I went in for an oil change and they recommended changing my air filter. All of it was done relatively quickly and for an affordable price, a great place for if you have any problems with your vehicle!

Paid $9000 plus for engine repair after I was quoted 6,000 and received my vehicle back in a worse state. The owner stated that my engine was beyond repair that was in the vehicle and that he had to go up to 9,000 and use a party that he know for a remanufactured engine with zero miles according to him. I waited a whole year for my vehicle and received it back in a worse state that it was in! I will post a TikTok of how my car was running before then after he supposedly redid the engine! I have him recorded during the whole process of what I asked him to do. I will see you in court. Quit sending text to my phone dude and I don't care what y'all respond and say. You foul for this! My car won't start or say anything after he rigged it for us to drive off and I got you recorded trying to start it when I arrived! TO YOUR RESPONSE dude I should not have to bring my car right back after I sent it to you before repairs the car won't even start with your scamming ahhz like I literally had to put my car in a storage after paying you almost 10000 dollars are delusional I just saw your response and Ill see in court I'm headed to the at the precinct right now to file and sue your ahhz what you did you think was gone happen my car is in a worse state now that you put your hands on it FOOL

Since the owner doesn’t have any accountability for his actions . I’ll go into further review and I may contact the Texas commissioner of environmental quality for shady business practices . To help you understand the real meaning of working with integrity . I’ve done business with them in the past and I was overly satisfied with the mechanic who is no longer with the company. He worked on my transmission and I didn’t have a problem at their high way 6 location but the leadership shows why they are down to 1 location now. This location practices retaliation if you decline services so please don’t leave your car on their premises if it’s more than a day . The technician who left the company did an awesome job which prompted my return and wanted to continue business with them however …… I returned this time and didn’t agree with the price quoted . (Which I felt was over priced) that’s neither here nor there … I charged that to the game. But , I was subjected to a 170.00$ diagnostic fee which I agreed too. I declined service and asked for the total I owed for the diagnostic fee that jumped to 190.00$. I inquired why the price change and he stated he had to add fuel to drive the car to find the problem . Ok … understandable I come to pick up my vehicle to my findings my battery is dead . Then he proceeds to tell me the battery was dead upon arrival which was a lie. I asked him why didn’t he state that in the findings He basically told me the car wasn’t drivable and there was no need to note that the “battery died” …. Why would you withhold any information if I paid for a diagnostic? Hind sight my car sensors would indicate I needed a new battery . he stated that my car battery was dead upon arrival . I have triple A and can pull the records of my vehicle to back the claim that it was indeed working properly electronically.Needless to say He gained a free 200$ for nothing and doubled my problem subjecting me to a diagnostic charge and a new battery. He claimed in his response I needed a new transmission and I asked him on a recorded call will I need a new transmission prior to the findings he stated “the transmission wasn’t the issue”. I would not trust this location with anything regarding engine repair , or transmission repair. He thought he played me out 200 and a battery which is the reason he called twice the moment I left this review but it’s fine the universe gives back what you put in. AGAIN Female inquirers beware.

The experience at “we fix cars” was superb. They treat their customers with respect and give direct feedback on any issues as well as how to solve it. I recommend giving their business a try on all types of services needed. I look forward to having my a/c unit repaired on the next visit.

Great services, honest mechanics, great prices. I will definitely be back and will send friends and family to do business here. Review Update: 10/24/24 I took my car back up to the shop because I had a concern and just like the first time I went up there. I was blown away again with the level of care and excellent customer service that I received. They were upfront and honest and that is very important when trusting someone with your vehicle. I don’t normally write reviews but I had to take the time out of my day to express how amazed I am with We Fix Cars!!!! If you are looking for a reasonable priced and honest auto repair shop. This is most definitely the place for you!!!

They picked up my 2019 Cadillac Escalade it needed a eps system repair which is called electric power steering and a steering column shift control module I had several other mechanics including Cadillac tell me this Marcus or Mario who used to work there but all of a sudden he doesn't anyway they said my truck needed a new ecm basically a new computer brain the Cadillac dealership they sent it to little that Marcus knew my entire family of about 30 people buy new escalades every year and the adviser told me what they did and said when confronted Marcus he said why would Cadillac talk to you about the truck well it's mine number 1 and number 2 we know them longer and do way more business than you do Marcus now they want $1,800 to give me back my truck and have done nothing I am getting it back without even a legitimate reason what's going on why or anything that's just to get started and and he stated that he wants another $3000 for other parts that's is not needed please stay away unless your changing your oil and even at that they most likely will charge you for some bullshit thing stay far away from these people please they're are the worst in the business experience is 0 out 10 and the professional part of them they dont call you back they answered the phone like it's the house phone talking to someone else for about 30 to 40 seconds and then they say UMM WE FIX CARS HOW CAN WE HELP YOU very unprofessional place

They offer a free diagnostic because it’s not a complete diagnostic. I came in because the check engine light was on other than that the car was running fine. They did their 3 minutes diagnostic and begin to focus on the fuel pump. My own scanner told me to focus on the fuel pressure sensor which I had already replaced but the scanner still focused on the fuel pressure sensor . So after spending $313 at we fix it I left there still with the check engine light. I took it to another mechanic and it end up being the connector to the fuel pressure sensor that was bad. This mechanic took his time a did a complete diagnostic and found the problem not a 3 minute diagnostic. $313 dollars for nothing. My scanner was right and told me to focus on the fuel pressure sensor while theirs told them to focus on the fuel pump a fuel pump won’t set off the check engine light my new mechanic said. They will guess at what the problem is while continuing to charge you.

Decided to give them a try, my son searched for motor repairs and read their reviews. They promised to tow the vehicle to their shop for analysis, with the tow charge waived if they were hired. However, there was a dispute over the charges, and he ended up settling for about half of the original charge. The experience was not very accommodating as we were billed for every missing bolt or screw, and the initial price and procedures changed throughout the job. We had shared a previous negative experience of being overcharged by another mechanic in Conroe, which led to our car being towed home. The new mechanic did not show consideration, despite the warranty on the motor purchased from a different vendor. They did provide a courtesy ride to the shop. Upon picking up the car today, we discovered that the air conditioning was not working, (not hired to repair) and the tail light cover, which the previous mechanic failed to replace, was found in the car. As they say, "It's the little things that set one vendor apart from another." The owner Marcus reached out immediately to take care of those little things that distinguishes one vendor from another, and I am here now to get those repairs done. Thanks for owners that care.

Marcus and the entire We Fix Cars Team gave SUPERIOR Customer Service! The wait wasn't long at all and we totally enjoyed the variety of FANCY COFFEE ☕️ from the Kuerig machine and the COMPLIMENTARY water was ICE COLD & right on time in this 116 degree Houston Weather. 🥵 last but least the Tech ( Marcus) had good energy, positive vibes & a great sense of humor.
