I went to the service to change one battery, the next morning at the gas station I found that the battery had overheated and was smoking, I went to the TA service where the mechanic found that the battery was installed the wrong way around, which led to the breakdown. The most unpleasant thing is that the owners of Welcome Truck Riper LLC who installed the battery incorrectly do not want to make a refund for their mistake.

Awesome shop Indian people that speak great English father and son reasonable prices in and out fast it took longer for my work to pay them then it took to change a brake chamber

WARNING! Do NOT waste your time or money! I brought my truck to Welcome Truck Repair for a tune up and half way to Tennessee the next day my engine blew up. My truck was completely fine before they worked on it. When I got towed to Frieghtliner they stated it was due a mechanical error from the tune up.The work done from Welcome Truck Repair cost me thousands due to the mechanic being irresponsible and inexperienced. Save yourself and avoid this company. The owner acknowledged that it was the fault of the mechanic but refused to make it right.

Best honest mechanic shop I ever found in Indiana my tire was totally off the rim while driving and I was near this place, I called and got in a bay right away and in 1 hour I was out of the shop and got charged the lowest price ever in my whole 6 years of trucking experience & no this is not no paid review or just because the guy is from same country as mine or because we are sikhs it’s because that’s exactly what happened with my situation so yeh I’ll recommend all my trucking friends & brother to come here from now on for anything thank you so much W.T.R

We are driving from Florida and heard a big bang then the power steering failed, we had to pull over on i74. Due to it being a Sunday we could not find a tow truck or anyone who would come out to help us, until we called Welcome Truck Center and spoke to Lucky the owner🍀 He came out within half an hour with a mechanic and diagnosed the issue right on the side of the road, we drove it back to the shop and they checked everything else before we left as they knew we were headed to Chicago. We have NEVER had such a company who goes above and beyond in helping people. Words can not describe how LUCKY WE WERE to find this company. 5 stars is not enough if I could give more I would Knowledgeable, courteous, adorable, caring and honest Thank you 🙏🏻
