3 hour wait for a BATTERY TEST. The associate that checked us in said it would be about an hour before the vehicle could be seen. We spent about 2 hours shopping and went to inquire about the status of the vehicle. The associate behind the counter informed us they had not started on it yet, so we just asked for the vehicle back. The associate told us to go make our purchase up front and by the time we got back, the vehicle should be ready. She then informed us they were almost done with the test. Okay, cool. We waited another hour for the vehicle to be returned to us. There was one time where someone came in to say the battery was fine. They offered to do an alternator test at one point, but still. The wait was atrocious. We were told appointments get to cut walk-ins, so any time someone came in for an appointment, it pushed our wait back longer. If we would have been told this from the start, we simply would have gone elsewhere. Just an annoying experience all around

I had a flat in the morning on the way to work and they got me in, fixed the tire and back on my way quickly. Friendly staff worked quick and did a great job.

Went in to get a tire looked at and possibly patched. I have a the life time warranty for my tires. No one was outside so I went in and asked if they had time for a walk in. They told me yes to just go get the car and drive up. So I did and the workers where all sweet and nice. The person who started checking me in was saying they weren't taking walkins since the garage was remodeled but still decided to take me in. So I asked for a rough estimate and was told 1hr to maybe an hour and a half. So I think awesome, I'll probably only be there for maybe 2hr max. Well 3hrs passed by and I decide to ask for an update, and was told they hadn't even looked at my tire and that appointments are pushed first. So I just asked for my keys back and went home. Seems like the staff need communication between each other. If you can't take walk ins then that needs to be told to everyone in the auto shop. Id would've been more understanding if it was a no from the beginning or even letting me know that I'd be pushed behind all the appointments and it could take hours rather than wait 3hrs to not even have the tire checked. (Time frame was 11:44AM to 2:45PM). No hate to the staff but they need better communication with each other and the costumers

They had me in and out with new tires in 45 minutes. No appointment. Numerous options for pricing also.

I regret buying tires here SO much. I came into the store twice before ordering to make sure they would be covered under warranty. Someone looked at my tires and said they would be. I had to order my tires online and they said they would refund me due to them not having tires available in the system to order. I set up an installation appt and it was canceled 2 hours before…apparently 1 tire was not delivered. After calling the store, they confirmed my 2nd tire wasn’t there. I called customer service who couldn’t provide an eta but said the app would update with delivery info over the weekend. It never updated. I rescheduled my appointment for a week out, and after a few days called customer service and the store again to find out the tire HAD been delivered and they never checked it in. On the day of my 2nd appointment I got notified that it was canceled. Both appointment days I had made work arrangements. I called the store and they said to still come in. I came in at 8 AM and expect to be done within an hour or 2. I also added on a headlight restoration which I had been told is a quick add on. I have been here 4 hours and 20 minutes. More than the frustration of the timing is the fact that they called me to tell me the warranty wouldn’t cover the tires because of alignment after I got here ….keep in mind, that was the reason I physically came to the store twice before ordering…to ensure the warranty would work. Eventually the store manager made an exception to apply the warranty. I checked on that status of my car about 2.5 hours in. Tires were done but they had stopped working on it and didn’t do they headlight restoration. They said they would work on it and to expect another 30-45 minutes. It has been over 1.5 hours since I asked and my car still isn’t done. Also, they put the tire warranty refund on a gift card that I have to use at this God forsaken store…they didn’t ask if I wanted it put back on my personal card that I purchased for the tires on. The communication is horrendous and so frustrating here. I wish I wrote these tires off as sunk cost and went elsewhere to buy new tires instead of using my warranty. I will never come back.

We called before going and asked if we could get an appointment for a car battery. They said just come in that they didn’t make appointments for those. We get there and are told it would be about two hours (yes two hours). We said fine we would wait (keep in mind I was with my 75 year old mom who is on a walker and doesn’t get around well). We do some grocery shopping spending about $285 and have a relative pick it up so nothing would spoil knowing we still had about half an hour to wait. We walk back to the automotive section. There is one guy ahead of us at the counter. No one approached him, myself, or the growing line of people behind me. We saw 4 associates look at us, walk through the area, stand for a few minutes and then walk away. Finally a young person with Noah on his badge comes back up carrying two tires for the guy in front of us in line. It takes poor Noah 20 minutes to ring up the two tires (by that time I had been in line for 30 minutes). A nice gal named Nina popped in twice to help Noah ring up the tires. She finally asks me what I am there for and tells me it’ll be another 30-40 minutes. By this point we had already been at Walmart 2 1/2 hours. We spoke to the department manager when he got back from lunch. He was very dismissive but got the battery changed right away and we were able to leave after being there for 3 hours. I was told he was “short staffed” having only one guy working in tires, one in oil changes, and himself. I spoke with some of the other people waiting, and they had been there over two hours and had appointments. Spending another $160 for the battery. I have had Walmart service cars in other states and never had any issue. I don’t know if it was a bad day or a staffing issue, but I’ll think twice before I have them do any other service on our vehicles. We regularly spend $300-$800 on groceries with Walmart (we are a large family) and will likely continue to buy groceries through them. Their pick up service has always been fantastic.

Terrible wait times. Y’all saying they pay their techs little but they’re getting paid $17 an hour. More than jiffy lube technicians! Their customer service is terrible. Their automotive manager is lazy and does not care. There is a line at the counter inside and he dilly dally his self into the office doesn’t help a single person! And I have to wait in line to even get my car checked in for over 30 minutes! This place is terrible with their service and wait time. Only thing that’s somewhat good is their pricing. I waited 4 hours for 1 tire change. Their automotive manager (bald dude on the sign at the counter) needs to do better! Terrible manager. their “team lead” was nice and helping. He was very apologetic and at least cared for the customers. his manager just walks up to him. Tells him to do something then just walks away into his office leaving an entire line of people! Such good support from their manager team. The older lady at the counter was also amazingly helpful! The young man needs to work on his language (cussing when there’s customers around). Overall very unprofessional customer service and people. Their customer service needs to be worked on. I don’t typically leave reviews but this is outrageous.

couldn’t book an appointment online to have tires mounted with tires i already bought and they didn’t except coming in without an appointment. Also took like 10 minutes to talk to someone because the worker at the station was no where to be found.

I am currently waiting as I write this, so I can't speak to the actual quality of the work, but I know the speed is atrocious. I came in to get my front two tires replaced. (Front left had gone flat, front right was damaged and at risk of blowing.) Took around 25 minutes or so to even get the car in the garage. As I'm writing this my car has been inside the garage for a little over an hour and the tech working on it JUST NOW GOT THE SECOND TIRE OFF OF THE CAR. IT TOOK OVER AN HOUR TO REPLACE ONE TIRE. I AM NOW AT RISK OF BEING HERE ANOTHER ENTIRE HOUR. What is the point of allowing people to reserve a time to have work done if your techs are going to dilly dally getting your car into the garage in the first place, and then take an utterly insane amount of time to get the work done? Would have been worth the extra $150 dollars it would've cost to go somewhere else and get the work done faster. UPDATE: 3 hours to change two tires. One tire was two psi low from where it should be. Not normally a big deal but with how long it took you'd think everything would be exactly perfect. Though if I asked them to air it the extra two psi I worry I may be here another half hour. What a joke.

Called in to get 2 tires put on my wheels and was told there were 6 in stock. Got there checked in and had to wait 2 hours all to be told they didn't have my tires. By that time it was 5 pm so hardly any other tire shop was open. When I was informed of this the worker seemed like he could careless about having me wait all that time nor did he apologize for the inconvenience so I would not recommend at all.

I wish I could give negative stars. I had my spare on my car so I ordered a replacement tire. Said "my spare is on the car, the busted tire is on the rim in the trunk." Obvious problem, big black spare rim on the car. So naturally they put the new tire on the opposite side of my car, left the spare on and went to throw away a good tire. Took 2 days, 8 hrs of musical tires and ended up with my new tire on the spare rim after 4 tries. Never got it right & just demanded my car back. Then the tech got my car t-boned in the parking lot. Offered a skimp settlement with no compensation for my time or frustration. Go ANYWHERE ELSE! P.S. Jeremy should be fired.

Sad that you are forced to even give a star. After 3 attempts at this store for service, all 3 have been horrid. The latest being in the store for almost 4 hours after being quoted 3. After the car didn't move from the parking lot, I asking was told that their associate shouldn't have allowed us in the queue and didn't know when or if it would get in. After asking for a manager, just got excuses. The worse mistake was buying tires from Walmart to begin with.

Coming through town and had a blowout on the side of my tire but still holding air somehow, called and they said they can get me right in I get there at 3:30 and they tell me there closing early that day after I just got off the phone with them. Then I had to get a hotel room because I couldn’t limp it any farther brought it in at open time in the morning and sat and waited so long that I got charged for my hotel room because it didn’t get done until 12. 4 hours to change 1 tire. This is the absolute worst place I ever seen for auto service and I recommend never trying this place out

I don’t know what the point of making an online appointment is when you still have to wait an hour after the appointment time for them to even start. The services were done just fine, it’s just ridiculous to bother scheduling and showing up on time when they won’t even start until an hour later.

I had a 5pm appointment to get a set of tires along with an oil change. I arrived early & was told they wouldn't have time to do the oil change. Problem with this was that no explanation was given why they wouldn't have time when they set the appointment time. I had to make another trip & come back. Changing the tires took a little longer than expected but all was ok.

Took my car in to get my tire fixed it was leaking air they found the hole right away plugged it up took about 15 minutes they charged me $15 they were kind and considerate quick and inexpensive and I was able to do a little shopping while I waited

Had a great experience getting a tire replaced. Callie walked me through the pricing and was honest about the tires quality and wait time. Matthew and Scott knocked out the tire replacement. From start to finish, it only took exactly 30 minutes. I really appreciate the help! Thank you!

I literally called before hand to ask if they were doing oil changes they replied yes I get here just to be approached by a rude employee saying they are done for the day they have too many tire changes I let him know I called in advance and he just had a bad attitude all the way around will never come back here again !

This place sucks. There is no communication between the service desk and the people working on the cars. They are all very rude and obviously don't care about their jobs at all. Always taking more work than they can do. Expect to wait for hours or days. The only reason this place is still open is because they charge so little because they pay their workers so little. (Obviously. I mean, it is Walmart after all.) Go here at your own risk.
