I have been using this shop for several years now and I'm.so grateful to my dear friend Kay for telling me about them-- she has been going to them for many many years-- my son did all.my repairs in the past so it was hard to find someone I could trust like I did him-- well lucky for me that was West End Auto-- at 78 it's hard to find but Petros and John are great!! They are up front, explain.everything to me, prices are reasonable, they do good work and stand by their work-- I would recommend them to.anybody which I continue to do

This place is a joke for real brought my dodge journey here for a water pump estimate and they tried to scam me talking about $720 to replace my water pump without a warranty took it to another shop for less than that and save a lot of money and was able to get a 1 year warranty. This place will never get my customer service. Do not bring vehicle here if you need work done on vehicle very crappy environment and will try to scam you.

Great place to take your vehicles. Extremely satisfied with the guys and crew at West End Auto. John does a fantastic job in making sure you are taken care up; including if you need a ride. They make sure you are given the precise diagnosis for your auto without overcharging you or marking up the cost, like dealers do. West End Auto Works has been one of the best choices I ever made to keep my car in shape. I have used this shop for the past couple of years and the service is excellent. The owner makes sure that I understand clearly what will be done when I need something repaired or replaced. I just call and let them know what is going wrong and make an appointment to take care of the issue. I also like not having to rent a car since the repairs have been done within a couple of days. There is also the bonus of roadside service and they are conveniently located.

These guys fixed both of vehicles I have an old school mini truck and my daily Honda. I had to find trustworthy mechanic shop and these guys are it. My Honda broke down on while I was driving got it towed to them they diagnosed and fix everything no issue. Thank you

Love this auto shop for car maintenance and repairs. Have been taking my cars to them for over 25 years, and always completely rely on their experience and professionalism. Always provide complete explanation of what is required, alternatives if available for a service that must be done. We were referred to the shop by a friend after spending too much money at Firestone and Petros has been nothing but fair, honest and thorough in maintaining our vehicles and repairs. This shop has saved me money and I trust them. We have had probably 10? or more vehicles serviced over 20 years. Again, thorough. Fair and honest.

West End is my go-to when I need something done on my car, I don't feel like doing or I'm mechanically unable to do. Everyone who works there seems to genuinely enjoy that place. I needed an alternator on my car and was quoted higher at multiple shops and told it would be a minimum of 3 days. West End did it in a few hours and had me up and running for less money the same day. Big shout out to John, Jose, and Mr. Petros, for keeping my old Subaru riding smooth!!
