i already knew what was wrong with my car and was wanting to get it fixed today. they had me make an appt. i showed up at my appointed time and they had the nerve to tell me i had to wait 2 more hours just for them to look at my car and on top of that they wanted $60 just to look and told me it could go up smh. scam artists. don't come here. i called 7 additional shops after this and finally finding someone genuine over the phone who listened to me. go to mo's auto repair on cleveland ave. got my car fixed in a couple hours...the amount of time weber auto wanted me to wait.

I love Weber auto and i’m never taking my car to another shop as long as I live in Columbus! The staff is so knowledgeable and kind, and I’ve never felt like I’m getting screwed over or overcharged for things. When I needed to get two tires replaced I shopped around after receiving my quote from them and every other place would charge more for just the tires than they would for both tires and labor! Special shout out to Quentin and Shanda for always being so kind when I have to hang out in the shop, and remembering things that I had talked about with them when I was last in months prior.

Greg & Jen Coons with the 2013 Ford Flex wants to Thank Weber Road Auto SOO MUCH! We recently just moved to Upper and was looking for an honest and reasonably priced mechanic and boy did we find just that here at Weber Auto! We needed a lot of work and told them to take their time and they had our vehicle done within 2 days! We get our Ford Flex back and it drives like a dream! Their staff is so nice and their receptionist is just the sweetest when speaking with her! And they must be doing something right bc boy it’s hard to find a place to even park your car bc they have so much business! We will never take our cars to any other place! I would drive an hour away to have them service my vehicle! Did an amazing job at an affordable price with guarantees/warranty’s on some of their parts! Highly highly recommended! I even told family from out of town to take their vehicles there as well!! We left with a warm happy fuzzy feeling when we drove our SUV off the lot! It drives like a brand new vehicle again! Thank You Weber Rd Auto Service!! You did a fantastic job!!!!

This company deserves a five star review because they are honest, timely, professional, and genuine. I live a little bit far but make the drive to get my car serviced here because I trust the workers and owners. Quality service at a quality price.
