Great shop depending on each car's circumstance that's what determines the time it takes to repair the vehicle so it kind of depends on what's wrong with your car I was fortunate my car is in great shape it went very smooth

Had an appointment but waited almost 15 minutes for an associate to show up to check me in. Once checked in, my oil change was c9mpleted rather quickly.

It took 4 hours just to change one god damn tire. Go to the one on Memorial, they do it much quicker

I went in for a tire check, and the receptionist asked me to wait in my car. After waiting 30 minutes with no one showing up, I went back inside to ask again and was told the same thing. Despite there being no other customers and it not being busy, no one ever came to assist. The service was very disappointing!

Save yourself a lot of time, and don’t even go here. They had two guys in the service center handling everything. And then the one goes to lunch…. 4 hrs just to check a battery and replace it. Never again. 😆

I have been having my oil changed here for years, today I left my vehicle to have the oil changed and the gentleman said it would take about an hour I said no problem I'm going to leave and come back later. I called 2 hrs later and a guy told me they had just pulled it and were working on it and said would been done in 20 to 30 mins , I showed up to pick it up and it hadn't been moved from the parking lot and no apology of any kind and was told it was going to be at least another hour or more. Guess I'll have to find another oil place because I'm sure Walmart won't be in touch or do anything about this

Refused service as soon as we came to the counter and it was only 3pm and they close at 7pm but it is what it is I’ll take my service somewhere better!

They got oil all over the inside of my car stained into the ceiling fabric, my seats, and fingerprints everywhere. All I got was an oil change and they literally got it everywhere my car is ruined.

Horrible experience. Just needed a tire fixed that was going flat. Took forever to get service. And then after waiting hours when I asked about the status I was told they couldn't fix it because of a broken lug which I'm not 100% sure they didn't cause

I recently bought a battery for my car at Walmart Automotive Center. The battery is good, but after I paid for it and went to check to make sure the work had been done properly, I found the battery posts still had lots of corrosion on them. So, I went back in and told the man behind the counter. He came out and cleaned the posts and sprayed something on it to prevent more corrosion. I'm thankful that he took care of the problem but, disappointed that the Walmart mechanic didn't finish the job right the first time.

I went in yesterday for a tire replacement as my tire had a bubble in it and I bought my tires from them with the roadside hazard. I had to hunt down a service person and he really didn’t want to be bothered with me being there. First he he told me it was normal but finally agreed to replace it. I was told it’d take an hour but I waited for 2.5 hours. I wasn’t told anything about the problem, and when I got home I looked at my tires and still had a tire with a bubble, they replaced the wrong tire. I’ll never go to them again and am just going to purchase a tire from a different business today.

Long wait but good service. Miscommunication between front desk and the mechanic. At first claimed they didn't have a battery, then looked in a book and they did.

My Walmart car battery was almost out of warranty when it went bad. Walmart exchanged it with a new battery of the same exact kind at no charge, the only caveat being that the replacement battery warranty expires when the old warranty. That seems like a good deal to me.

Needed 2 tires so I called ahead to make sure that they had 2 in my size, they said yes and that it would be finished in about 2 hours. 2 hours later they call and tell me that they actually only have 1 in my size and that I'd need to go to another Walmart for the other. Them originally telling me they had 2 was the whole reason I used their service in the first place.
