Helping diagnose my electrical issues and do general maintenance - waved a couple of inspection fees when either nothing came up or they had other recommendations first! 9/10 overall - perfection is a hard thing to achieve in the mechanics industry, the only thing that could use some work is an in-depth report of what was looked at and examined in detail. UPDATE: Visit two earned them their 5th star. Tom is amazing and helped me through everything I needed done on my new vehicle. Even before they took the car off the lift, he took me out to the shop to point out what they had noticed in their inspections and gave me actual advice instead of scare tactics to get me to spend money on a premature part replacement.

West Omaha Auto was amazing! My car broke down right by it and we had to push it. The clutch went out on it and they gave me a great deal on the repair and the turn around was super fast! I will be coming back again!

Had another positive service experience! Highly competent mechanics. In addition to work I expected to be done, they communicated about additional service needs based on mileage. Provided estimate and permission first. Car runs noticeable smoother! Very trustworthy! Highly Recommend!

Fantastic service!! Check them out! Had a CV joint break on our car and when we called for a quick quote, they were able to provide information promptly. Had the car towed to their facility with no issues and the service manager let us know they would keep us updated as they got the car and looked it over. Car got on the lift the very next morning to begin working. They called us to update us and let us know some bearings might need replaced but wouldn’t do it unless absolutely necessary. By the end of the day car was done and we picked up literally 24 hours after we sent it to them. Great customer service and incredible communication skills. I’d recommend to anyone for service or even just information needed.

I usually do most of the work on my cars, but a more time-consuming issue arose. This was the first time I’ve ever used a shop, and they were so helpful and communicative. They would call me with updates on how long it was going to take, what would need to be fixed, and the cost for approval. I will definitely recommend this shop.
