Honestly, I was skeptical at first-- as I am with all the Instagram ads. But I was pleasantly surprised at the responsiveness, quality of the tint, timeliness of the application/install and the friendly demeanor of the staff here at Jet Black. The tint (so far) looks great on my car, I will update in a few days when everything is set. The process was super easy, and they were very transparent with pricing and availability. Pricing in my opinion was a little bit high, or at least higher than other companies, but the quality of the work and product they use makes it worth the slight increase in price. They guarantee their work and its clear they take great pride in ensuring their customers are satisfied and that they do great work.

I see definitely recommend Ahmad based on customer service alone. Due to my own communication error, my car was tinted with the wrong darkness of tint up front than what I was expecting, and they removed and replaced it with the correct darkness the same day, no charge. I was entirely expecting to have to pay extra but they took care of me and had me back out the door quickly. The car looks great and better than it did before, as they had to remove the previous owner's bad old tint first. They also had the best pricing around by far.

Exceptional service from Sam and the team. I've taken all my cars to this location for tinting and I couldn't be happier. My previous experience with Jet Black Tint Walnut Creek was great. From check in, review, to pricing. I had left old window tint with horrid old tint glue and Sam and his team took care of it! Took care of it within a day! I was quite impressed. I highly recommend, Sam provided great service to me and I intend to bring future vehicles here.

I get and quote for 199$ for my 2022 mazda miata on phone and when i arrive they said that it is going to be 500$ because they don't have anything for 199$ ...i paid 500$ in advance and the front windshield film was not fully stick to the windshield on the top side and starded peeling..so i went back after couple of days they didn't do anything and just tried to tuck in the film and still didn't fix the issue and on the rear window they used a black permanent marker to cover the area the missed and now that marker is getting off due and there is a slit to light coming through....Very unprofessional and poor job ..at last NOT RECOMMENDED

I paid $710 to get 2 windshields + 4 windows tinted and this shop completely botched the job. Here's why you should stay away: - Shoddy Workmanship: Right after the tint job, 4 out of 5 glass panels were riddled with bubbles. I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking it might be moisture. But after two weeks, it's clear these are dust bubbles. My previous tint job at a different shop never looked this bad. - Dismissive Customer Service: I called them twice about the bubbles. Their response? "Just wait a few more weeks." Anyone who knows anything about window tinting knows that moisture bubbles should disappear within two weeks. They're clearly trying to brush off their poor work. - Illegal Tint Level: I asked for a tint level recommendation, and they applied an illegal level to the front driver and passenger windows without any warning. It's so dark I can barely see through it at night. I ended up going back to my old, reliable shop in San Jose to remove this disaster and reapply proper tinting. The difference in quality is night and day. Save yourself the headache and money - go somewhere else for your tinting needs. This place clearly doesn't know what they're doing and doesn't care about their customers.

Great customer service from Ahmed! Visiting from SoCal and noticed my buddy had a nice tint job on his Model Y. Just picked up my 2023 Model 3 and the drive up to NorCal was brutal with how hot the summer sun is on the 5. When I asked how much he paid I almost fell out my seat! It was about $250 less than my quote from the shop that has been doing my tint for my last 3 cars. Called and was able to make a same day appt. From sit down to completion was 1.5 hours for ceramic tint on front and back and all side windows. Very happy with both the tint and customer service from owner and lead tech.
