You can feel safe and rest easy knowing your car is in good hands with this shop. After some bad past experiences at other shops, I was at first hesitant to leave my keys with them on a Friday morning due to my brake pedal going soft. I thought it was originally a bad master cylinder, but they said they needed to diagnose it first and it ended up being something entirely different (it was the wheel cylinders). They had it diagnosed by Monday afternoon and did a wonderful job with their due diligence. I cannot thank these guys enough for taking care of my somewhat older car, that I do my best to maintain and really try hard to keep it on the road SAFELY. Your car will be in good hands with this knowledgeable group of guys. All around 5-star service. All of my questions were answered promptly and professionally. Thanks again you guys. I posted a review earlier on this and the funny thing is this business does not allow you to reply to their replies. They are lying saying they had to mention to me that my mounting bolts were stripped. Interesting because I was literally the one that stripped them and wrote on the package containing my keys that I did so. Also notice that the owner doesn’t mention the fact they don’t need to charge an extra $800 to pull my engine for the exhaust manifold. Also notice the owner says I never mentioned stripped exhaust manifold bolts. The bolts are broken not stripped and it was acknowledged in an inspection a week prior. MY HUB MOUNTING BOLTS ARE STRIPPED. This owner clearly has no idea what he’s talking about. Those people are straight up liars and I will gladly try my hardest to reduce business here because they are not true to their word and upsell you rather than help you like a good mechanic does. Probably the worst business in general that I have ever been to in Denver. Any good business owner would own up to their mistakes. I edited my previous review after calling auto shops to get quotes and inspections. Which were all free of charge

Took truck in and dropped keys in box after I replaced rotors, pads and wheel bearings. Told them to review work and inspect since I stripped some of my mounting bolts. No one called or texted me to tell me they were done looking or that they even started. I simply saw it parked in a different spot and walked in to see if they were done. They told me my mounting bolts were stripped (which I told them) and that I “might have a leak in transmission cooling line”. I said I use fluid film so it could be grease (which it was obviously grease) but none of them even knew what fluid film is. They quoted me $800 for exhaust manifold due to a broken bolt because they need to pull engine. I called an auto shop back home (A to Z auto in Missouri) and they said they’ve never had to pull an engine for exhaust manifold on a my model of truck. DO NOT TRUST these people. They charged me $140 for them to tell me what I told them originally and a falsehood about my trans cooling line.

Very nice people at the counter when I checked in @ 9:00 with my Chevy PU. with an alternator problem. They were done near closing time. Very smooth check-in with their computer system. No problems with the truck afterwards, I will definitely return. Dennis

Great and quick service. I like their follow up report showing you everything they checked on your vehicle and what might be coming due for maintenance soon. Never got that from the dealership or other shops

This shop was recommended to me by a coworker, and I can't speak highly enough of their service! Got an oil change in May, knowing that my Subaru had other issues I wouldn't be able to address right away. The inspection report link I received after my visit was super detailed, with photos, quotes, and suggested dates for any work recommended. Someone was available to answer any questions I had about the issues with my vehicle, and nobody was pushy like with past shops I've been to. When I was finally able to afford one of the more urgent repairs, I didn't even consider another shop. Paid exactly what I'd been quoted in May, no surprise charges, and great customer service!

Our battery kept dying and we couldn’t figure out why. We had to replace our battery twice in six months, so we knew something wasn’t right. The folks at West Highland Auto spent many hours tracking down the culprit. It turned out someone had tried to break into our car using a screwdriver in the lock. They weren’t successful, but by doing that they affected an electronic sensor, which starting draining the battery. We didn’t notice anything was wrong with the keyhole since we always unlock the car with the fob. Bravo for them to figure it out and fix it. They were very diligent and professional. We will use them again!
