I come to West Coast Auto Care on a regular basis to get my oil changed. The first time I called the business Kelly answered the phone and I immediately knew that this business had their priorities straight. Her customer service was top-tier since she was so friendly and knowledgeable at the same time. Once I brought in the car Zabi did the oil change in a flash! I came in again today for another oil change and once again I was in and out of the place in less than 30 minutes!

It wasn’t my choice to come here, but it will be next time! I lease long-term rental from Avis rental company. Because of the location I rented my car (across the street) they choose to service all of their rentals here. This is why it wasn’t my choice to come here. BUT because of the customer service at this place, it will be my personal choice for my vehicles and all of my car care needs as I’m new to Sacramento. I was immediately greeted by a technician when I pulled in- he asked what my needs were and he gave me an estimated time before I even made it into the office. I was greeted by Leona when I walked in to the lobby. Besides immediately getting to work on looking things up about my vehicle and what I needed done, she was extremely personable and started great conversation. It made me feel welcome during her admin work, which really put an ease on things instead of just listening to someone type away… I also brought my dog with me. They treated her as if she was part of the staff and was offered a peanut butter treat :) I was also offered water by almost every single employee that walked through the office for me and my dog. The services were completed way before the time that I was told- & on top of that, they needed to order parts from a local store, then had it delivered within 15 minutes to finish replacing the air filter. Class act. Knowledgeable, well organized, and top tier car care service. Thank you!

80 for an oil change. Make sure to tell them standard oil for a cheaper rate, but great service and only took roughly 40 mins

Showed up for an oil change and spoke to Jessie and Kelly. They got us in and out in less than 30 minutes and offered me the most amazing coffee I've had in a while. Great service.

The detail apartment is nice and clean, the whole area is nice, the staff treats you well. The details are welled cleaned. Super amazing here it’s a must recommend here.

I recently had new tires installed at West Coast Auto Care, and very pleased with the service! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional. They took the time to explain my options and helped me choose the right tires for my vehicle. The installation was quick and efficient, and they made sure everything was perfectly balanced and aligned. I appreciated their attention to detail and the quality of their work.
