Avis rented me a car with a leaky tire which I didn’t know about until 2 days later. Colby pumped it up with air and two days later when I had more problems he and his crew made time to fit us in out of their busy schedule. They were to patch the tire qiickly and very inexpensively considering it was a last minute job. I highly recommended them for any car help when you’re at Magic kingdom.

The staff was very kind to help change a flat tire out quickly while I waited, so I was able to get back to the park (and back home for work the next day) on time! They were very helpful and professional!

Such a great experience! As a single woman, it’s always annoying going to the mechanic and feeling as if they are trying finesse you or talk down to you, but the gentlemen here are so sweet and fantastic! I was having a new tire put on my car and gave myself two hours to wait and they got the job done in 35 minutes! It was a super easy and effortless experience and this is definitely my new go-to place! And Disney Cast members get 10% off

Tldr: Was told I needed over $2k worth of repairs most of which I very obviously didn't need, got it fixed for less than $500 elsewhere. Also got left very large oil stains on white leather door while getting in and out of car. Waisted my time and gave me cleaning to do, I would stay away if possible. I brought my car in for a tire that kept losing a bunch of air over night, thinking it would be a simple tire patch job. They told me my tires were too worn down to repair, and said I'd need all 4 tires replaced along with front/rear shocks and an air filter, totaling to over $2k. I've put about 38k miles on the tires, and have been told previously by other mechanics that my tire tread looked good. I took it to my local mechanic (not a tire shop) they told me my tire tread was fine and I should get another 10k+ miles out of them. They also told me I only need rear shocks, said the front ones were fine, and quoted me under $500 total to get the rear shocks replaced. They couldn't find the air leak but refered me to Amigos Tires in Kissimmee, and they were able to find and fixed the leak in 5 minutes for only $15. I have white leather interior, and the mechanic also left a hefty black stain on the inside of the door from getting in and out. I know a mechanics hands are gonna be dirty if they've been working on cars all day, so I get it, but the mechanics at the other shop never even got in the car, they just popped the tire off. Like why don't you wash your hands, or put on gloves or something before touching the interior of a car?
