I am an associate that works at another Walmart. I tried to get tires at my store and other services. They did not have the tires I wanted, so they sent me to this store. I also needed an oil change. I went to this store and saw Debbie. She acted like she was going to refuse me service for what I needed in my SUV. She was extremely unprofessional and mighty rude. I was very unhappy with her service I requested to see a team lead or another supervisor. She ignored me and went on to another customer. I am getting ready to move to Tulsa from Bixby, and I drove all the from Bixby to get here. I was thinking about transferring to this store. Now I am having second thoughts.

I’ve been thoroughly impressed by the quality, speed, and cost of service here! I came in with a bolt in a tire. They immediately took my information and began working on my car. It took less and an hour. I really have to give a shout out to Jason who was working the auto desk. He was very kind, professional, and had a calm attitude which was very appreciated in an environment that can sometimes be stressful or intimidating.

This rating is for the automotive department. I am still waiting for a battery replacement. They have enough workers to service more than one person at a time. The store is nice, clean inside and outside. The workers are friendly throughout the store. It's obvious that the automotive department has 4 to 5 people working on one car at a time. This location has more people in automotive than any other stores I have visited. Speed up the process so you can service more cars. If you all are only serving less than 30 customers a day in automotive. Hours needs to be cut. You don't need 15 people in automotive with at this time there were 3 other people before me. I'm two hours in waiting on a battery but multiple employees are just walking around the automotive department freely.

I woke up to a flat tire this morning. Chance with the auto center was able to get my tire changed quickly and I was able to get to work in time! Tire change probably took all of 15 minutes! I don't know if everyone at the auto center is as great as Chance, but if they are, I recommend anyone go here who needs some quick auto work!

With an appointment, over 2 hours for tire installation. Early morning, not busy time of day. Also asked for white letters to be placed inside and they are facing out.

Tires take 10-15 minutes each MAX to put on a vehicle. I had an appointment at 3, I've been here for over two hours and being told now it's going to be another half hour. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! Do not waste your time coming here and sitting for 3 hours for a job that should take 1 hour AT MOST. Thanks Walmart!!!

I came in for an oil change for the first time because people told me walmart is a best and fast place to get an oil change at. well, it took two hours to an oil change. not to mention me having to go to auto parts to get a oil filter because they didn’t have it? so when i asked if the oil filter is going to be taken off the total price they told me “it will, but for only $3 dollar”. so what they are telling me is i bought a almost $30 oil filter only for $3 to get taken out, along with waiting two hours. i regret coming here and should have just sticked with south point chevrolet

I purchased 2 tires on the Walmart website and had them shipped to this Auto Center. I schedule an 8:00am installation so I could be done by 9:00 (their estimate.) I was the first customer there ie 7:50am and after 2 hours I went to the bay to check on my vehicle. It was up on racks with no tires at all and employees were standing around chatting. I asked the desk to get an update for me and was told “15 more minutes at most.” 1 hour later they were finely done! It should not take 3 hours to install 2 tires! This put me 2 hours behind in a very busy day. Not a pleasant experience at all!!

Tire department was very helpful. Reason for the 4 stars is because of information I received regarding the tires for my type of vehicle. I went to the 66th & Memorial location. I really like this Super Walmart location. Mr Joe, and another tire associate were very helpful. The door greeter by the tire shop was a sweetheart.

They are fast & efficient & most if all trust worthy I actually trust wal mart over jiffy lube, take 5 or precision jiffy has been known to not put any oil in your car never to me but I knew someone who worked for them & precision didn't put ANY oil in my truck once & I went all the way to Houston with dirty oil that was low & never changed & i got the oil change the day before i left all the way from tulsa ok they didn't even change the plug & take 5 I don't think even emptied my oil either once it was black & old only way I knew was because a week later I had an oil leak because my gasket needed to be replaced & when the mechanic emptied the oil is when he asked when was the last time you got your oil changed i said last week why & thats when he showed me how black the oil was but wal mart ive been going for a couple of years now & never not once have i had any of these issues & they have the best prices around i use them for both of my vehicles

Went in for a simple tire replacement. They stripped the lug nuts and damaged them. Cost me 140 dollars to replace the damage parts, and on top of all that after they damaged them they said nothing they could do and sent my wife and kid on their way. Buy your tires here sure but do not have them to do any work on your car. You have been warned.

Clean, guy was friendly enough. But when I stopped in a half hour before closing to buy a battery and have it swapped out, a job that takes maybe 10 min, the guy flat out refused to do it because it was "too close to closing". I couldn't even turn my car off because then it would need to be jumped again - it wouldn't hold a charge. So I drove across the street to advanced auto care, where the battery was actually cheaper, they had me in and out of there in 15 min, and they were extremely friendly. If you need a battery, go there, it's way better than Walmart's auto center.

The Manager is extremely nice and rationale. If you have an issue with anything, you can reach out to him - and he will remediate the issue. He is very empathetic and sincere (cares about the customer).

They make you stand in line for 20 minutes to tell you- oh your service just started it’s not done yet. The fact that they make people stand in line 20-30 minutes to help ONE customer when they have a line of 10 people waiting is FREAKING OUTRAGEOUS. DO BETTER

We took my mom's truck here to get an oil change because the automotive center on 81st totaled our car so we took mom's truck here and guess what they did a good job. Still waiting on Walmart to step up and do what is right and fix the damages to our car that we cannot drive no more it's totaled. They are still trying to no fix our car or pay for to replace it. So be aware when taking your car to get oil change I suggest this Wal Mart at this location is great be aware of the 81st and lewis automotive. Staff here at this location on memorial are great all of them are great. We are so appreciative to this location. 66th and memorial 🙏🙌🙏🤜🤛

Called this Walmart after a bad phone call with the memorial Walmart and it was like night and day. Great customer service and gave me as much info as they could over the phone.

These guys are a bunch of yahoo's. Don't waste your time or money here if it means something to you. I waited 2 1/2 hours on a Thursday morning, waiting for ONE SINGLE TIRE. Guess what, it wasn't even installed onto a vehicle. Just purchased and put on the rim. THATS IT !
