Wow!!!! I called Webbs and Bryan was wonderful far as customer service skills. He also said even if I called someone else in the meantime he wouldn’t be butt hurt but just be safe out there but the tone was just generous. Just for that I’m actually going to have them do service on my vehicle so everyone this place is an absolutely guaranteed must!!!!!!!👍🏾💯

This auto shop was amazing for us. While driving through Tennessee on our way to vacation, our water pump went out. They treated us like family! They were willing to do almost anything to help get us back on the road as quickly as possible. I can’t recommend this place more! Brian was great! But the whole staff was there to take care of us. Thank you, Brian and colleagues!

Wish I could give them ten stars! BEST place to get your vehicle serviced in Knox. Incredibly reasonable pricing. Super friendly, knowledgeable staff. Webb's is excellent with communication and helping you better understand your vehicle. They won't try to sell you on something you don't need. As a female, I am so grateful to have found a place I can wholeheartedly trust!!

I am very very pleased with the service I got. Very quick, dependable, honest and reasonable priced and very very nice place. He did not try to sell me anything else told something’s I needed to do but it wouldn’t hurt my vehicle. I will definitely be going back with anything else I need

Webb's did an amazing Job the fixed my thermostat housing after I was told it was my water pump by a certain Terrible "lenoir city dealership" that sells my vehicle and I'm not gonna say the name of the dealership but Webb's was Very honest and fast and saved me over $1000.00 compared to what the Ram dealership told me. Will bring my vehicle to them from now on!

Should be called Webbs Complete Oil Change instead. They can’t seem to fix anything on an actual car, but will find the best ways to over charge for services anyway. Rubbish

Brian was phenomenal and kept me updated on the status of my car daily. Given the ice storm, they still had me up and running within 24 hours. Very professional, responsive, and timely. I will be back and recommending all my friends go there for their car needs.

I’ve been going to Webb’s for awhile now as well as the rest of my family and they are great. Any time I’ve had any car issues I give them a call and they always get me in as soon as possible, most of the time it’s the same day. Unlike most car places, Webbs has extremely reasonable pricing and will break down the cost to you so you have no surprise charges for anything. They also are very good about explaining things about my car to me in terms I can understand and never make me feel stupid about it. I fully trust them with anything involving my car. Overall, Webbs is fantastic and I recommend them to everyone I know! I never write reviews but they seriously are the best place around!

Wonderful. While Traveling from South Carolina to Wisconsin we had a tire rapidly going flat! Pulled into their lot, they quickly got it up off the tire so it wouldn’t ruin it. All the mechanics were busy, so he said he would fix it, and he did!!!! In less than an hour and $26 we were back on the road.

Brian "the garage general" goes above and beyond for all of his customers! The shop takes time to listen and throughly understand the problem before doing any work. When work is needed Brian and his team communicate throughly to make sure all customer needs are met. And beyond that when my wife had a flat on the way to work this morning Brian made sure the flat was fixed on the spot and safely. I couldn't imagine trusting my families' vehicles with any other shop. Thanks Webbs! And thank you Brian you guys are amazing God bless.

I am extremely impressed with my entire experience I received at Webbs. I needed to get my car in somewhere with short notice due to an upcoming road trip, I felt it was pretty urgent because I thought I was needing all new brakes & rotors. I blindly called them on a Wednesday after finding them on Google and they got me in that Friday. Then when I got there I hit them with a detailed list of everything I wanted checked and specific instructions on the type of oil, etc. When they called me to talk after looking over my car they not only remembered everything specific I had asked of them, but they let me know I didn’t need new brakes after all. They could have easily replaced my brakes then and there (knowing I dropped my car off with that intention), charged me the $1000 it probably would’ve cost and I would have never known. I walked out of there spending under $200 but preparing to spend $1000. These are honest guys with great communication and attention to detail who really know cars, and I don’t feel like you can ask for anything more out of an auto shop. Thanks Brian & staff!

I called a few places to have my car looked at because it was making a scrubbing noise. They saw me the same day and we're very helpful. Very friendly and concerned staff! Helped me figure out what was wrong with my car at no charge. Thank you for your help. Definitely recommend!

I called around to a few shops and this one was the first one to say that they could take a look at my Jeep. They called me almost every day that they had it. They let me know the status of it and ask for approval for any work that they did. Excellent bunch of guys that did some excellent work! I would highly recommend them and I see why they are such highly rated on here! Edit: took my wife's accord in for a water pump. I thought it would take a day or two. They got it done same day and it is running perfectly!

I really enjoyed my experience at Webb’s today. They make you feel right home with such welcoming customer service. These are good men willing to make sure I knew multiple issues needed to be addressed with my wife’s car. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing a place to take their vehicles. Nothing is scarier than our daughter in law and 4 year old grandson breaking down on their trip home from GA to MI in N. Knoxville, where we know no one. Paul quickly calmed this mom down. He was so patient and concerned that I sent our DIL his way. It was the alternator that needed replacing. They knew how frantic I was to make sure she could get home tonight, and it happened. Thank you for going over and beyond for the safety of our two while our son (hubby/father) is located in Kuwait with the Army. You guys are/were wonderful!! Please give Webb's Complete Auto Care your business to help me thank them!!

Watch out. These guys will absolutely try to take your wallet for a ride. They'll give you great service the first time or two, and then look for every opportunity to upcharge you and try to trick you into spending as much money as they can get out of you. First they told me I needed a new transmission. Then they told me I needed to have my valve body replaced. They'll charge you $110 for a diagnostic procedure and then not do the diagnostic properly. Do not trust webb's complete auto care, find a different shop. I'm never coming here again.
