Ali Came and saved the day! Picked up my BMW very quickly with no problem and got it to the repair shop , even offered to take it to a recommended shop which would have been discounted, I was impressed! Ali from West Coast picked up my daughter's car at the correct time and had the information needed for the transport. Very on top of things. Even offered to fix the car for a better price. I may send some other business his way, as my son needs work on his car!

I was in a position where I needed to ride with the driver, which I'm always nervous about because people can be weird. Ali made me feel comfortable, and was friendly in a stressful situation.
