West Omaha Auto Service specializes in complete automotive service for your car, light truck, or SUV. Our story starts in 1993 when owner Dave Ross retired from a local Acura dealership to open his own automotive service center. The rest, as they say, is history. With a reputation for honest, top-notch service, West Omaha Auto Service has been serving the people of Omaha for 30 years.

Very friendly and knowledgeable service. Complete list of options needing attention but no pressure! Even a couple that they said they wouldn’t suggest addressing til later. And a very nice waiting area as a bonus!

I was able to get my son's car in right away, which was important for me as a mom. I didn't know exactly what was wrong and didn't want him driving something that was potentially dangerous. They were able to diagnosis and fix it within the same day in only a few hours. They made the whole process incredibly smooth and their facilities were clean and comfortable to wait. I will definitely be returning for our car(s) needs.

I’ve had great service and advice on my cars-SUVs here. Predictable, reliable, and truthful which is a huge plus. I’ve been in 3-4X and nothing but the very best in services with an older Tahoe (back when Chevrolet made trucks and SUVs that would last 300K+ miles. Gotta purchase a newer used 2021-2023 SUV and taking it here for a quick assessment.

All of the employees at this location were very helpful, and answered all of my concerns even before they looked at my car. Their inspection was very easy to understand, and they repaired my car super quickly. My car feels like it drives even better than before the accident! Thank you!

Been going to the other location before this one opened. The new location is impressive - spacious, clean, organized. The service is the same top notch they have been offering at the other location. One thing I'm impressed by is they take you to your vehicle at the bay and show you the problems (leaks, rust, etc) so there is never BS with their recommendations. Their service is fast, friendly, fairly priced, and knowledgeable.

Made an appointment with Anthony for a brake service. They took my car back just a few minutes past my appointment time. Anthony kept me updated with status during the repair. Cost of the repair was what was quoted to me before the repair started. They are just nice people to do business with, and everyone is professional and courteous. My first choice for automotive repair.
