Bought and paid for new tires for the wifes suburban. Scheduled an appointment for installation with the Value Installation with road hazard protection warranty. I had to take the tires off the suburban and bring them in because 1 tire had a nail in it and 1 tire had a huge gash in the sidewall so could NOT be driven. Arrive to the appointment on time go to check in, told the employee tires are not on the suburban because of a gash in sidewall, he was excited because it was less work for him. It took 15 minutes to find the tires, another 20 minutes of the employee fighting with the computer trying to check me in before a manager came over to help him. After 5 minutes she got it figured out and asks about the suburbans location, she was informed by the employee tires not on vehicle. now im told I cant get the road hazard protection because they are not on the suburban. So I had to pay for installation again without the road hazard protection and wait for a refund of the first charge. Even though I couldn't drive the suburban in because of the gash in the sidewall. I offered to come back that same day for the re-torque so they could see they were on the correct vehicle but it did not matter. So now I have to worry about my wife and kids driving on tires without the road hazard protection warranty. Not Happy AT ALL WalMart.

I went there three times once on the weekend and twice during the week for a simple and quick oil change. Should not take more then 30 minutes. and they said they were booked each time. And each time there was only 1 car in the garage and several techs standing around that same car. This last time it was at 10:35 and they had one car in the last bay and they said they can’t do it because they had an appointment at 11:30, 1:30 and 3:30 and could not give me a time they can get me in. Also there was two people standing at the register doing nothing. This place is a joke and the manager needs to wake up.

I arrived for an emergency repair and was informed that they were accepting walk-ins only. However, I was warned that I would likely have to wait a long time, and they couldn't guarantee assistance. Thanks for nothing!

Attendant was not very friendly. A "matter of fact" kind of guy. But it was doable. I bought 4 new tires and the real problem was when I got home my friend discovered that the bolts on the tires were loose. Not tight enough and he tighten them again manually. That scared me and am afraid to go to Walmart for other needs that my car might need.

Got a set of 4 new tires. Just walked in without an appointment. They fit me in, the day before Xmas right away. All the employees from start to finish were incredibly professional. Also, they did a great job. Tires are perfect and the right size and all that. Tight lug nuts . 🤷 I was impressed cause... Ya know . Walmart. But they showed me that not all Wal-Marts are the same.

I called for an appointment this morning, waited on hold for 10 minutes only for the kid I spoke to to be incredibly rude, dismissive, and hang up on me because he didn't want to answer my questions. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. My tires are less than a year old and I need warranty work done. I should've known better than to choose the cheaper route and just stuck with Chevy in town!

These guys were so nice when I brought my car in. Jonah was so helpful when getting me scheduled and Larry answered all of my questions, even when I stopped back by to ask a few follow up questions. I always have 4 kids in tow and it can be hectic and they were great, even with the kids.

When you call, no one answered the phone, and when you get there, they said you have to make an appointment for an oil change. Then you try to make an appointment for an oil change, and they said they do know what time they will be available because their is only one technician. So why do they offer a service but they do not have people to take care of the customer.

This Walmart auto center is very helpful and informative. I went in for an oil change and the service manager Joe gave me an oil change and full diagnostic on my car that I truly needed. I just went to a dealership the week before spent a lot of money for them to tell me to replace my battery. I take my car to Walmart and they me EVERYTHING that needs to be change for half the price. Customer service is amazing and the service is very quick! Give Joe and the staff a raise. 😊

I can’t speak for their work but they do not honor appointments. I had an 8am appointment for a tire installation and when I got there at 7am they said I wouldn’t be seen for another 2 or 3 hours. When I called the front desk to ask about it, she said there wasn’t anyone to install tires until 9am even though there were 2 other customers being helped with tire installations. I took the tires I bought and left.

I want there to get a tire fixed after having a flat, they charged me for thing I didn't need for one, then they put air in my spare an over filled it with air and popped it, I said you was gunna replace it an I was told that I needed to go somewhere to have it fixed an them come back and they would reimbursed me for them mistake that the made, I side no you will fix it now you caused it you fix it, Then he said it's not his fault that it happened, I asked for a manager an I get a different co-worker that was playing manager. I said again I want to talk to a real manager now so this problem can be fixed. Needless to say no manager showed up to talk to me at all.

Joe and Larry went above and beyond to take great care of my vehicle. They assured me that they could install a new wheel and tire for me with little notice. Due to their kindness and compassion, this location with be my family's first stop for vehicle maintenance.

Key is very personable, & thorough. I appreciate her customer service, & explanation of services prior to being processed. I would definitely recommend. There was no wait, other than the job needing to be done, which should always be expected when receiving a service. Thank you!

Greetings! I just want to say that this location in general is & HAS AWESOME, PROFESSIONAL.. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.. each of the employees were helpful in everything about my car today.. For YEARS WE HAVE USED THEIR SERVICES HERE WITH EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS!.. The REVIEWS THAT ARE NEGATIVE ON HERE NEED TO BE : ERADICATED... DISMISSED...something is amiss or was lost in translation to have written what some have wrote..the customer isn't always nice nor understanding. This is just my opinion on what I was reading last night... RIDICULOUS. If the issues existed & they were not satisfied a manager should have been contacted to help remedy the situation.. My family has used this location for our car care needs as I have while I'm in town for years. Today I went in at 7 am. worried with my 1 tire losing air, turns out a nail was on the edge..not repairable, I had some other questions.. I experienced total satisfaction. While on warranty this was nice to know, it was covered. They checked the other 3 throughly & the oil so I can feel safe while returning to Tennessee..They didn't mind explaining treads to me & how tires are in general. Very respectful of my questions and of me being a customer that's a woman knowing little about cars ..I feel I know more after talking with each of them Many places lack the customer service this place isn't that place ..try them out if you haven't already ..won't be disappointed! This review is going to be sent along with names of the employees that helped me to corporate. I like to keep that stuff confidential.. visit the store soon!

I came here with a nail in my tire. They said that it was too close to the side wall and couldn’t be patched, that I would need a new tire. Also, the tread on the other side was low so he recommended 2 new tires to keep things even. They didn’t have the tires in stock and offered to special order them, but I needed this fixed right away so I tried elsewhere. Well, elsewhere patched the hole, no problem, cost me $20. I dodged a bullet. Would never trust them with anything now. Added one star because the gentleman who helped me was very professional and friendly.

I only went there for a tire installation, they did a good job. I liked that they didn't tried to force me to buy the tire pressure sensor like other places.

Said it would take 30 minutes. Waited 90 for them to tell me they did not have a tire in stock. Would’ve been mad if they would have told me at least 30 min mark. What a waste of time.

This place is a joke and trusting them with my car was a mistake. I came here to get tires put on my car. Less then an hour later on my way to work, the low tire pressure light came on. Upon inspection, One side of my car was at 30psi and the other was at 40psi. The manager claims It was a faulty gauge and will look into the matter, but who knows. Hopefully this doesn't happen to you, but you might be better off going somewhere else.

went first thing in the morning, had to wait for someone to come to the desk, about 10 min. oil change took about 15 min, which worried me a bit. customer service was ok, but not great.
