Honestly I wouldn’t come back to this shop, I really wanted to like this place because it seems like a car guy kind of tire shop, when you walk in, there’s rotiform skateboard decks and other cool car memorabilia and art that would scream car guy. Also, they have super cars in their yelp review pictures which also excited me. But to be honest I had an okay experience here. I have a x5m that I recently had a nail puncture my tire on the rear left. Being that it is an 150k suv, I didn’t want to go to a normal tire shop that would patch it for free because the rims a piece cost close to a grand plus the tire itself is about 500 dollars pilot super sports. Being new to the area, I did my research to find a shop that valued service and quality that would fit a car guy’s need over speed and getting someone out the door as fast as possible. I called the shop and they quoted me 65 dollars which was fair and honestly I didn’t mind the price I really didn’t want someone to nick my wheel. I even stood outside for hours and watched my car to make sure that nothing would happen to it. I know it’s overly precautious maybe even paranoid, but I do it because my exact fear came true and they knicked my wheel slightly. I even asked them to be extra careful and watched from the side and they still knicked my wheel a tiny bit. When I asked them to be extra careful beforehand, the guy was like “oh that tells me you are picky”. They also jacked my car insanely close to the back of my bumper as well but I’ll let that one slide since I didn’t see any visible damage. I even asked the guy if tires was still the main business of the shop and he said it wasn’t anymore and that car repairs were more of their business now. That makes sense given the quality of the tire patch. I wouldn’t come here if you value your car. If you don’t care about the quality and about price you are still better off going to americas tire or the equivalent because you will get the same service for cheaper which is just a shop trying to get you out as soon as possible. They don’t mind if they knick a wheel or scratch a leather or anything like that they just care about getting you out asap. Shop was nice itself though and pretty big. There’s also a nice super car customization shop next door which was fun to see a Bugatti and multiple Ferraris. Everyone was overall friendly too however the service and mistakes qualify this place. I’m possibly willing to take this review down if the owner calls me to have a discussion. And I actually don’t want any money it’s not about the money. I remember a time where a man’s work, action and accountability mattered in his business. Where a man’s word and honor means everything. Where speed, money were second to quality and service.

Got there early as it’s a popular service place and out after about 1 hour and reasonable price with attentive service been going there for 15 years.

Air tire pressure extremely and suddenly low on one tire , getting lower in another. Checked reviews and saw good ones on your establishment. Called and was told come on down. Two hours later and after two nails removed and tires patch ... on my way having waited comfortably in lounge upstairs. Great price. Great service. Will recommend to others!

I have been going to WCT for the past several years. I won’t go anywhere else. I cannot speak highly enough of their service , both technical and customer. They do a great job, they’re efficient, and they keep my car running like a dream, but beyond that, they are kind and helpful and they never try to sell me services I don’t need. I trust them completely and I recommend them to everyone I know.

I needed to get my engine steam cleaned so my mechanic could diagnose a problem with it, and they took care of it right away and perfectly communicative. My mechanic was able to find the problem and we went from there

💯stars! My key fob died and I called them up to see if they could help me replace the battery. It’s an old model so it took some time to crack it open and find an available battery. In the end, the guy who helped me didn’t charge anything. (Whereas my car dealership quoted me $600-$700! Wtf!)

I was given immediate, courteous attention by Fernando about repairs to my Mustang GT. The work was done in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. My only complaint is waiting four hours and the Starter motor going bad, was not detected or recommended for replacement while I was there. I’m very satisfied with West Coast Tire and plan to return soon!
