The place is way too expensive and they don’t do a good job at diagnosing problems and repairing them. I took my 1993 Jeep Wrangler 2.5 L about 6 months ago because of rough idling and random loss of power. This shop recommended a “tune up”. After paying about $600 for things that they replaced and the cleaning of the throttle body, the Jeep saw some minor improvement but it continued to have a rough drive that needed intervention with clutch and gas to avoid the engine to die while driving it. I took it again to this shop recently, and they said that the throttle body was full of gunk and that the timing chain was worn out and in need of replacement. They “cleaned” the throttle body, for a second time in 6 months and replaced the MAP sensor and some vacuum hoses; I said no to the timing chain work. This repair session costed me $560. After I took the Jeep back, it showed the same problems with the rough ride and throttle issues. This time the shop’s work showed no notable improvements. To make a long story short, I took the Jeep to a different shop and they immediately identified that the problem was with the TPS sensor, they said that the sensor was visibly damaged. The Jeep now runs smoothly. So, West Tire Auto Repair shop took a total of approx $1,160 out of me, replacing parts blindly and unsuccessfully, for a simple problem that I was able to fix somewhere else for $180. I don’t recommend West Tire Auto Repair, and I will never return there.

West Tires Auto Repair has been around for quite some centuries and continues to assist its community in all its auto repair needs. Prices are reasonable and honest! Morris is very helpful and willing to explain the details and provide insight!

I went to change my car oil. They changed it supposedly and two weeks after my car had no oil. My car doesn’t leak oil it’s fine. they made it seem like that changed it and charged me for it and did not add any oil. I went back for them two weeks after because I had to add oil myself after paying them to change it and to explain me and they didn’t know what to say gave me a bunch of explanations because obviously they knew what they had done. Bunch of liars the owner and their worker there. Never going again

Just don't go...guess the guy it's the owner...no repairs here...if you have a problem with your tire...saying flat tire they don't care about it at all..he said go to Tire Kingdom or Firestone...we don do repairs...bad attitude

Mr. Moritz and his associates and co-workers were very helpful. They don't go around the bushes like some other businesses they went straight to the point. I'm very happy with their service and in minutes they took care of my car problems. I highly recommend this workshop for anyone and they are very nice people as well

This is a bad place to take your car i took my 81 corvette to get fixed and they had my car in the shop for over a week to do some engine work when i took my car there it was running and working perfect with no problem after they call me to pick up my car i starred having problem with the car drove it for like 25 mile and the engine was making some lound noise the next day i when back to the shop i spoke to the owner and he said he was not responsible for the problem with the engine he told me that i had to put a brand new engine instead of fixing the problem the was is answer to me i also know the owner for a long time they fixes old car for the most time if you have antique car the you want to repair dont take it there is the worse place to take you car they over charge for any work and after the they dont do the job right i just dont know how people go there bad place to take any car the you have i will never got there again or take any of my cars there

I consider the business to be an organized crime business. The owner and his assistant are a crooks. I unfortunately took my classic car to fix the transmission in which they said they fix and found out that they subcontract a place called action transmission. They LIE about all the work they do. They buy the parts from discount auto parts in which I saw for myself when I went to discount auto parts and saw the mechanic there buys numerous parts. My car had all kinds of transmission problems and had to take it back four times. The owner suggested I report my car stolen so the insurance can pay because his excuse was that the car was unrepairable. The owner and his associate are rude and definitely are criminals. The worst experience I’ve ever had.

El dueño tiene Mala actitud y muy caros. El mismo trabajo al carro de mi esposa en el taller mas adelante me costo 20$ menos y se trata de un ponche. El trabajador que me atendio, un señor mayor si fue amable.

Horrible servicio. El dueño me vendio 4 gomas usadas "como nuevas" supuestamente de la misma medida, al final las ruedas eran de diferente medidas y una de ellas deformada, cuando traté de reclamarle me dijo que las gomas no tenian garantía. Un taller de mierda

Horrible place! they buy the parts from advanced autoparts at a discount and then charge you more than what they are at advanced. I found out and told them I would get my own parts, so I did. When I went back to the shop I saw them doing something to my car on the bay and quietly went over and saw that they were shaving the brake hose to the caliper and they had already cut a piece of metal from the frame of the car so the brake hose would brake and they would say that it was scraping with metal. Don't take your car there.
