Terrible Experience - Would Not Recommend! Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I took my car to [WearMaster] after hearing some decent reviews, but I have to say, my experience was anything but satisfactory. First, the customer service was incredibly lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, and it took forever for anyone to acknowledge me when I arrived. After finally getting someone to look at my car, I was quoted a price ($5,900) that seemed reasonable at first. However, when I picked it up, the bill was much higher ($13,000) than expected—there were additional charges for "unexpected issues" that they didn't mention beforehand. STOLEN Government Funds that were issued to them via check, and signed for repairs without my consent (forged signature). To make matters worse, after picking up my car, I noticed that the problem I originally brought it in for wasn't even fixed! When I called to discuss this, I was met with indifference and excuses. They offered to take a look again, but I wasn't confident they could solve the issue. Overall, I felt ripped off and frustrated. I would not recommend [WearMaster] to anyone who values their time and money. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!

Taking advantage of customers. I’ve spent around $3500 at this shop over the last 4-6 months on repairs and always felt confident I was being taken care of. That changed today when I was sent a quote for $1100, half of which were parts. Unfortunately for wearmaster I had a feeling these parts weren’t as expensive as they were quoting because of research before dropping my vehicle off and was right. They wanted to charge 250 for a used under the hood fuse box, I found it online used for between 40-100, then they wanted to charge an additional 250 for a head lamp switch that I found online for 25-40. I assume they didn’t think I would look into pricing as I’ve been a loyal customer and have blindly approved jobs through their online portal. When I questioned the front counter person they tried to back pedal and say they may have made a mistake and would look into it. At that point I told them no and I would be there to pick up the vehicle. It’s a shame that a business would do something like this to a returning customer. Although my experiences before this seemed legit I’m questioning those now and realizing I was probably ripped off and overcharged. I won’t be return and I would advise any potential customer to scrutinize their estimates and beware their overcharging customers in times of need.
