Worst place to be in this area… 3 hrs to change 1 tire.. please guys..take a days off from work if u want to come here. If they say they have tires in the warehouse.. they are shopping around for thing.

Don’t give your money to these people. Horrible communication. Horrible work on such a relatively simple job. Went in for a front axel repair and lift… They took forever to complete the job. The job didn’t look professional. The repair didn’t last long. The lift was crap. Spent $2500 for a crap job I could’ve done and ended up with the same result: crap. Don’t Go Here!

Came in for pirelli tires that were quoted 690$ for 4 then at the location was told 880$ and then I needed a different size they gave me fortune tires for the same 880$ and I was there for 2hrs horrible never again don’t come here

I recently came here & didn’t enjoy the customer service I could tell the owner of this place only cares about making sales and not satisfying the customers also doesn’t treat his employees well in my opinion.

They have fair prices and the owner is more than happy to help you with your needs. They did honor their 30 day warranty on parts/labor which was great when the first set of Brembo Pads had some type of mechanical failure that would not stop squeaking even after 500 miles of driving and breaking in. They proceeded to install Brake pads meant for daily driver/cars on my Jeep when I specified 4x4/towing packages which was frustrating and after my first off-road trail those brakes were trash, so I replaced them myself with some Z36 pads that I wanted from the beginning … Good Times!

Woke up with a screw in my tire I called west coast and asked if they had availability today. They got me in replaced my tire cheap and quick whole process took about an hour. A great price point!! Definitely coming back!

Worst service Me and my friends dropped our jeeps for the new alloys, he promised us to give back jeeps in 2-3 days but its been 2 weeks now he is still saying we don’t get the tyres yet. And rest of the work he did is so bad When we asked he said it comes like that. Saying we don’t know about the jeeps and all We showed him the videos what we want but still giving excuses. We told him to give our jeeps back as it is we gave you. Make sure you clear up everything before getting the work done from here

I took my car in for a Nail in my tire.and they were very helpful about the information about my tire it was unfixable.so my car is at their shop waiting for a tire .Thank you west Coast tires.see you tomorrow

Owners are wonderful! I actually bought a personal car from them and ended up using their services of putting a 2" lift and new tires on the car. My dad ended up also using them for his truck of putting a lift and new tires on his truck. Overall, I would highly recommend this family owned business. Love the owners!
