I got 35x12.6x18 new tires from this shop. Their price is unbeatable. On top of that, they go above and beyond to provide customer service. After having new tires, the wheels were not poking out due to factory +44 offset on stock rims. They helped me find the right offset wheels and tried on the truck first before I paid money. They also helped to trim rubbing with these new tires. Would definitely come back in future for tires here.

I needed to replace a tire since I had a piece of rebar in it. I looked everywhere in town, most shops wanted 600 to 760 a tire. At west coast I was able go get all four tires replaced, lift tightened, tires aligned, balanced and rotated for a little over 2k.

I took my car a few weeks ago to have them paint my brake calipers, and they did a fantastic job. The female salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable and kept me updated the whole time. Everyone else was also very courteous and friendly; I will return to purchase a new set of tires and wheels.

Made appointment to install new tires come drive 45 mins here to find out I have to wait in the 100 degree weather while they go pick them up from another shop along with there being no ac in there waiting room, other then that the guys are professional

These Gentlemen are seriously the best!!!! This is the best & most affordable tire shop in town. I have a tire guy in Visalia that I’ve had for 10+ years. I stopped in here with a bad tire that needed to be changed immediately on my dad’s van and these guys took care of me right at closing. Ali at the counter is amazing! He’s very patient & kind & has a good sense of humor. He could’ve charged me whatever he wanted for my dads tire because he knew I was desperate and he still gave me a great deal on the tire. I told him I would be back to get a set of rims and tires for my work van. Today is that day! Ali greeted me right away and remembered who I was. We had a great conversation. He was patient and took his time to find the perfect Rim available for me the same day, he even went and personally picked them up from the warehouse and tried one on the van just to make sure it fit and looked nice. They were incredibly busy and I stopped in unannounced and I said I can come back another day. He said no problem we’ll get it done today. (Saturday on Labor Day weekend a few hours before they close) he said come back at 3 PM. I showed up right at 3 pm & they pulled my van in & swapped the rims & tires in no time. This is a local business in Fresno that truly cares about the customer in a society where no one seems to care anymore. Can’t wait to come back for my next set of tires. Great job guys as always. They damaged our car with the lift..dented on both sides. They inspected the suspension and broke the bottom shield of the car in the process. So it was hanging and scraping the ground. They agreed to remove it all but said they will not replace it after breaking it. Go in to get it fixed and they break other things. DO NOT BRING YOUR CARS HERE!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!! Response: Nope, I have the right location I am 100% positive. It's under my husband's name.

They were closed/closing when I came in with a blown "run flat" tire/no spare earlier this evening. They were able to find a couple of like sized non RFTs in stock and had both tires mounted/balanced and installed in less than 20 minutes at a fair price. Stayed "open" late for me and got me back on the road/home safely 70 miles away. West Coast Wheels and Tires saved the day for me, and absolutely deserve this 5 star rating...
