they gave my tire to someone else and didn’t do anything to try and make it right, luckily they got in contact with her to even get my tire back

Car sat over an hour with no service rendered because they claimed they were waiting on signature. We were sitting right in the waiting area. James the guy at the counter claimed he hasn’t got around to calling. Very unsatisfactory. Then didn’t offer an apology or anything. Horrible customer service.

SLOW..... Not enough help. I was there for an oil change and a top off my fluids and I was there for 3 hours! The staff is friendly, and appear to genuinely know what they're doing, but 3 hours for an oil change because of lack of staff is ridiculous.

Made my appointment online. Punctual, efficient, & professional! The manager drove to a part store to purchase a filter they didn't have instore. Amazing customer service. Customers can bring their own parts if they want & the mechanics will do the work. Taking my 2nd vehicle in today! Convenient; I shopped while waiting. Encourage everyone to visit the auto shop for repairs. I hope they enjoyed the candy canes I left them. They deserved a Christmas treat it was a cold day. Better than me freezing while repairing my car.

I asked them to put a headlight in my accord because the battery would need moved. Three said they would have to pull front bumper and couldn't do it...take it home to my uncle, moved battery and was able to change bulb without removing my bumper...

Not recently but few yrs ago we had our oil changed left drin plug finger tight oil eventually ran out and blew the motor... I've heard a customer complaining recently while I was in line soooo beware

They're fast if you are able to get in early in the morning. Register wasn't staffed for a bit, but not their fault, they were busy doing oil changes and tire changing. Walmart needs to pay more so more people will want to work there, imo.

Had them do an oil change in the morning, think they must of damage one of my tires So came back to get my tire fix as it was leaking air. The clowns at the shops couldn’t figure it out, Yet I did when I got home. The valve was hissing. Waste my time. Also they’re extremely slow

The last lad who did my oil change did some shoddy work,my car is already asking for oilchange and I have 200 miles to go as of the sticker given by Walmart autocentre 501 e Pawnee st, they really eating out of someone pocket easily

Went to get a tire, they were very busy. The worker saw me there, and another car came whipping in, and the worker goes to that car first even though he knew I was there. It pissed me off, land they lost out on a tire sale.
