Should've just gone to jiffy lube.. Left there with a huge scratch on our vehicle that wasn't there !Also tech didn't reset we had to go back in to ask him to do it . Never ever again

My jeep catalytic converter got plugged up and my Jeep would barely go over 50 miles an hour. I called and talked to Chris at 6:30 in the morning. He said bring it in by 7:30 and he could get it fixed. They replaced my catalytic converter and my muffler and I had left their shop by 10:00. Great service I will definitely use them again.

Took my '95 chevy s10 here in hopes ro fix my year long battle with emissions and not passing smog. While my truck was here, Chris kept me up-to-date, calling about what's going on, what he recommends, and the cost. After my visit with Chris my truck has finally passed smog. He is a very thorough man and I couldn't be more happy to have this issue over. Thank you tons! Will be here again for future work

WCExhaust...10/10 would recommend!! Chris is a real Mensch!! He worked with me on cost, was patient through my many questions and phone calls, and got my Toyota, "Tallulah", fixed up in one day (a Friday) and had her passing smog with flying colors the following Monday. An honest shop with awesome customer service that really cares about their customers. 🤘 *Needed new catalytic converter, O2 sensor, brakes/rotors, various tubes/pipes on my 17yo vehicle

Great Customer Service, fast and willing to work with you! Chris and Cameron were awesome mechanics, welded on my Cat Lock and welded Rebar to protect my Catalytic Convertor. Ever walk into shop and its almost as if you ste bugging the place for bring your business to them? Well not these guys. Helpful, clear in what they are saying, and great pricing and work . Great and honest people. Went in to get a catalytic converter because the smog shop told me I needed it. They put it up on there rack and informed me I had a california legal one and didn't actually need it replaced. Thank you for saving me money, will be returning for any other repairs.

Set appt. week in advance. Stated they had all parts or can get in less than a day. Arrived on time a week latter. Lied about appt. Lied about parts. Used them before, never again. 7 Day advanced noticed. Lucky I walked away. LIED... TRUE! CHEAT. ALMOST! Will recommend not to go there for any service...

Summer 2020- Had some exhaust work done on my car 08 Mercedes c350 and they did excellent work. I will be coming back! Jan 2022- I’m back!!! I bought a 2020 ram eco diesel and had another shop in Clovis do the tires, lift, air bags and hitch….. we’ll ever since then, so many issues and they couldn’t figure it out. I brought my truck to West Coast Exhaust and they determined several things not done correctly on the new lift that had caused damage and needing replacing. I am thankful for West Coast Exhaust for taking the time and having the expertise to determine all the issues. Even though I was under warranty at the other shop, I did not trust them to replace the parts so they cut me a check and I had West Coast do all the work. Again, 5 star customer service and knowledgeable team of guys over there! Still coming back for some modifications for more torque. Can’t wait!

Great place to get your exhaust done! Yes there are “cheaper” places, but you get what you pay for! The exhaust on my M340i has two valves that control the sound. Upon install, we discovered that one of the valves was faulty. Even though this was NOT the shops fault, they put the car back on the rack and tore apart the exhaust to replace the valves two weeks later after Holly replaced the part. Now that’s service!!! On top of all that, both Steve the owner, and Chris are great guys to work with! I’ve now had two exhausts done here, and plan on bringing my upcoming purchase in as well. You can’t go wrong making the choice to bring your Pride and Joy here!
