West Coast Tire & Service is great. I had such a smooth experience. I was pretty stressed out about my tire but when I walked through the door of West Coast Tire I had a very friendly face greet me. His name is Scott (he's so great). He assured me they could fix my issue, he was extremely communicative and was upfront about cost. My worries went away. I came back in the AM at open and they had me in and out. I'm so appreciative of this team, the quality work and the customer service. If I need anything moving forward I will surely be back.

I had been away for a week and had to drive 3 hours away the next day to get my dog. I jumped in my car to find out that I had a nail in my tire. I called West Coast and they said they were pretty busy but to bring in my car. Upon arrival I was helped by Fernando and he was awesome. I explained my situation and he bumped my car to the top and said he could help with a rental if needed. In the end it was a patch but the customer service here is amazing. I brought my car here in the past when I ran over a glass bottle and they did a soap test for me on the spot. I will be back in the future! **Update 11/17/2024** I came back! My 2018 Grand Cherokee was rocking OG tires and with a new baby and road trips coming up I was in a bind to replace them in a short window of time. I used the online ordering for mobile install. I got a call from the team and the tires I wanted were in stock, they helped me get a better deal and two days later I had new tires without leaving my house. Everything about the experience was positive and the team is outstanding. Glad I was able to get them before a weekend trip to the LA mountains because it snowed! It is rare you get this type of customer service from an auto shop of any type. I dread car things but not with West Coast.

Came in with nails in 2 tires, expected to pay 45+ per tire to patch, they told me it hadn’t gone through so just pulled out the nail and charged me nothing - would definitely trust them to be honest

Dealing with Joe was an absolute pleasure! He examined the car as soon as I arrived and explained the options. His team then went to work, discovered the problem and fixed the tire while I had lunch at a restaurant on Sawtelle. Upon finishing lunch, a text arrived announcing the vehicle was ready for pickup. Wow, it doesn’t get better than that!

I have been using run flat tire for 24 years. Every few years I would get a flat tire and replace the tire. It’s expensive but it is what it is. In 2022, I got a run flat tire and replaced by Scott. I was impressed with the service so when I got another flat tire in November 2024, I contacted them. Scott ordered the tire and when I got there, he said 1 hour wait time. Then he came up and said that the run flat tire (only 5,000 miles on it) can be patched and good for the lifetime of the tire. So, I did not purchase a new run flat tire. I will continue using their tire service and I strongly recommend them.

West Coast Tires is the only place I’ll go to going forward. I drive a BMW x3, a lease, and tires aren’t a part of the maintenance plan so naturally you’re almost stuck paying upwards of $500+ per tire. Additionally a wheel alignment and coolant flush are about $300 each at BMW. I saved thousands by coming to West Coast. Thankfully the amazing owner Tom, along with Don and Scott helped me understand everything and get my quote done. They also were super accommodating, I had my infant with me and they did everything to get me helped in a timely fashion. So professional, they updated me along the way, went out of their way to get something for my tires 🛞, just really above and beyond. I’m a forever customer and I understand why everyone goes here. If you don’t, you should! Thanks to the West Coast Tires family! 10/30/24 I had another Service with Westcoast for tires this time I had their service truck come to me for a nail in my tire. They were able to repair/patch it and get my wheels unlocked (I never seem to have a wheel lock) and it was so convenient and so quick. They were on time, early actually and I just love Tom and the team. I have a Mercedes now so another luxury car they were able to service. If it’s not Westcoast, you’re going to the wrong place.

Best auto shop on LA. They treat everyone like they their most important customer. Worked with Carlos this time and am 100% satisfied with how my car is running and looking. I am very particular and so is this shop. So the check engine light lit up with a vacuum leak code. West Coast quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it and a couple other things. My 2007 Dodge Magnum SRT8 has over 100,000 miles and runs like it did off the dealer lot.

I was in somewhat of a rush to get a flat fixed on my Tesla and was referred to this company! They got me in and out and back on the road in under an hour! Scott at West Coast Tire has always been super helpful and professional! The customer service here is incredible. Everyone I’ve ever talked to has been kind, straightforward and they always follow up with updates as soon as they have them. They even offered to take my car to get it smogged after they worked on getting it ready for the smog check. I think the prices are reasonable and the peace of mind it comes with is invaluable!

Was not expecting much from a tire place after i got a flat tire. West Coast was the bomb. Joe got me a new tire quickly and sent me on my way.
