My husband ordered tires online and set up an appointment to have them put on. He showed up 15 minutes early for the appointment and didn’t leave until 4 hours later! He witnessed the tech (older gentlemen with a white beard and knee brace) take his sweet time removing and placing the tires. Taking several breaks to chit chat and visit with other techs. After placing the last tire, the tech again went to talk to another tech and my husband had enough. He whistled to get the techs attention and asked him to get back to finishing my car. The tech finished and squealed the BRAND NEW tires he just place (taking 4 hrs) coming out of the garage almost hitting another vehicle pulling into the parking lot. His excuse for it taking so long was them being short staffed. The manager of the shop (Gary) did not acknowledge the lack of professionalism or the reckless behavior of the tech which upset my husband even more. He is the last to file any complaint, but patience had run out by then so he took it to costumer service requesting them to pull the footage. Gary called my husband to work something out so it wouldn’t have to be escalated, but took no accountability and still made excuses for the tech. The next morning my sensor notified me the air was low in my rear driver side tire. We dreaded having to contact them, but it was brand new and needed to be addressed. Gary made sure to mentioned that the rim was notated as being bent when it was brought in (not mentioned during the 4hrs my husband sat there getting the tires on) and that could be the issue. Gary refunded me for the tire so I could purchase a new tire to replace it. I took it in for Jose to look at it (he is the best tech there by the way) and he mentioned there was a bend in the rim and showed me pictures and videos which I copied and I’m no expert, BuT it was bent on the inside and after my husband and the guy that fixed it at another shop all confirmed it was bent when it was removed! The tech bent it, notated it to CYA and never said a word. All together messing with these tires we missed a combined 7hrs of work and had to come out of picked to pay and have the rim fixed that the Walmart tech bent in the first place. I notified Gary and he stated he was escalating to his manager (Collin) and no one has gotten back to us and the terrible service we received or even to offer so much as an apology. This was the first and last time we will use their auto services!

Had an appointment at 3:30. Brought in my truck at 3 so they can check a sensor on 1 of the tires. When checked in I specifically stated that I needed the sensor checked on ONE TIRE! 2 HRS LATER, oil changed BUT SENSOR WAS NEVER CHECKED!!! Mechanics don't care for clients needs. All they want to do is hurry up and get all the cars they can out. Definitely not satisfied with my service and workers here.

I made an appointment and was there 30 minutes for the lazy mechanic to say he could not get my oil filter housing cap off. I took it up the street and watched the mechanic take off no problem. Giant lack of management so you can see people just riding the clock. The mechanic appeared to run the show, and I could tell he did not care and didn't want to work..

Appointment at 8…2 other cars ahead. Car ready by 11. Nah I’m good. What’s the point of an appointment if it takes 3 hours. The explanation I got was there’s only 3 guys working in the morning.

There were TWO people servicing ONE oil change and they still managed to do it wrong… My diesel CUT OFF RANDOMLY AT A RED LIGHT, and I found out it was because oil had been leaking from a loose oil filter since the last oil change. It wasn’t tightened. I tightened it myself, and put more oil in, but that mistake could’ve ruined my diesel… Please do the job you applied to do correctly, or leave! I paid for an oil change, could it not just be done right? I shouldn’t also have to pay for damages due to your workers being sloppy…

Go somewhere else! First of all i have given this location many chances and each time its more ghetto. Employees dont care, seems like a bunch of children barely doing anything they can to pretend to work. I waited for 20mins and asked repeatedly for help and ignored. Its sad they had my business for years. Now time to go elsewhere. Also if i can give zero stars it would be negative 20!

Three times I used Walmart for tire's. First they break or lose my wheel lock and say nothing just put an old lug nut on. Second time break one of the air sensors and refuse to replace. Third time I'm sure but can't prove someone stole my Raybans. And these are different Walmarts.

Had tires mounted. I have custom wheels that are 2 different widths. First the narrow tires were put on the 20×10 and the wide tires put on the 20x8.5. This obviously left the rear rim exposed due to the "pull out" of the tire. And on top of that, they damaged 2 of the rims. Very sad and of course..... "Can you prove we did that"?

I arrived here at 6:44 PM and even though they closed at 7 PM they were still willing to give me an oil change my mechanic or the guy that did Oil change was named Christian I highly recommend this autocenter they're very caring and very understanding and do their job accordingly thank you Christian

I don’t know what’s going on with this shop and who they have working here and what their qualifications are but here’s what I’ve dealt with the past month. Brought in for oil change they called and said I need a $200 battery and they had to jump the vehicle (never had an issue) I said no thanks I’ll see if it does it to me the next couple days, never did, never has. However, my battery in my keyless remote was low which would be reason car won’t start. Good grief. Next, bring car in for a flat, they say nothing wrong with tire, aired it up. Driving home my PSI’s are slowly dropping and I wake up to a flat again. Take to discount and they mentioned I have 2 tires with thread showing! What happened Walmart? You didn’t catch this during my multi point inspection OR the hen I brought it in for a flat!!! This is dangerous and really seems to be mechanics 101. Take your vehicle somewhere else!

If you value your vehicle don't bring it here, I brought my car to get an oil change and coolant flush, drive my car for 1 week and had 3 warning signs on my vehicle pop up including the check engine light. Took it to an auto shop to find out there wasn't any coolant in the radiator and the reservoir wasn't attached like it was before. I was denied a refund and now have to wait to see if their insurance pays me back for the $432.00 I paid the auto shop to make the repairs.

Some guy named Tanner at this auto center didn’t put my oil gasket on my filter most of the oil leaked out and when I took my car back tanner threw a fit in front of me and his manager to keep from having to fix my car. So unprofessional

I sat there for over an hour in the waiting room patiently waiting for someone to let me know my car was done being serviced. Got there at 920 AM and the service was finished at 935 AM yet I was in their waiting room until 1030 AM. Mechanics that helped me were in and out of the area multiple times but didn’t let me know. I wasted a lot of my time and that is Unacceptable for any customer to deal with.

I’ve been using Walmart auto center as the only place to change the oil on my vehicle for several years and never been disappointed, there has been times that I had to wait a little longer but nothing to worry about. I’m so happy that they re open after being closed for a long time period during the pandemic. Very good service and nice people
