I wouldn’t have even given them 1 star if I had the choice to say 0 stars. I got a flat tire in Waco and live an hour away. My donut was also flat. I hobbled into their auto care lot and the guy immediately yells for me to move out of their way, and then I asked him where did he want me to go with my flat donut, and his response very loudly across the lot was “I’ll tell you where you can go!” Incredibly unprofessional and rude. I drove off against my better judgement (and safety) and went to Hewitt where everyone was incredibly helpful and kind.

Overcharged me..by 24$. Oil not in stock. Slow , by 2 hours. Manager was unavailable. Store manager wouldn't come fix the ticket or price. , refused to assist the staff. Safety hazards in and around the shop. Worst fake mechanics in town. Manager won't help either. I've asked. DO NOT GO HERE ! I learned the hard way.

Arrived with two cars in front of me in lane one, 45 minutes later I come back to the back. My car is not in lane one. It's in lane two. Just sitting there 20 more minutes later. They finally start on mine after getting six cars out and they want to claim it's first come first serve. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

If I could go lower than a 1 star, I would. The service manager is a joke. Had to wait an extra week for tires, and once my appointment came, they couldn't find my tires! Made me cancel and refunded, and then 30 minutes later, I get called saying they found my tires. The whole department is a mess. Beware of dealing with walmart auto care, they sure live up to their reputation.

Guy behind the counter didn't seem to know what he was doing but the mechanics were great. They knew more about the goings on in the department than he did.

I waited 45 minutes to even be checked in even after going inside and asking for help. There were four workers and only three cars there including mine so there should not have been an issue. Then after getting checked in the gave me options for tires without knowing for sure if they had the right size which the didn’t of any tire. They need to stay to date with inventory.

If you trying to return an old battery for a core charge better make sure you call and check before you make the trip up there because if it's not in a system you're not getting the core charge I had to leave mine there give it to them for free no core charge after I purchase my battery there 2 months ago.

SLOW. If you're in a hurry don't go here. Went to get 2 tires mounted and balanced. I had 1 customer ahead of me getting an oil change and it took 3 1/2 hours before they got my 2 tires done. They're cheap and the did ok work, just SLOW.

Went in today to get my tire changed. At other places it takes at most 30 minutes but here it has been 2 hours with only 3 other cars and like 5 workers. I’m waiting in the rain and they started working on the wrong tire and gave me an attitude when I went up to them and told them it was the other tire. Wish I could give 0 stars waste of time and money.

Went in today to see about what was going on with my tires as they all were coming apart now keep in mind these tires are only 2 months old had one replaced yesterday and it popped at same place as last one so tells me something was going on. We came in they are replacing 2 tires and checking one we got here at 8 am it’s 10:30 am now and we are still sitting here as there was NO cars in front of us. This place is ridiculous keep in mind this is 2nd time they have took this long it’s really starting irritate me to high hell. They need to get someone else to mange the auto center and some more employees that aren’t lazy.

I went today for a single tire change. It was the worst experience I have ever had. When I got there the guy told me it would take 30-45 minutes and he would start right away as there were no cars ahead of me. This was true as I pulled up to an empty bay for tire changes. I went inside and waited an hour and when I went back out to check they hadn't even pulled my car into the empty bay. I asked what was going on and they said "sorry we got busy and it will take 30- 45 minutes to do." I said okay and told them I need to leave within the next hour to pick up my kid from school and he said there would be no problem and pulls my car into the bay. The hour passes and my car is in the bay still so I ask what's taking so long. They said they are just busy and it will take 30 minutes to finish. 40 minutes later I get my car and they didn't even have the deceny to put the spare tire back in its place and just threw it in the trunk. I will not be going back.
