Absolutely abysmal service. I’m truly at a loss for words. I wasted an entire Saturday waiting on these people to put four new tires on my car. We ordered the tires last week before going out of town, telling them we’d be in on Saturday morning. They never told us we could make an appointment, and they apparently serve walk-ins before appointments, or appointments before walk-ins. There is no definite answer. I dropped my car off at 8 AM and they said it should take around 3-4 hours (which is still a long time), but my car was not ready until close to 7 PM, ELEVEN HOURS LATER, and was only finished with several phone calls and prompting, wondering when my car would be ready. I can’t believe these people are so unprofessional that they can’t give their customers a straight answer or do a service promptly. The mechanics were joking around and carrying on while a whole parking lot of cars waiting to be serviced hadn’t been touched. I can’t believe my entire Saturday was spent waiting on these people, who clearly don’t care. I will never return. I would give zero stars if I could.

I was told for faster service, schedule an apt online. I went there 30 mins ealier as schuduled. I still had to wait for 2 hours. Why even try making an apt when they keep taken walk-in first? Make no sense!

Do not recommend. Called to make an appointment. Said I would have a quick experience with an appointment. Got to the shop on time at 8am. My vehicle did not even go into the bay for an hour after that. Then sat up for another 30 minutes before being worked on. I was told an hour and half… 3 hours later. After the tech took multiple phone calls not related to work. There were no other vehicles when I arrived and seemingly no reason that it should have taken that long.

I went in this morning with my 2017 Toyota Corolla Im the guy at the counter was extremely nice, very helpful. The young man that worked on my car did a phenomenal job he was very polite, professional.

Replaced 4 tires, was $200 more than estimated. Was told if I made an appointment it would only be an hour. But you cant make a same day appointment so made one for the next day first thing in the morning. Waited over 2 hours with a very grumpy toddler.

Don't park by the Auto Center and come in that way unless you're 100% that you're gonna wait as long as it takes to get seen. Can't even get back out the same door you came in.

NEW TIRES, OIL CHANGE EVERYTHING CHECKED HEADLIGHT WAS OUT THEY REPAIRED IT. I RECEIVED EXCELLENT SERVICE.

They did a pretty good job their service took forever My car wasn't finished around 6:00 p.m. they need to work on getting cars serviced quicker.

Had an appointment for noon and 2 hours later I'm still waiting for them to even do the replacement. They skipped over my vehicle for no reason! They have the tires but the tech decided to just skip mine. I will NEVER go back to Walmart for any automotive services. They have lost that business forever. A company that ladies allows their employees to just decide not to do their job does not deserve my money. That tech has absolutely no regard for other people's time.

Purchased new tires a few weeks ago one of them continues to lose air every day have been in three times to try to get it looked at and it's always a 3-hour wait or more and they won't let me make an appointment. Last time I ever purchased tires at Walmart!

Absolutely do not go here. I would give them negative stars if that were an option. The staff and management are probably the worst I have encountered. Not one single person has any clue what is going on. You are quite literally better off having children work here. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

I understand they were a little backed up the day I went in I asked how long it would be they told me 2 hours or less and I was fine with waiting that but when we passed the 3-hour Mark I came back and I told me it was still going to take another hour or so I wish they would have just told me from the start it was going to take 4 hours I could have made a better informed decision

If i could put zero I would they don’t take any orders after 5:30-6 even though they close at 7! I just needed a oil change and the lady was unbelievable rude, wouldn’t even get off the phone to tell me no. Ngl it was genuinely unbelievable how bad it was, Diane was also so unbelievably rude and wouldn’t get off the phone it’s crazy

Never again will I go here for auto service. They told me it would take 1.5-2 hours. It took THREE hours. I had my 10 month old with me and if I would have known it would take that long I would not have stayed. Plus my blood sugar started to drop and I told them I really needed to leave and why and they still moved at a snails pace. They get paid the same amount of they work at a snails pace or not and it really shows.

Laughably worthless service. Showed up for an oil change 90 minutes before close and they had already closed up the service lane. I drove past the bays and there were ZERO cars and 4 techs sitting on the ground. Called to ask if their hours changed and the lady (after about 5 minutes of the phone ringing said they usually stop working about 5. So what's the point of being open until 7? Also refused to let me leave a message for a supervisor.

Terrible. They said they had my tires in stock. Took car in bay and took wheels off only to call me when they actually didnt have the tires in stock. So why did my wheels come off? Also tried to continue to purchase the tires at 3 other locations only to be treated rudely by employees at the other 2 locations. Ive been trying to buy tires from walmart for 2 weeks. Still haven't got them. Decided walmart was obviously not the place to get my tires.

They broke my key for my tire lock, I'm sure they used a power tool on it. He hands it back to me and it's covered in grease and says you need to go buy a new one🤔

This is the most useless Auto Center I have ever been to. I’ve come here twice to try and get my oil changed. The first time they told me it would be done in 1 hour. After waiting 3 hours they told me they would not be able to get my car done that day. The second time I got there 2 hours before they closed, they told me that their techs were leaving and they could not provide any service. THEY STILL HAD TWO HOURS THAT THEY WERE OPEN. This is ridiculous, I understand that not everything is in their control, but if it’s going to be a 3 hour wait, tell me. If you are closing 2 hours before you are supposed to maybe you should change the hours of your business.
