Ramiro was super helpful, he was very responsive and communicative when I was unsure of what body shop to take my car. I needed a dent and paint repair on my rear bumper of my Honda civic and he delivered on the repairs and did not over charge. Other body shops were overcharging, Ramiro gave me a decent price without trying to oversell. The shop works super fast and does super good work, I can’t even tell my car had dents.

I usually don’t have good experiences with body shops or mechanics as a girl, but Ramiro was very kind and honest, explained everything thoroughly. My car looks great now after a polish and headlight restoration, very affordable prices! Definitely will be returning.

My experience working with Mr. and Mrs. Suarez was awesome. I had been into a small accident and some of the rear was damaged. I have known them for years as our kids go to school together, so when the moment came to decide where to repair the car I didn’t hesitate. The work was done impeccably well, to the last detail. Since the car was already there I asked Ramiro to check the brakes and A/C. The brakes had a weird sound, and the A/C sometimes would stop working. Even though he was super busy and with the shop full of cars, he was able to resolve those issues as well for me. The car stayed a couple of days at the shop waiting for dealer parts to arrive, but I had peace of mind that it was at a secure location as well, plus we kept in touch through the whole process. Highly recommended, they won’t let you down 😊

I hit a pole and demolished the front quarter panel. West Kendall Customs fixed and painted my minivan. You can’t even tell I accidentally hit a pole. Thank you for the help!

Ramiro did an excellent job in repairing my bumper after being rear ended. He was able to take it in on short notice and bring it back to us in a timely matter. Incredibly satisfied with the work he put in. I would definitely recommend his work to all my friends and family

lamentablemente en este lugar tardan en realizar los trabajos... tengo un amigo al cual el señor Ramiro le prometió tener listo un trabajo en 3 dias .... lleva mas de 2 semanas y aún no terminó.....

He asks to be paid in cash. He also doesn’t give any receipts to show you worked with him., so there is no proof of work. He is not a chapistero es chapucero. Be very careful!!!! First of all is Ms no Mr and of course you know who I am because you know what you did. We'll see each other, in that I agree with you. Thanks God in this country there is freedom of speech where as long as you have proof, you can say whatever you want and yes I have proof that you asked to be paid in cash and even when you won’t gave a receipt for your work, I have pictures of the car being in your workshop, as well as the picture’s location. I hope you also know what is Consumer Protection where as a client I can report what you did and do not threaten me, that's crime a little more serious. Have a nice day.
