off. I am 50 years old and have had major surgery on my neck and he is expecting me to put the tire on my car myself. Thank goodness I had an nephew in Tulsa for the same birthday party and I called him. He came up there and put my tire on in the parking lot as the manager walked around yelling and cursing. I was absolutely disgusted and appalled by his behavior. If he is going to have that attitude. He needs to retire. 100% zero stars for this location.

Best thing? The techs were fast. Went for a tire and a possible rotation. Charged me for a partial tire rotation they did not complete, as stated on the paperwork they gave me. Lady who did my paperwork took forever to finish it, like 10-15 minutes. It's Walmart, so I didn't really expect much tho.

Took my car in for oil change my car HAD NO OIL LEAKS AT ALL PRYOR TO TAKING IT INTO WALMART. Got my oil changed within 1 week of the oil change my car now has oil leaks all around the bottom of my motor seems like someone went around and loosened bolts on my car engine cover

I sat there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to approach my car, 2 of 5 were visibly working, the others would look up at me from time to time and look away. I called and asked what was supposed to happen because in Sand Springs someone comes out to your car with a tablet to check u in or at least walks to your car to acknowledge u are there, lady on the phone said she would get someone to assist me. I had backed into a parking spot to call so I said okay and pulled back up to the garage area for tires, wait about 5 minutes, I see other ppl pull up to garages and go in so I'm like okay, I guess I need to go in to be seen. I go in and the guy at the counter tells me that I get checked in outside and I tell him I've been out there twice and haven't been acknowledged. I was pretty mad at this time and said does anyone actually work here?? And went back out and talked to a guy, I was still mad, not gonna lie and he said u were only waiting a few minutes to be helped I said yes, the 2nd time I pulled up, the 1st time I waited 15 minutes and NOONE acknowledged me in fact some guys were standing around laughing while 2 worked. He said well we only have 1 tablet and I will check everyone else in before u if that's how u are going to be. I'll admit I wasn't my friendliest when I spoke to him but they were all extremely unprofessional and someone could've acknowledged me and said we only have one tablet but we'll get to u as soon as we can. Simple thing to do, instead they stand around glancing at me from time to time and laugh, oh, and one liked like a manager and I rolled my window down to ask him how I can be seen and he just walked on by, once again NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT. Worst experience ever, it is worth the drive to go to the sand springs location to be treated with respect and get good customer service, I ended up needing a new rim and gave my $ to Discount Tires who showed extreme professionalism and wonderful customer service. I will NEVER go to the auto care at this location again! I would give zero stars if I could.

It would be one star but the woman working the counter was so nice. The shop crew was either rude or "checked out" and straight up ignoring the woman working the counter when she was asking about customers batteries. The manager of automotive was back there but just getting defensive with customers, not getting her shop crew in check like they needed. They took an hour to put my battery on the charger, when asked the older gentleman said "that's not my job" and blamed a younger boy for not doing it. If you knew a customer was waiting, the bottom line is you are a team. Go get it done, regardless of who was "asked "

Purchased 4 new tires. Scheduled install. When arrived, they only had 3 tires. This was after I confirmed the day before that they had everything to complete the tire installation. Very frustrated with counter staff. They didn't have any enthusiasm and really didn't answer my questions what happened to the 4th tire. Now I have to make another appointment for the 4th tire.

The reason I was calling was because I need to find out who can actually replace my battery BEFORE I go make a purchase or wait in line 2 hours, but I was told I would have to come wait in a two hour line to find out instead of simply giving my info over the phone. Horrible customer service. He didn’t even ask what my car was and just assumed that I didn't know what I was talking about.

Was told would be three hours for an oil change and that they weren't sure if they could even do hybrids (first Gen Prius). Should've known better than to even try.
