Went in to the auto center with a tire problem and was greeted by a man with a white beard that Santa would be proud of. Steve took the tire handled the issue and I was on my way in 15 min. Made my family day so much better.

My car had been making some weird noises, by doing research online I figured I probably just needed my AC belt replaced. These guys tried to charge me $4,000 to replace my entire AC unit, the radiator, and both fans. They said it seemed like my car had been in an accident, which it hadn’t. I didn’t trust this so got a second opinion from a local shop, and they’re charging me just $200 to replace the belt I had initially suspected. Nothing else was wrong. Do not trust this shop.

Insanely good value. Super fast service. Extremely happy and impressed. Needed an oil change after arriving to Disney. They got me in and serviced same day. My car had an oil issue I was planning on troubleshooting later, but they found the issue right away, repaired it for a very reasonable price. And it all got done same day. Thank you to everyone working there. The front of house was very helpful and attentive. The mechanics did a great repair in an crazy fast turn around time.

I had an issue with a trailer tire and was needing a repair. I was able to walk in and was serviced right away. The folks there were fast, very friendly, and got me back on the road super quickly! They staff at the desk and techs were able to help me out with different options so I didn’t have a repeat issue moving forward!

Ran over some debris that fell off a truck on the way to Orlando airport. Took it to the Car Care Center where they lifted it and thankfully confirmed no damage. Great guys, prompt service!

They are amazing!! I accidentally pulled off some of the clips on my under shield and was worried about the piece falling off. When I gave them a call, they answered right away and were so kind and said they could help me out with a temporary fix. I just went in this morning before work and they helped me out right away! It only took about 10 mins. So kind of them for helping me out. I completely recommend going here! Thank you!!

Colby saved me when I had a low tire pressure light come on while heading to work. He quickly aired up all my tires and explained why it was due to temperature change and not a flat. Even made it to work on time!

I don’t know what to do when there was a horrible scraping dragging noise underneath my car. While staying at Shades of Green Disney World. My friend thought she thought there was a car service center. No one at the resort could tell me anything, so I went to find out. Colby quickly assisted me and they took an undercarriage shield of which came loose after hitting something in the road. He assured me it was safe to drive, that I should get it replaced because it does protect the car engine. Thanks Colby and Steve!

Orange engine light went on driving from New York. So we went to AutoZone and it was diagnosed as a O2 sensor. We brought the car to the care center and I said I want the O2 center replaced and I want the orange light to be gone so we could drive home to New York. They called a half an hour later and said that two Catalytic converters and 4 02 sensors needed to be replaced for a grand total of $3800. Now my brother is mechanic and I called him and he said that is absolutely ridiculous. We had them replace the sensor and they replaced the wrong one. Brought the car home and had our mechanic look at it and he said there was nothing wrong with the catalytic converters. I talked to the manager, who is a really nice guy, but buyer beware

Went to get tires rotated and balanced, they were able to get me in the same day. Steve and the rest of the staff were very helpful and professional, and were able to address several additional issues. Would definitely recommend getting service done here. Edit: Used the courtesy shuttle to get to TTC. Shane was very courteous got us over there with minimal delay.

Picked up rental car at MCO and soon after pulling away I noticed a low oil light on the dashboard system. The next morning I called the roadside assistance service and they said to purchase some oil and refill myself. I have some car experience but this is a car I’ve never driven and I would be responsible for purchasing the oil, the supplies to refill etc. I called Disneys Car Care Center and asked them what to do. They said to just pull up to a garage bay and someone would help me. They didn’t just help- they were AWESOME! they helped me right away, filled the oil free of charge and verified their wasn’t any apparent leaks as the oil was almost completely gone when they originally measured the level. Ivan Ruiz the service manager and Steve the service technician who helped were friendly, professional, and just so kind. What a blessing to have them there to assist me while I am traveling and in a rental car. I truly appreciate their care and concern! Thanks guys and thanks to Disney Car Care Center!
