Everyone is so nice and helpful at this dealership. Jordan Wallace is very down to earth and very professional. Every time I call him with questions he's been extremely helpful and answers all of my questions. One time I had come to the dealership he greeted me outside which was very kind of him. Great service and I couldn't be happier with my car!

The prices here are cheaper than the one in Batavia. We really enjoyed our visit here. Everyone was so friendly and resourceful. They were pushy about selling anything. The service was great and they called us multiple times to verify this is exactly what we need. I really appreciate the great service here today.

Took my truck in for a recall, oil change and driveline fluid exchange. There was some initial confusion about pricing. I spoke with Tim the service manager and he listened to my concerns and honored the pricing. When I picked up my truck David apologized for the confusion again. It was my first experience with West Herr. I will not hesitate to have future service done there and when it’s time for a new truck, West Herr will be my first stop. Thank you both
