Recently had my car towed in & repaired from this establishment.. I couldn’t say enough positive feedback for Water Star Motors! Ella and Eric were very helpful plus very timely. Extremely professional and understanding. I was able to pick my car up at any time over the weekend with their secure key lockbox , which was great! I’d love to add - We were pleasantly surprised that my car was returned vacuumed out, & sparkly cleaned up inside and out! I most definitely would recommend this shop! :)

This place is awesome! I came in for a second opinion after going to another shop for a diagnosis and being recommended a $7500 repair. They disbanded and confirmed that this wasn’t necessary. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for an honest mechanic.

Water Star Motors is the only place I will go now to get my car fixed. Both Stephanie and Eric are so incredibly kind and helped me through a 3-week process of getting my car fixed and going through my annoying insurance. They never made me feel bad for asking questions or wanting to understand the process. I couldn't recommend them enough! They truly are so wonderful! I'm actually going to miss speaking with them haha because of how nice they were!

Horrible. Told us they had the part and to get our cer towed to tell us they didnt have the part and its gonna take a week for them to order it and made us pay $200 dollars for a inspection when we already knew the problem. We got quoted $1500 for an ignition swirch repair they said would be done in a day. Total rip off and very unprofessional. When your car breaks down and you call a bunch of different places and the place says oh I have the part get the cart tow down here. I’ll fix it for you just so they can try to run your pockets

I never thought I'd take the time to write a review of an auto shop, but here I am, moved to write a review because of the friendly and professional service experience at Water Star Motors. Stephanie and Eric were top notch—they treated me with respect, both on the phone and in person. The physical location is well maintained, and the publicly visible areas are clean and orderly. I went for something fairly minor (a Smog test), but I'd certainly go back for any necessary repairs, tires, etc. Top notch. Two thumbs up :-)

I wanted to get my car a safety inspection plus the works on maintenance because I'm planning on some upcoming roadtrips. I saw the ratings on Water Star Motors and I reached out. They were able to get me in right away with a time that worked for me. They took care of my vehicle and made sure everything was tip top shape. They are extremely professional and well priced! Just what I was looking for :) I will definitely be a returning customer.

I’ve been having my card serviced at Water Star for several years because they have great mechanics and great front office people! I live between WA and CA now and I choose to get my car serviced here because of their quality and reliability. I have multiple family members who go to WS too.
