Everything about Wenworth Tire Service was professional. ..They repaired my H3, it was did right...It was a little pricey, but I know the repairs to my truck were did correct ....Yes, I would recommend to friends and family.

Got a really bad flat that shredded my tire with no spare while 2 1/2 hours away from home, found this shop and had nothing but an amazing experience. Was able to get my truck in the shop close to closing hours and the Manager Joe was kind enough to stay with my family till we got a ride to a hotel. He found me 4 close to new tires (considering my trucks takes an odd size tire that is hard to find) and got them on my truck the next morning. Him and his crew were definitely life saver for us. I have nothing but great words to say for my first experience with this shop. I would definitely go back if I lived closer

Two months ago I came to you to get two tires plugged. I was told that they were dry rotted and needed to be replaced. I didn't believe the technician because of who I got the car from. I received a call from Mr. John and was asked to come back so that he could have a look for himself. I came back and was told the same thing about the tires being dry rotted. I told him I didn't believe him either. He asked God to be with me before I left. Wednesday last week God answered his prayer and was with me and my only child when a tire on the other side of the car cracked all up when it blew. I am so sorry for how I behaved toward you and your technician and humbly apologize. These men are honest and forthcoming. That you asked God to watch over me is greatly appreciated!! Your business ethic and heart is priceless!!

The guys here saved me. I was driving home from O’hare and stopped at this exit for gas. As soon as I turned off the exit I hit a massive pothole and blew my front right tire. I saw this tire center at the intersection and figured it was at the very least a good parking lot to change my tire in. Not only did they stay after hours to help me out, they could see how overwhelmed I was with a screaming baby and did it in under 10 min. I know they probably can’t do that every time but I will always be grateful that they did it for me.

Don't waste your time or money poor excuse for auto repair went in for suspension work was charged over 2k and when I complained about the ride the service guy Joe tried to sell me some more services telling me that I needed brakes and that there was nothing wrong with the suspension that is what I get for trying to use business in my neighborhood don't be a victim FYI I have Road mechanic for over Twenty years I just like my time off with my family and yes I needed brakes but it won’t be done there don’t waste you time or money

Ive been bringing my car here for years. Joe is an amazing human. He provides attentive service that is so rare today, and it’s a joy to see him (even if my car needing fixed is not a joy). I’ve always had good repair work here with no problems. Highly recommend!

I was referred to this shop and PJ was very professional, however my experience was not so great. I took my car in and explained to them that I would like for them to check a specific problem, and when I returned they told me that my car needed work that I was not expecting to have. After waiting all day and paying my money, I had to return 2 days later because the car was still exhibiting the same problems that it had when I took it in on Saturday. Now, today the problem that they chose to not address which is the issue that I told them I needed to be fixed will cost me additional money and inconvenience as I only have the one car to get around with. Women, if you go , please make sure that you have a partner that knows cars and can express to them exactly what they want to be done with your car so that you are not making multiple vists and continually spending unnecessary money. 6/20/24 As a follow up, the manager reached out to me and did his best to resolve my issue. I was happy to see someone take reviews of their business. I left his shop Tuesday pleased with everyone involved with my car. Thanks again and another shout out to PJ who went the extra step.

Wentworth Tire of Chicago has changed my life, when the dealership gave me grief! Joe has made my experience wonderful and pleasant! My 2015 chevy tahoe needed an engine and Joe found the perfect solution! The engine was affordable, Installed and ready before the ETA time! Wentworth Tire and Staff are the greatest!

Thank you so much for saving my vacation! We bent a wheel and knocked off my tire coming out of Culvers down the road. Thankfully we were right next door and I was able to walk over. I walked in and was instantly greeted by PJ. Told him what I had going on. He said he could get me a new wheel by the next day. I told him that probably wasnt going to work since we needed to be in Indianapolis later that day. He then tried and alternate source and bingo was able to get me a wheel. In under 3 hours they had me and my family back on the road. Thank you so much PJ and crew! Professional, courteous and went the extra mile for a complete stranger. You saved my family's vacation! A++++
