Came in for an oil change, but somehow made it out the door without any payment on hand. Rudy was kind enough to offer an appointment to hold my place in line. I came back earlier than my slot. My vehicle was taken back earlier than my appointment time. I was told it would take about 30 minutes. And 30 minutes on the dot, my vehicle was ready. After the oil change, my plan was to stop by the car wash to vacuum the interior. Goldfish had been spilled and stepped on by little feet. Much to my surprise, Lance had already vacuumed it all up! Thank you. See you in 5,000 miles!

Was told 45 minutes for an oil change and that my car would be vacuumed out. Two stalls were open and I was told they were not busy at all. Ended up taking an hour and a half and no vacuum job done. Other customers were told the same and their car was not even in the shop yet when I left. Poor customer service and communication.

They get the job done but very slow service. Just to patch tire 2 hr wait all times I been there. It may be an incentive to make you shop.

Needed to get my tire changed and the woman at the front desk was so incredibly rude. She was tall and skinny and a bit older. She talked over me multiple times and I noticed she did the same with other customers. Very unprofessional. I had a miss call from when they were finished with my car and so I called back and she continued to say “when I call you, you need to answer.” I did not find that funny, and neither did my family members who were with me. Don’t waste your time here. Go somewhere else.

Super quick for an oil change. Love the text updates! I noticed my mask was missing off my door handle. You must have touched it and got it dirty and threw it away and didn't tell me. I didn't like the young guy standing there talking with his friend while we were standing at the counter waiting to pick up the car. We had groceries melting away and he's chattin it up with his friend right at the entry arch to the automotive section. We waited longer than a minute and the guy kept looking at us standing at the counter.. comeon dude. Cut your conversation short.. you are on the clock!!

We were able to get a new tire and have it put on within 15 minutes. However the computers were messed up so it took us longer to pay for it but the service was amazing

3hrs so far, to change 4 tires. Horrible experience. Never coming back here for service. I had an appointment at 4pm. got here at 4pm, checked In, and shop for a bit. Came back 1hr later, and my truck was still sitting in the parking lot. 1hr later and they finally took the truck. Didn't get done til 7:20pm. Now there's a flapping noise from the front tire. And they are closed already. Will have to go back tomorrow.

I got my oil changed at the WAC and the service was done in under 45 minutes. Do note that arriving early helps. My suggestion here is to call ahead, otherwise you may be waiting for a long time.

I call needed a oil change told the young on the phone his reply was yes we can help come before 6pm I hang up nd arrived in ten minutes walk in identify myself for calling ten minutes ago he stated that they wouldn’t be able to help me because they was only taking one person and it wasn’t me he didn’t say that part but you get what I’m saying but he did apologize repeatedly for giving me the wrong information but still I’m only giving three stars because he was nice with his curly hair

I had to unexpectedly replace my battery this week. Ricky in the auto department was very knowledgeable and installed my new battery quickly. Thank you for getting me back on the road and for the friendly service. I’ll be back when I need new tires.

My car battery died and needed to buy a new one but needed a jump. The associate was very nice and came and jump me and got my car in right away and gave me a call to let me know It was ready.

You get what you pay for nothing more I prefer good customer service and the benefits from Firestone and take 5 oil change that Walmart doesn't offer
