Had some AC issues. 1st time at West Houston Auto. Sam was very professional and provided me with play by play of what was going on with my vehicle, he even took me out to the vehicle and allowed the mechanic to show me on the computer what was causing my issue, which was quite different than most repair shops. I appreciated the honesty, and integrity at this repair shop. I truely believe they are not out to pull every dime they can out of the customer. God bless you for your integrity, and honesty, your business will soar because you have principles.

I went to 5 repair shops to get quotes and advice about my fuel leak. Land Rover dealer quoted me $4000 to repair and other shops quoted me for items that didn't even need fixing. WH Auto Repair fixed the issue for under $1000. Honest and very transparent. Highly recommend!!! Sam was great and communicated everything during the process and even showed me the issue. Don't go anywhere else! Even for top-end car makes!

I went to West Houston Auto Repair for my A/C to be checked ( which was free of charge). They found a leakage in the system and tried to find the source. To make sure, I was advised to go back to the shop in 2 weeks. My son had a good experience with them and I had too. The staff are friendly and skillful. I'll recommend West Houston Auto Repair to anybody who needs any kind of car maintenance. Thank you guys!

No need to ask, I never have to worry when I bring my Nissan car in for Annual inspection sticker. I am always confident that the Team is very important, efficient, explain with options to make sure your service is done appropriately. The accommodations to bring me home if needed is desired. Complete peace of mind!!! Very fair with prices, quality of work, and friendly staff. Highly recommend this place over any other shop in the area. Both Erick and Steve treat you with integrity, respect, and love as if you were family. You could rest assured that bringing your vehicle here will be taken care of to the fullest extent. I will be returning for sure with all my vehicles. UPDATE: I had to bring back my vehicle as the part I had replaced started to prematurely make noise so I brought it back to the auto repair shop and they replaced it within warranty. No questions asked and hassle free experience. I was in and out quickly.

I have been a customer now with West Houston Auto for 4 years. They came highly recommended, they have always been right by me. Every vehicle I have has had perfect work performance every time. They have always beat the competitors pricing and have always been truthful with me. They have a second location 15 minutes from my house sorry guys Hwy 6 has been my home since I moved to Houston. Pésimo el servicio , literalmente te miran el carro , antes de hacerte la inspección y no te dicen nada del vidrio , y ya luego ,, se lo llevan y cuando regresan te dicen tienes que pagarme igual pero el carro no pasó por el vidrio ! Son unos estafadores a la cara como se dice , deben de decir antes de cobrar porque es algo que el señor que inspecciona el carro siempre dice antes cuando vas a otro lugar , no lo recomiendo pésimo el servicio, en otros lugares siempre te dicen sobre los cristales si están oscuros o no , y si puede pasar o no , aquí el inspector desde el inicio vio el carro y podía decir si los cristales pasaban así o no , pero no nos dijo nada simplemente se llevaron el carro y luego nos hicieron pagar , no dieron opiniones, simplemente si me hubieran dicho los cristales no pasa. Así yo hubiera quitado pero no que se lo lleven y luego me dicen que no pasó por eso y luego pagar

Taller como este hace que los demás mecánicos que den como ladrones. Pésimo servicio. Workshop like this makes other mechanics act like thieves. I don't recommend them. 👎👎👎🤑🤑. Ladrones son lo peor. Ladrones ladrones. Discutiendo con una mujer nada de educación que tienen.

The service I got from this company was the best. I just moved from Oklahoma and they could see how frustrated I was with some of the hoops you have to jump through to get a license and registration. They took A+ care of me and I would not only recommend, I will go there for my car needs. ❤️ GREAT PEOPLE

a change of oil transmission MUST be replaced the filter because here they do not, that is fatal is throwing money away I do not recommend it = 413.72 $ 🚫 Toyota Corrola last time, worst un cambio de aceite de transmision se debe reemplazar el filtro por que aqui no lo hacen, eso es fatal es tirar el dinero no lo recomiendo y una demora de 3h
