Took my vehicle to get an oil change I arrived at 5:25 and they didn’t want to take my car to do the oil change. They say they close at 6 . So why can’t they do the oil change . I’ve done the oil change before and didn’t even take them 30 min . Very dissatisfying. I also have the wash guy’s membership but I’m canceling after this experience.

No self service vacuums. That's the whole reason I have a membership with Wash Guys. So I can wash and vacuum at multiple locations across DFW. No membership any more after this month. Switching to Car Nation. More locations with Car Nation too.

Absolutely frustrated with my experience. There seems to be a disconnect between the car wash employees and the auto shop employees. I parked my car at the front and wandered around looking for an employee. I could not find one until wandering over to the car wash side where I spoke to an employee with the company logo on their shirt. I asked if they did inspections, they said yes and I told them my car was parked at the front. They told me to wait inside the lobby area near the washing area. I double checked and confirmed that I was to wait inside the lobby and someone would approach me for inspection. I waited an hour and no one came. 15 minutes before closing I went to the auto center and they were closing up and had no idea I was there. I wasted an hour because these incompetent employees failed to direct me to the mechanics. My worst car experience Ive had. I will never come back. If you are a customer, prepare to look around for a specific employee who knows what you want- there is no organization here whatsoever. 0/10 avoid.

This place used to be my go to for oil changes for years. Vintage Wash was the bomb. They’ve obviously sold out to new owners. Took my truck in for oil change. They told me my brake pads were down to less than 10%. I declined brake pad replacement. Afterwards… I left out of the facility after the oil change and immediately my GMC Denali truck was white smoking like crazy out of the tail pipes (huge plumes of thick white smoke) headed down Lemmon Ave. Pulled over immediately into a bank parking lot shut the engine down and called the lube center manager. They asked me to drive my truck back to the facility so they could check things out. I declined to drive it any further for fear of damaging my 6.2L. So they sent a lube tech the same guy that told me my pads were down to less than 10%. He crawled under my truck with an oil drain pan and drained the oil - pulled 16 quarts out of the engine. LOL. They didn’t drain the old oil out first. I was not happy at all. He put another 8 quarts of fresh oil in and then get this… he was going to drain the old oil into the bank parking lot landscape bushes and grass. I made sure he didn’t and demanded he haul the old oil back to the center to dispose of it properly. So…overfilling an engine could cause serious damage. Blown seals or worse hydro locked. And get this… took my truck to my full time mechanic the next few days and he said my pads were down to only about 40% of their expected life. N-E-V-E-R again. Done with Wash Guys. Beware - Beware - Beware!

I have been coming here for years to get regular oil changes etc… Do not go here they will try to rip you off. Today I went for an oil change and the technician blatantly tried to rip me off and I caught him in a lie. I called him out on his lies and he started squirming and apologizing. I will relay the conversation below. Technician: we noticed your rear suspension is leaking and needs to be replaced. Me: I just had all 4 suspensions replaced in the last month or 2. Technician: No, you may have only had the front suspension replaced. The car is a 2012 and the original rear suspension is on and leaking. They do not last that long and need to be replaced. I will go get a quote real quick. Me: I have the paper work in the car and will confirm all 4 suspensions were replaced recently. Technicians face drops and he starts squirming and mumbles yay check your paper work to make sure. I pull out the paper work from the glove box and show him the shop up the road replaced all 4 struts and full suspensions were replaced a month prior. Me: I show him the paper work then say did they not install 4 suspensions and only did the front two? Technician: No, they replaced all 4. Me: You just said the rear suspension was the original 12 year old suspension and its leaking. Technician: It’s hard to tell. Me: So the rear suspensions are new? Technician: Yes Me: You said the rear suspension was leaking, did they install it wrong? Technician: No Me: So the suspension is leaking? Technician: No, it rained yesterday so the moisture is still on there. Me: So, it is not leaking and you just said it was leaking? Technician: Mumbles it is not leaking. Me: You just told me that I had my original 12 year old struts and suspension on the rear tires and they were leaking, now you are saying that is not the case. Technician: Starts mumbling and says well you got it done somewhere else so it wasn't in our system. Me: Oh ok but your own eyes showed you that the rear suspension was old and leaking? Technician: No, I’m sorry its hard to tell. Me: Sure, its less then a month old but looks like a 12 year old suspension and leaking so bad needs to be replaced. Technician: I’m sorry don't forget your free car wash. Do not go here, it is the stereotypical fraudulent car place trying to trick people into thousands of dollars worth of work not needed.

Went here to get a state inspection and they wouldn’t accept my out of state car insurance even though it’s full coverage. Mechanics running the place have no idea what’s the rules are and didn’t care to check when I asked if they were sure about what they thought. Went somewhere else and had no problem

Great service here with replacing my headlight. I wasn’t cheated out being a female at a car place. The guys were very respectful and timely with the replacement. Highly recommend for your headlight replacement needs.

The workers who did my state inspection were awesome. It was quick and easy plus they were very nice. I was excited to get my car washed, but whoever was working the booth where you pay was beyond rude. After I was waiting to get my car towel dried, he came over and screamed at me about how I hit my breaks and the car behind me hit me. I didn’t touch my breaks until I needed to put my car in drive once the car wash was over. But he said he “got it all on video”. My question is why was the car behind me so close that a brief touch of my breaks caused us to collide? He was beyond rude to me and said “I wasn’t paying attention and couldn’t hear the car behind me honking”. There was zero damage to either car nor did I even feel any car hit me. The “damage” they said I caused was a small mark on MY car that was already there. Felt like a power trip for this guy to come and yell at me, and him covering for them putting the cars in too close together. I sat there waiting for him to yell at me more or to exchange insurances with the car behind me since I “caused” such a thing to happen, but he rudely came over and asked if I needed anything else. I never once spoke to the person behind me. Was really excited to find a place to take my car to in the future, and tell others about it, but unfortunately I will not be back due to the rudeness of the car wash worker.

Best place for an oil change or a carwash specially with kids they have a nice room where you can wait they have restrooms all the employees are very nice all the times. If you are looking for an Oil Change or basic maintenance on your vehicle, stop here! Don’t let the area conflict you for being over priced, the prices are right! Frankie & the crew are not only kind but knowledgeable enough to recommend all information as to what to get done on your car that they just don’t do at this shop. My review has been over due!

The guy changing my oil threw away my Costco tire replacement /warranty sticker on my windshield and replaced it with their own oil change sticker.totally different stickers..... That's 800 bucks down the drain.

Went in for a state inspection and synthetic oil change. In and out in 20 mins with a free car wash to go along with it so that was great. $108 for oil change and inspection felt a bit expensive for it though so going to try out a different place the next time
