I’ve never written a review for anything before, good or bad, but I’m pissed. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, usually I maintain my truck myself but I was already at Walmart and I travel for work so I figured instead of buying a new oil pan and renting tools from an auto parts store I might as well just get it done while I was there. There were three cars in front of me so they said it might take a while, so I asked how long, they told me about an hour, sounded somewhat reasonable to me, well that one hour ended up being three hours. Every time I looked through the window I saw nobody working, just standing around BSing. It blew my mind that 4 or 5 guys with professional shop equipment couldn’t/wouldn’t get done what I could do by myself in my driveway in about half the time. If you need an oil change and aren’t gonna diy, go to any other shop I bet they’ll do it way faster. I get slacking on the job, I’m a construction worker I do it all the time, but there’s a point to where it gets way to excessive and some managerial power has to start crackin down on it.

Set up apt. Forgot to add a tire rotation and they added that for me no problem. (There was an opening) good prices, good work.

i made an appointment to get an oil change and i was so happy w the service !!! ♡ i went on a saturday and i arrived about 20 minutes early. i had to wait a little bit in line bc there were some complications w the customer ahead of me. i got my car back around 40 mins later. they told me how much oil my car had before & how they had put. they even cleaned off some melted christmas sticker decor on my windshield. super satisfied w the service, thank u so much!!!

I called at the end the of day to ask a simple question. I was put on hold for 6 mins. Hung up called back, back on hold for another 6 mins. Called back a third time, hold again for another 9 mins. No checking back in w me at all. The phone skills are trash and there's no customer service skills at all.

Bryan the mgr is amazing! Staying late to fix a tire, I couldn't have had better service. That type of service isn't a common thing anymore! And they are short handed on top of it.

These people dented and cracked the paint on the bottom of my car door. (Car has 130,000 miles with zero cosmetic dammage well untill now) To hide the dammage they scuffed the area with a tire. I detailed my car and didn't notice it untill weeks later. On top of this they overtightned my drain plug. I moved 3 hours away and my closest Walmart is now 45 min away. Simple as cracking the drain plug lose, this other Walmart won't stand behind their umbrella companies work. These people take no ownership or pride in any of the work they do. Never again...

Got there with 1 person in line ahead of me. Waited 15 minutes while they did who knows what. Finally finished with that gentleman and the customer representative wandered off to do... something. Waited another 5 minutes for him to return before leaving. While waiting had several other employees who worked in the automotive section ask if they could help only to be told it wasn't their job when told what I was needing (tires). No apologies for it taking so long, no "I'll be right back". Nothing. Called later to speak to a manager. First time I was told he was in a meeting and no voicemail. Second time was on hold for 5 minutes before hanging up. I WON'T be back.

Replaced 4 tires. Made an appointment - supposed to take an hour - took nearly 4. No explanation. Neck Beard at the service desk (presumably the person who called us to tell us it was finally ready) stared at us while hiding behind his register while we waited as Rainbow Hair helped someone else. Rainbow Hair walked outside with that person and Neck Beard then proceeded to help someone who just cut in front of us. Work seems to be okay - customer service not so much - but it's Walmart so what else is new.

Some of the best tire pricing in town, but always super busy. I take wheels off and bring them in to have tires replaced using a different vehicle, it may take all day to get done but I have always been happy with the end result. Balancing work has been satisfactory over several tire installations. I'd recommend Walmart for value, but not speed or convenience.

Surprisingly they got me in and out and about an hour give or take 10 minutes now my vehicle rides true and straight, and looks nice with new tires

We went in; on the later side 4pm, to their automotive department. But, called first to make sure we could have it done for pick up same day. Anyway, we never received a call. And, now we have to obviously wait for next day in order to pick up our car. Good thing we had this in mind when choosing a timeframe for what we needed to get done the next day.
