I have owned a car since 1964. I have never had a more unqualified auto mechanic in all my life than this one. There were three misdiagnoses on what was causing my engine misfire. It was diagnosed and repaired by another mechanic within an hour of bringing it there. Daniel, the owner, gave me a partial refund of $200 because of their inability to resolve my issue. The nasty attitude of his failed mechanic was something I had never experienced before. I actually looked at Daniel and said, “How do you allow someone to speak so disrespectfully to your customers?” At that point, he handed me $200 back from my $350 repair. It turned out to be a misfire in cylinder 4, and a coil and plug were replaced by a knowledgeable repair shop. The total cost of this repair was $160.

First visit with my jeep for an oil change and change out the cabin filter. Busy place but they juggle their customers in a timely fashion. Shop and surrounding areas near and clean price quoted was the price charged and they are a local small business close to home. The jeep and I will be back in 5000 miles!

Don’t pay attention to the negative reviews from people who don’t live in the area. I do, and I’ve taken my car here several times from a nail in my tire to a new AC. Times are tough for everyone and they take that into account with their pricing, I don’t have to worry about being overcharged. I will continue taking my car here because I know I will be taken care of.

I've brought my very old car here for various things over the past several years. Had things done from replacing the AC, to removing a nail from the tire. Even though its not a high-end car, I always felt as though as I was being treated like I pulled up in a BMW. For the small jobs like pulling a nail out, the owner squeezed me in and got it done in a jiffy. The bigger job like the AC was done within a couple days, and at a fair price.

I have used Weiseman's many times and they have always treated me right. They are honest and will tell you exactly what you need without over-charging you. Those kinds of mechanics are hard to find!

Got a front end alignment, easy n and out. Took about 1.5 hrs. All good with there service. I thought 98 dollars was kinda high 🤔. But good workmanship.

Great shop our alternator went out the charged a fair price and went we found out it was a bad alternator knowing our struggles with sick kids the picked up the tow cost and put a new one in for free if they had a option for 10 stars I would have clicked it great costumer service as well 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Im not sure what it was but I called to get a quote and they were just extremely rude and hung up. I called back again and they tried to sell me parts and repairs I know I didn’t need but they insisted. Just seems like they want to squeeze money out of you any chance they get and are just very unprofessional.

This team is client focused an cost conscientious. I don't mean their cheap., but their gonna do the best thing for your budget an your vehicle The client care area is clean an sanitary as well as the facilities The customer service is beyond compare. Very timely,organized and they do what they say. These guys could give some customer service training to others. I deal with a lot of people an these guys are good . . And no I'm not an employee or relative. Just a customer who felt like I was valued , not being a victim in these already trying times . Id send my Mother there, or at least her car . ST

Today was my first time here! It was a great experience, the facility is super clean and the staff is very professional, and honest! Which is a big deal when it comes to getting your car serviced. They are efficient and quick on repairs and communication! If you live in Marion or Citrus county, come here to get your car serviced!!!

Update-Dealership confirmed heater core was issue. This place is a waste of time. Avoid this place at all costs. Took my vehicle in to get something fixed. They specified it could be a thermostat, I said I believe it to be the heater core, I agreed go ahead and replace the thermostat if that’s what you believe. I get a call fifteen minutes later from the shop saying they’re declining to work on my car and to “come pickup my car, the keys are in it outside”. This shop was very rude, I was nothing but respectful on the phone with them just giving them insight about what I believed the issue to be. The main person that answers the phone talks a million miles a second and you can barely understand him. The whole experience wasted two days of my time. I ended up taking my vehicle to an actual dealership to get it serviced. In the future, treat your customers with respect and do not be RUDE. Treat others the way you would want to be treated.

Went to get tires mounted on my truck, dropped it off at 12:30 said they tech would do it when he got off lunch break at 1.. I arrived at 3:30 and they were halfway through mounting them. They broke the plastic off my tailgate and the tech said it fell off.. when you could see the broken clips… they charged me $25 per tire to mount and balance and after I find out that didn’t include new valve stems and they never said anything about not putting in new valve stems .. now I’m sitting on the turnpike because I blew a valve stem and they didn’t even use enough tire bead sealer.. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.
